Never had problems until April 2025. For 10 years service has been good. Now we have missed deliveries and I can't get in touch with customer service. I'm put on hold for an hour after I tell them I'm not a new customer and the system cannot find my account. Now our machine is not working properly, so we can't use the little bit of water left. After 43 minutes of waiting today, I spoke with a very rude Maz of customer service who told me they have gone through a system upgrade and my April 17 delivery would now be May 9 and I would need to request a credit for the previous month. She also told me to use my time while waiting online to multitask and use a different phone for conference calls. This is not ethical. Sparkletts to Primo has been ABYSMAL. Multiple missed deliveries continue to be charged. Missed delivery just yesterday: we saw the delivery truck in front of our triplex but no waters were delivered and our empty bottles weren't picked up. Best of all, the delivery person uploaded a photo of my triplex as "proof of delivery" on the website. Customer service wait times are at least 45 minutes... and as I type this up it's been 30 minutes and counting. Last time I called to cancel services and representatives kept transferring me to new reps with more waiting, I had to hang up. Wish me luck today. Edit: Supposedly my account is canceled now. If I wanted Arrowhead spring water I could go down to the gas station and buy it for a quarter of the price. My water service used to be solid and consistent until the merger. Since then, I have had false charges and several missed deliveries. I'm having the exact same experience as everyone else. Primo/Sparkletts water delivery was good and Primo/Sparkletts customer service was good. They rarely missed a delivery, and if they did, they would be able to come the next day. Whenever a bottle had a problem, they'd replace it within a couple days. If the count of bottles at my house was incorrect, a quick call to customer service would get the problem resolved. Then the problems started: On April 15 I got an email that Primo customers would be moved to a new system (ReadyRefresh) effective Monday, April 21. On April 17, I got an email saying that my regularly scheduled delivery would occur on Monday, April 21. On April 21, I got an email saying that my regularly scheduled delivery would occur on Thursday, April 24. What?! Monday: I contacted customer service and got through right away, but was told that my account was migrated and I'd have to talk to migration team. I was put on hold forever, and when I finally talked to someone, I was told I would still get my delivery that day. End of Monday: No delivery Tuesday: I contacted customer service and again was told I'd have to talk to the migration team. I was on hold forever, then given the option for a call back. End of Tuesday: No delivery, no call back. Wednesday: I contacted customer service and again was told I'd have to talk to the migration team. I was on hold forever, then I gave up because I had to get on with my life. End of Wednesday: No delivery, no call back. Thursday: I contacted customer service and again was told I'd have to talk to the migration team. This time I pleaded not to be transferred because they don't actually answer the phone or call back. The agent gave me a "direct" number that I could call if I didn't want to wait. I was then put on hold, and I requested a call back. I called the so-called direct number, but that team also transferred me to the so-called migration team. I hung up. Thursday afternoon, I finally got my water from my new delivery guy. --- Fast forward to today, about six weeks later. I've gotten two of my normal deliveries and they've inexplicably missed the third. Called customer service and they said I have to wait a full week for the next available delivery. I'm done. As many have already stated, Sparkletts is no longer a reliable company. After years, decades even, of great service, it has all taken a drastic 180 the past few months. First of all, one of the bottles they last delivered had a crack in it. This caused a leak which damaged our floor and dripped down to the downstairs unit. They promised a free replacement bottle next delivery but we have yet to receive that delivery. We have placed more than 5 calls to schedule a delivery, and each time they did not show up and we are still without delivery even after 2 months of this ordeal. We saw "Business Owner Cara K" replying under each Yelp review and sent them a message as requested and no answer. It's been about a week now. Completely unacceptable. We are looking to cancel our service with them immediately and try Phresh Waters. Sparkletts should give us the decency and tell us what is going on and what is causing this dramatic shift. Sparkletts is now Primo. RUN AWAY ASAP!! I started Sparkletts water delivery though Costco. For years, I never had an issue with billing or service. Then "Primo" took over around April 2025. EVERY MONTH THERE IS A PROBLEM, from day one. They screwed up the Costco accounting and started a "new account" with billing at a different rate from the Costco contract (they did not tell me, I figured it out after multiple phone calls- that is another issue I will not waste time on now) Then they changed delivery days and screwed that up. They did not deliver but charged me for the delivery and essentially called me a liar when I told them there had been no delivery because their freaking "system" said water was delivered. HOURS wasted on the phone over water