I recently was preparing my house for sale, and it had been left in pretty dirty shape by the last occupant. Knowing Trudy was environmentally friendly with her products, and scrupulous in her standards she was the first person I contacted to do a move out cleaning. She was really thorough in questioning my needs, and making sure I specified everything I needed done so it could be done. (No other calls needed) Her staff was on time, done before the estimate, and more than I could have bargained for! The place was amazingly clean and fresh smelling, I was so thankful to have that off my list - lessened my stress level hugely, I recommend her to anyone and everyone needing a move out or move in cleaning! Finding a good housekeeper has been a struggle for us. One company broke a bathroom light fixture (which I understand - it happens) and did not even mention it to me (the part I did not understand.) Like I would not miss a 6" glass lamp covering missing??? Then we found Trudy. What a relief! At last I found someone who has my same standards of perfection. Trudy is the best and most thorough housekeeper we have ever had. Our house is large and we have many indoor pets but Trudy manages to keep the place looking great. Trudy first said she would come to my house for a pre-cleaning look, and she cancelled the day we had it planned and never rescheduled it. That should have been my first clue. I still kept the date her cleaner had scheduled to come. Her cleaner came and did a great job. I texted with Trudy a bit about it after the initial visit saying her employee did a great job and I would like to keep my once a month cleaning with her company. I texted Trudy two days before the next time her cleaner was scheduled to come because I hadn't heard anything and wanted to verify I had the date right for the next cleaning. She never responded and completely ghosted me. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend. read more

Today I met Meranda. She was amazingly sweet and very accepting of my very rambunctious greeter. She scratched her and pet her. Okay now to the Cleaning. I just came home from work and immediately I could smell how clean everything was. I let my dogs out and could see all my wood surfaces shining. Parts of my house were cleaned that I didn't expect like the walls were cleaner. There were two spots I had tried to clean a dozen times and they were gone. She even texted me to see if she could let my dogs go potty before she left. My shower is so clean and I hate hate hate Cleaning it. I have a table in my entry way that only gets dusted every few months because it has some intricate areas. SPOTLESS. I highly recommend This Cleaning service. I so so so look forward to next month. This might be a little unconventional but I wanted to write a review for my mom, the owner of Urban Green Clean. I (obviously) lived in the same house with my mom for 18+ years and I can tell you hands down she was the strictest, most detailed house cleaner (in a good way!) We could not get away with anything when it came to cleaning! She taught me that you don't just clean around things--you pick things up and clean under them! You don't just wipe down the bathroom--you clean the bathroom until it literally sparkles, from the porcelain toilet to the bathroom faucets. She even made sure when we vacuumed that we didn't leave footprints after vacuuming, so you could only see the vacuum lines. In other words, she is the most meticulous, thorough, detailed and genuinely talented cleaner--and the best part is she actually enjoys it! I highly recommend Urban Green Clean. WOW!!! Is all I have to say. Trudy is my first housekeeper. I looked her up on yelp she had no negative reviews. She came to clean my house I hired her for four hours. It took way longer, because it's the first time that she had cleaned my house. She was not leaving until everything was completed. That never happens these days. So very very blessed to have her clean our house. When I got home it was sparkling she even asked what my favorite essential oil was. She also makes amazing bath salts.
