After having a bad experience with another insulation contractor (kept canceling for 3 weeks), we…read morecalled Superior for a quote. They came for a quote within 2 days, explained the areas that needed to get done and suggested a little bit more to keep more of the heat in. We quoted spray foam for all our attic. The quote took about 5 minute of writing up on their truck on the spot. With an additional 25% more area than the first quote they still came in $$ under the first quote. Knowing that our house is half insulated at the time (old insulation had to be removed for another project) and that it's gonna be cold they scheduled the install for the NEXT DAY. They came as scheduled, executed exactly what they said they would, cleaned up everything, stayed on budget, and even offered to move some old furniture out the the curb. I would highly recommend them! Straight forward and great work!

The woman who came to do the estimate refused several times with my husband on taking her shoes off in our house. Literally, she was standing in my hallway putting up a fight on taking off her shoes. You have no rights making up your own rules in our house!!!!!!! Should have kicked her out right then and there but definitely would not do business with this company because of her rude behavior.

We used Franks to bury gutters, install a new bubbler at the street, and changed plumbing for our…read moresump pumps. This was not an inexpensive job compared to other contractor prices, but we went with Franks because of their reputation. Not everything went exactly to plan, a couple things were missed by people, but Frank called me personally because he was not happy with the execution of the project. I wasn't even that upset because they felt like minor annoyances compared to past contractor experiences I have had. They had already communicated that they intended to send different people out to fix them, but Frank went above and beyond! See during and final pictures! We fully intend to use them again for some future basement projects. Listen, you can't control everything everyone does as an employee of your company, but you can make it right. And if you aren't sure if a company you hire is going to have your back if something goes wrong unexpectedly or something gets missed, then just choose Frank's because they are just incredible at taking care of their customers. Above and beyond!! We are grateful to have them!

So far not so good. Sales person Chris Twarzak omitted work to be done on the contract. People,…read moremake sure you read not just sign. Floor drain in low point removed and not replaced. Also no clean out on that wall. I'm told the sump is the low point. Hard to get water in when it's built up higher than the floor level. I have water lines that need draining before winter and it goes onto the floor and it pools up nowhere near a "clean out". If it's only a "clean out " why is it sloped downward? I guess that explains why its at a point the water doesn't go to. Not a drain. Grr. Also my water intrusion shot right past the bright wall and created a pond nowhere near a "clean out " coincidentally the area the water pulls up at is where the drain used to be before they removed it. Also, during the recent heavy rain for days, if you look in the inspection, clean out port, there is no water flowing. It does not follow the drain tile. It's beneath it. Their solution to water pond in the low area was to build a dam to prevent

The customer service with this company is nonexistent. I've been a customer with this company for…read moreover 13 years, however that doesn't matter to them. Having an established appointment scheduled at least a week and a half in advance and on the day of the appointment there was no call and no show by the technicians. I was told two technicians were needed to complete the work on my AC unit when my appointment was scheduled (which they installed) and the day of the appointment they were scheduled to arrive between 12-3. I called the company around 1:30 because the technicians were not present and they did not call. The company confirmed I was still on the schedule and the technicians were backed up from the morning. No technicians showed up and no one from the company, not the technicians or the office staff called to offer an explanation. When I called the office at 3:45 ( which was after the 12-3 time frame) to tell them I had to reschedule as I had other appointments I was told I would receive a phone call back by the end of the day to reschedule. No phone call from the company to reschedule. As a customer I should not have had to call the company at 3:45pm to request to be rescheduled as they should have shown up or called me as a courtesy to reschedule. The company's blatant disregard for their customers should cause pause for someone to purchase any products from them as they are not reliable. Customers who are spending their money regardless of the amount should be treated with respect and should at least have a phone call if the company was unable to make the scheduled appointment but to ignore a customer as if they do not matter is where the concern is. No customer should be subjected to mistreatment from a company especially a company who prides themselves on being in the area for 50 years and have to worry about the reliability of their customer service/repairs on their products. I would not recommend this company to anyone as their customer service is not adequate. 06/17/2020: to provide an update the company was able to correct the situation and have technicians come today (the next day). The technicians were very friendly and removed their boots when they had to walk in the house multiple times. They also offered a discount for the missed appointment the previous day. Considering the fact the company corrected the problem the next day showed how they value their customers. Thank you Capital Heating and Cooling for correcting the situation in a timely manner.
