Wow! Let me just add that this will be added to my rotating sushi places. It tastes better than the higher end sushi restaurants! It's in a little mom and pop boba place to the LEFT of Panda Express facing the main street of Mountain. It can be hard to find. The quality, taste and presentation of this was amazing. I cannot give this place as many stars as it deserves. My husband and I stopped here when we were in the area. I have always been tentative with my like for sushi/seafood and so I'm not experimental with sushi at all. We took a chance here and it was INCREDIBLE. 100/10. I got a Combo A, spicy tempura roll + caterpillar roll, and he got Combo C, spicy tempura roll + golden crunch. We absolutely devoured it. She said 15 minute wait but it was done extremely fast. Probably less than 10. It was a perfect amount of food and very affordable. The tea is also lovely. Even the containers for food and drinks were a nice quality and cute. Came to try this small restaurant out late evening with my boyfriend after the gym.. and let me tell you. The sushi was delicious and so was the pork buns. This business deserves 10 stars! I tried this one night randomly since it was almost midnight, I was craving sushi, & all sushi restaurants were closed. Im usually picky with my sushi spots- so I was a bit hesitant to try a boba tea place that makes sushi- but I'm soo glad I did! As you can tell, they don't have all the fancy sashimi and nigiri, but their rolls always taste fresh & delicious. The spicy tempura and caterpillar rolls are my favorite. The tiger milk tea (also my fav) is a combination of Thai and milk tea. You can choose the level of sweetness! Def recommend! The owners are truly so kind and generous. Every time I've ordered a tea with my sushi, she's always given me another for free. The prices are VERY reasonable, which allows me to tip more. I get this place at least 1-2x/wk and it's good every time. I also love that they're open until midnight. Please give this place a try! You will be pleasantly surprised! I've ordered from here for some late night food two or three times now and I can say I've been satisfied each time. It's just one lady each time I call and go in so BE PATIENT AND KIND TO HER !!! She is very sweet and tells you the wait time if there is one. I usually get the bbq pork buns and combo b, my partner sometimes gets the bowl combo! The food has never disappointed, always tastes fresh. The hot stuff is always HOT and the cold stuff is always cold and fresh and tasty! The pork buns are smaller and not fluffy like the ones you get at dim sum restaurants but they still taste good in my opinion! My wife and I tried their 20 piece rolls and a 3'buns with bbq pork. Food was quickly made but their rolls don't have any shrimp or fish. First off, I just want to take a second to appreciate the cute cup my tea came in. I ordered sushi and the honey lemon tea, the tea was so fresh and had chunks of pulp in it which made it so yummy and the sweetness of the tea was just right. The table's favorite was the garlic butter sushi! I will say, though, that two major things stood out that are bringing this review down a bit. Firstly, they kept bringing the wrong orders to the wrong tables, sometimes fully leaving the order there, getting called over to be told it was wrong, & taking food that had already been left at a another customer's table to deliver it to the correct customer. I wouldn't mention it except that it happened 4+ times during the hour we were there & it's a food safety hazard. Second, they use far too much rice. I get that lots of rice is a way to fill customers up, but truly biting into the sushi was just biting into a mouthful of rice every time. You have to do rice surgery to get the ratio right, & they *will* come over & tell you to finish the rice to avoid charges. They also have a wide array of appetizers you can get, and all the ones we got (katsu, teriyaki chicken, miso soup, etc.) were all very good. The standouts by far are the nigiri, which are very fresh and have a great rice to fish ratio. The service here is also very quick and our server was very welcoming and attentive. Overall, Sushi One Spot is definitely a solid option if you want AYCE sushi, and I will certainly be back.

However I think service could be slightly more hospitable, but seems like there's no incentive with autogratuity. The tablet system is more convenient for sure than waving down servers to take the paper, but they forgot to bring out a couple items and there's no way to visually keep track on the tablet. Mussels also could have been slightly better removed from their shell, some pieces you had to tug. Overall, this is the best deal for ayce sushi in the area by far as long as you don't feel like ordering nigiri.