delivery!!! NOW, I just realized I have been paying a late fee every month for a year because THEY changed the billing/payment date without any overt notice. Also, you are not advised there a late fee will be accessed on a certain date, you only learn of it when you check your invoice- which is not readily accessible. I believe they hide the details on purpose just to get that extra $20, yes $20. This is the only Costco vendor I have ever had a problem with. When I called Costco to complain, they said a representative would call me back. The did, a representative from PRIMO waters that basically dismissed my complaints as the issues are minor and fixed (only after multiple phone calls) and I could always find another service if I did not like theirs. I have been looking for a new water service, but Primo appears to have a monopoly in my area. COSTCO SHOULD BE ASHAMED! yeah, right... I will be shouting rip off when I pass the "Primo" vendor at costco and I am telling everyone who will listen to RUN, not walk. Oh, I almost forgot. Since cancelling my service at the beginning of July, I have been calling Primo to refund my credited $229.05 for returned empty bottles to my linked debit card. I've called them 13 times, each time getting directed to a different customer service rep. I've been told a variety of things; hearing multiple times that the refund will take and where from 72hrs to 3-5 business days. Over a month later, still no refund. The $229.05 is still sitting in my Primo account. One rep directed me to a collections agency, who had no idea what I was talking about since I was calling about a refund, not paying an overdue balance. The last rep I spoke to had no answers except to call my bank and verify if the payment was rejected. Well, I called my bank. They confirmed that they do not reject refunds, and that no refund from Primo Brands is pending. I'm sick and tired of the games they're playing. Constantly giving me the run-around. This is after cancelling over a month ago due to multiple delayed deliveries and overcharging me for empty bottles. She said my service would be canceled and scheduled a pickup for this Friday, but wouldn't send a confirmation email--just a "confirmation number," which doesn't inspire confidence. I've been a customer of Sparkletts.com home delivery service for over 10 years in Ventura, and starting in April 2025 they've turned into Primo Brands, and now have AGAIN changed to something else like ReadyRefresh Primo Brands?! I've downloaded two new apps and created two new logins just to be able to view and access my invoices and account online in the last three weeks. It does NOT inspire confidence in the professionalism or competence of this company. Even more irritating: the price per 5-gallon drinking water has slowly increased over the past 6 months from $9.99 per bottle to 10.99, then 11.49, and now 12.49 per bottle without ANY notification of price increase until I investigated the info on my invoices. So I've gradually been paying more per bottle for the same product without any justification or notification of the increase. And this is even after I called customer service last year to request a price reduction because bottles were being advertised for new customers at $7.99 while I was paying $12.49. So they've just sneakily bumped me back up to the price I was paying a year ago, without explanation or letting me know in any way. Finally, they're now discontinuing Sparkletts itself and now substituting Arrowhead instead. I'm snobby AF about how my water tastes and I HATE Arrowhead. I am completely done with Sparkletts. We haven't received a water delivery in over 11 weeks -- despite paying for it the entire time. We specifically signed up for pH water, only to find out (after the fact) that they no longer carry it and have been delivering regular Arrowhead water at premium pH water prices. You'll be on hold for over 2 hours, and when you finally get through, they'll promise to deliver the following week and even offer a free 5-gallon jug as an apology -- but guess what? After a month with no drinking water, AWFUL customer service, and extremely delayed response time, I will no longer give this ridiculous excuse of a company my money. After the 11th email telling me that my water will once again be delayed, I wanted on hold for over an hour to get through to someone just so they could promise me with a 100% guarantee that my water would be delivered on Thursday, May 15th. They even threw in one extra bottle for free for my trouble.... Fast forward to today, May 25th. STILL NO WATER and no explanation or answer or compensation. And to top it all off... they switched my water without telling me to Arrowhead, which we all know tastes like the inside of a stale mouth of a carcass. That would have really annoyed me if the water ever actually got delivered. From now on, I will GLADY drive down to the local mom and pop water dispensary and fill up my water. Since Primo "took over", water service has been sporadic and incorrect. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. They charge additional fees without warning. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

Terrible service. Ever since the merger from Sparkletts to Primo Brands my experience is nothing short of awful. The delivery instructions are consistently not followed and my empty bottles are not picked up. I not have a laundry room full of empty bottles. Truly poor service and do not recommend this company at all. Definitely consider other options. read more
