The place was empty and I told them that the carpets were being cleaned later that night. Well....nothing I asked for was completed. First off, the employee, "Melissa" was 30 minutes late. After she finally got there we went in. She was concerned with starting the "self clean" on the oven. I showed her it had already been done but she insisted we do it again, so I started it. The countdown started with 4 hours 20 minutes. I walked the employee around some. Before leaving she asked if there was a Walmart around (none close). She was instructed to call me when she had about 30 minutes left. After I got there I saw that the countdown on the stove still had 5 minutes. The contracted clean was for 5 hours. We then began walking around and I was noticing that things were not done. Strike plates were dirty, there was dust on top of the refrigerator, there were some spots on cupboard doors and the front of the stove wasn't cleaned at all. She also did none of the interior windows which I specifically asked for. Well, she did the windows quickly and after that I asked her to leave. She said I owed the full amount ($180) which I begrudgingly wrote out a check. I proceeded to go around the apartment with paper towels and water and cleaned after "Melissa" left. I was pissed. I called and talked to Lydia - she said she would send me a partial refund. She also said that she would have "Melissa" return. I told her that I don't wish to have any of her employees go there. I hired them to save me time, which ended up costing me more time. I had to go over everything. The drawer under the stove was cleaned, but not the floor below that. There were 3 cat toys under there. I started taking before and after pictures. In the after pictures I would have the dirty paper towels to show. I then called my credit union and cancelled payment. I called Lydia and told her I cancelled the payment and that if she thought it necessary to charge me anything that she could bill me or take me to court. I told her about the before and after photos and offered to send them to her (which I did do). I would stay far away from these people....or if you do hire them be prepared to stay with them and watch them like a hawk. I should have known that they were a cracker jack organization when they showed up late (but left on time) and charged the full amount. STAY AWAY!!!!

So far so great! Then the appointment time came and went, so after 20 minutes I called and left a voicemail. After another 20 minutes, I texted. Finally she texted back, apologizing and asking if her husband can come 1.5 hrs after our original appointment. I'm not comfortable with that at all, and I politely declined. I also very politely added that it's a nice courtesy to notify clients when they are going to be late.15 minutes later, she respectfully apologized, explaining that they were "behind schedule all day". I think trust is paramount when hiring someone for something so personal, and therefore I wouldn't recommend this company. But communication, when it was there, was very nice. I'm sure they were just having a bad day, but I'm really disappointed. :(

We came back at 1:45pm and the house cleaner was gone. The bathrooms had not been touched. The kitchen had not been wiped down. The floor had not been swept or mopped. The duster, rags and paper towels I left for cleaning...only 1 rag was used. The carpet had been vacuumed but it was done very sloppy. A small bag that had fallen on the floor was not moved out of the way...it was vacuumed around. A box had fallen off the chair and it was not picked up or moved...it was vacuumed around. There was dust, hair and debris still on floors and carpet. When I sent an email along with pics to the manager, she told me she was not able to give me a full refund because the cleaner did work for 3 hrs (no she did not) and she offer me a $29 refund. Extremely disappointed. Terrible policies. Do not waste your money.

They were reliable and dependable. I had no reservations about them being in my home while I was not there. My frustrations came from a recurring pattern of missing details. For example: they left the door to my cat's litter box closed & he had an accident as a result. Several times surfaces like the mirrors & glass cooktop were streaky. They "organize" while they clean, but this often resulted in things being put in different places that were not logical to where they started. Dust on the bathroom light fixtures and top of the toilet tanks were never wiped down. I could potentially overlook these details but not for the cost. A team of two would be at my house for less than 90 minutes for a cost of $180. I would recommend them if you're not as concerned with these kinds of details.

One of my children's bedrooms was not cleaned at all because he was napping. So this is incorrect. I had 3 bedrooms vacuumed, two of them I had requested they stay out of. Nothing in those rooms was cleaned, only vacuumed. Beds were not made/cleaned. Only vacuumed. If that is a "deep cleaning" my apologies, I must not know the definition of a deep clean. I also told them to leave my half bath alone which she went into anyway. My master bathroom was hardly cleaned aside from the toilet. The woman who did the cleaning pushed her way angrily back into my home after finding out I left a negative review shortly after she had left. Also; nothing against her, she didn't speak the best english, but gesturing at someone in a hostile manner and pushing their way into your home is very unprofessional. She also spent 2 hours on my porch smoking after she finishing "cleaning" while she waited for a ride. The company is run by Sandra and Manuel Diaz. They did an absolutely amazing job. They cleaned behind the fridge, the stove, the washer etc. Everything was absolutely spotless and they did way more than I expected. They clean without toxic/abrasive chemicals so those of you who are expecting or bringing a little one home (like me) than these are you guys. They are in Marysville, but I live in Woodinville and another couple I know that use them are in Seattle so they should be able to accommodate where you are. I had a chance to talk to them briefly before they left and everyone was super nice and told me that if they missed anything to just let them know and they'd be back to get it. I was so pleased with their first cleaning, that I knew I wanted them to come back on a regular basis. Due to surgery, I was off work for two months and was able to observe their cleaning practices. They are extremely thorough and efficient, bring their own non toxic cleaning supplies, and are a pleasure to be around.
