They also don't even carry filters for Kia carnivals. Service was quick for an oil change. Overall good experience. They get you in and out fast no matter if you're at the wash, the detail center, or oil change center. One of reason to get the deluxe membership is the under-carry wash.

I drove over, checked in, dropped my keys off, and waited. He told me it would be about an hour (which turned out to be an accurate estimate). The good news is they said they were able to patch up the tire and I didn't need to buy a new one! I was surprised and relieved. Hello I went to this…read morejiffy lube location 56 and had an issue. Long story short they kicked me out due to a so called leak and a so called grease on my belt. This was very embarrassing and I asked if he could just change the oil and he said because it was 6pm (late in the day) he don't want to take the chance. I can try to understand his position but the way he did it was very unprofessional and I will not go back to this location on rt 46 ever again. I just had an oil change and engine flush today and it was a way better and inexpensive experience compared to the frustration and disappointment of my visit to your establishment. In the very beginning the gentleman with the very long beard accepted my car and drove it into the bay asked me to wait inside and I sat down not saying one word. We were very concerned, so we called around to see if our trusted mechanic--or any local mechanic--could look at the car. No one could fit us in right away, and since Jiffy Lube is open on weekends, we scheduled an appointment there and had the front brakes replaced. Luckily, we only did the front. When our mechanic finally inspected the car, they confirmed the rear brakes were in good condition, so it's very likely the front were fine too. The replacement was unnecessary. This was fraud. They performed and charged for work that didn't need to be done. If you care about honesty and safety, avoid this location and always get a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs. Im very disappointed because we've given them business throughout the years for oil changes.
