I told him what I needed, showed him the QR code and he tells me he cannot help me because he's never scanned a QR code for a label and tried to walk away, but I stopped him. I told him I could also bring up a bar code, but he stares at me like I'm an idiot. Luckily, this other gentleman, Michael was working and overheard me explaining. He immediately come over with a smile and was able to help me. He walked me though each step so that I knew how to do it if I were to need to do this again. He was friendly, respectful, caring and kind. I wish more people in the workforce were like Michael!!
