However I was going to be out of town but Ron (project manager) went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly during my absence. He checked in on the project daily and sent me pictures of the progress throughout the day which helped eased my stress tremendously. Ron is amazing! The installer Santiago and his team also did an amazing job! From renovating the tiles, to installing my floor, baseboards, and the clean up.
