Service was very friendly and the drinks were made fresh. There was only one person working so we had to wait a few minutes but she was super friendly and even apologized for the few minutes of wait time (there was 2 people before me and I only waited like a couple of minutes to order). Drinks were refreshing on a hot day. We had the passion fruit slushy with lychee jelly and a fruit infused green tea - both were excellent. A update in this place from my previous review on 04/18/23. This place is worth coming. The owner and workers are really nice and caring with the customers. The drinks and food are so amazing here. But what they stand for is caring. After a small incident with a double transaction. The owner will send you messages to resolve the issue and they did. They are really not here to steal or anything from their customers. If you notice any issue, don't hesitate to let them know. This business is here for you. Gave us a refund by giving us a order of a previous order. Worth it coming to them for bobas and food. Thai teas are so nice and sweet. But their best is their pork bun, the pork bun is so delicious. I came here after hiking Cucamonga, it's new and wanted to try it. I got the regular milk tea because I didn't see a Jasmine Milk Tea, and added boba and cheese foam. The cheese foam was nice and thick and good! I didn't like the milk tea though. It tasted like chocolate and just off.. My friend said it's because they use a powder to make the milk tea. Quite literally just walked out of the restaurant with my bf who was starving after a long shift looking for something not so greasy but still open at 11:30 at night (impossible find) and we were so hungry we ate most of it in the parking lot! I'm on the search for great boba and I've flings another one! Nestled between a hair salon and a panda express. This wonderful little quaint shop the size of a closet has the most delicious Boba. They make it fresh so that is a plus and proof of my claim. My daughter and I got the sunshine strawberry green tea with Boba and cookies and cream shake with Boba. I loved my drink the absolute most. My daughter loved it so much she finished mine off. They use fresh fruits to infuse the teas. The boba was FANTASTIC... like .. very very good. Tea is strong here so thats a plus, but the Thai flavoring in my Thai tea wasn't strong enough. The most fun thing about the drinks here are the cups. I acknowledge they are new and have operational struggles with speed and common sense, but most of my sentiments towards this business has to do with the subpar quality of ingredients and drink taste. The girl who took my order struggled with the ipad and I had to repeat myself many many times. Not sure if she had any experience working for a boba shop or as a cashier previously. And also another note... I was the only customer when I walked in, so I don't know why I had to wait an incredibly long time for the following drinks. Well... the reason is clearly extreme inefficiencies... but anyways... Tiramisu Milk Tea ($3.99 value) + large ($0.50) + egg pudding ($0.50) - This was part of their special menu secction but it was far from special. The egg pudding is one of my favorite topping ingredients and I did not like the rubbery texture of this one at all. I only drank a third of this drink before I threw it away. Peach Lychee Green Tea ($3.29) + large ($0.50) - ARTIFICIAL SYRUP TASTING to the max. And terribly balanced too. The amateur who mixed this drink probably used double the amount of sweetness since they did not account for 2 syrups making a drink sweeter. I threw this away after 2 sips. And for the record, I began to drink this the next day AFTER all the ice had melting, so I would have died if I drank it right away. 2 Taro Milk Tea ($3.29 value/each) + large ($0.50/each) + honey boba ($0.50) - Powder taro, gross. Anyone who follows my reviews know that they taro milk tea is my parent's favorite drink at any boba shop and my parents were both like, don't get it from this place again. It was also really annoying ordering this because I asked for 75% sweetened, as in slightly less. It was an option listed on their menu and the cashier was so confused. On my receipt, she put them as half sweetened. Why isn't a menu option programmed onto your ipad??? So inefficient. So no one was in front of me, they took forever to make my drinks. Then with 4 drinks, no one offers me a drink carrier... I had to ask for it. And the guy started trying to shove my drinks in so roughly that the lids were overlapping. I'm like I can do it myself. Cause when the lids overlap, they are going to break or open up. And then he threw 4 large straws at me. Large straws are good for drinks w toppings, but one of my drinks did not so I wanted a skinny straw for that one. Not to mention, I want to pick my own colors. Dude get back to making your terrible drinks if you aren't going to provide sufficient service. As a consensus my whole family agrees we do not want any more drinks from this place. And I made sure all of my high school friends from the area got my warning not to come here. Tpumps and Ding Tea are by far superior nearby options. read more

Late review by a week and ordered their taro smoothie and pineapple slush for the hubby. I ordered 2large drinks above and received a regular. WARNING for the LACTOSE INTOLERANT: They do not have options available for dairy free or alternatives such as almond/coconut/oat milk for their smoothies, only 2%milk from what I remember the girl employee behind counter stated. Besides that their menu doesn't indicate anyways. Fortunately I'm not lactose intolerant so I'm ok. Reasons I won't return are: 1. I had to repeat clarify my order 2-3x to employee who seemed to understand and speak perfect English although in my opinion seemed distracted, aloof or disinterested. This is even before she made the drinks too. I'm usually very courteous & respectful because in the past I used to work with subway n jojos pizza. I truly understand crazy customers and grateful for that work experience. Just dont know if she was having bad day or whatever....& here I go also leaving $2 tip in jar even before she made our drinks to uplift her mood....ugh there's no way making this girl/employee happy! I had flashbacks of my teens with this attitude and just grateful to know they are more respectful with their "pleases and thank yous" 2. When I clarified hubby's order of pineapple slush not smoothie with employee she answered with an irritated "oh I know." I asked this as she was starting to prepare too. 3. I was the only customer there while she prepared our 2 drinks, while one other customer walked in still deciding on their order. When order was ready I received regular sizes instead of large! I also noticed that my taro smoothie did not have that purple taro swirl like pictured on YELP by a previous customer. I didn't mention the misunderstanding to her because I was already annoyed upon receiving the drinks and just wanted to leave that negative vibe quickly! I didn't even care at that point if she charged for the large! Aye! On the positive, my taro smoothie is "whatever" lol the usual sort made with powdered taro and hubby liked his pineapple slush without any complaints about taste except that I should have ordered a large! I really enjoy this lil hole in the wall spot. It's right by Panda Express so it is easy to miss, but they have really great deals on sushi. I got the Combo C with a side of Pork Buns, and J was stuffed! the sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious! The pork buns were nicely filled, and had a sweet & savory pork filling. Stopped by this place because it was close to the freeway. I had a lychee slush with honey boba -- a large was just under $4. The honey boba was good and the flavor was perfect. I like that you can adjust the sweetness (I'm still surprised that some places don't allow an adjustment of the sugar). The menu had a decent selection. There isn't much room inside the business -- there's a bench to sit on while you wait & 3 little tables (2 seats per table). My only reason for the 4 stars is because not only do they have limited seating & parking spots, but they don't have a public restroom. I'd stop by again if driving through. read more
