None of my bushes that were in front of the house were damaged. They were careful and respectful every step of the way. They also did my attic and my crawl space. The quote took about 5 minute of writing up on their truck on the spot. With an additional 25% more area than the first quote they still came in $$ under the first quote. Knowing that our house is half insulated at the time (old insulation had to be removed for another project) and that it's gonna be cold they scheduled the install for the NEXT DAY. They came as scheduled, executed exactly what they said they would, cleaned up everything, stayed on budget, and even offered to move some old furniture out the the curb. I recently had a tenant move out and noticed a portion of plaster wet and sagging. After doing some investigating I have discovered that during the original install, Superior Insulation only sprayed the roof deck in the attic, the area that I could see and not the hip portion of the roof. The company has sent out two representatives to observe the work, the first, a sales person called the work "complete negligence ", couldn't agree more! The second person, the owner, said it was probably too difficult for them to do it despite it being in the contract, and instead of telling me this, they just did what was easy. I am now left with 3-4' of the entire perimeter of my roof rotting out and a mold problem. The owner is willing to spray the area that his incompetent workers didn't spay the first time but now has no access to the area because they blocked it off with insulation. So he expects me to pay to have the plaster removed and then replaced and repainted all while having tenants living in the space. They have caused 10s of thousands of dollars of damage and despite my several attempts, they are not willing to take any responsibility other than agreeing that the areas were never sprayed and I should now be out additional money to fix their mistakes. There are plenty of other options in the area to choose before this company, it's not worth the risk that they may or may not actually do the work you paid for.

They also did not remove the old hot water tank that they agreed to remove prior to installing the new ones. Fast forward 5 years. We wanted the tankless hot water heaters delimed and flushed as they are expensive to replace. We were hesitant to call Capital Heat again, but figured they could flush the units they installed. The tech arrived and questioned me why there was no ports installed on the units to flush through. After about a 40min phone call with a manager, it was determined that THESE units didnt need to be flushed ( I had done my own research prior to contacting them and found from the manufacturer that they DO need to be flushed) which is not true. They just didnt install flush valves when they put in the water heaters. They charged me 149$ for doing nothing other than confirming what we already knew. After 2 bad experiences with this company, they are just not worth our business. It was poorly run 5 years ago and i see nothing has changed. LOOK ELSEWHERE
