Paul and his team have been taking care of my little Monster (Mr. Bingley), for the last 4+ years. I say "taking care of," because it's been much more than just walking. They give him all the love that anyone pup could get, they walked him when he was so stubborn he didn't even want to walk and after Mr. B. tore his ACL, they carried him (a 50+ lb pitbull) up and down the stairs for months. As for me, I have a job that sometimes requires late nights and weekends. These late nights often are sprung upon me with no warning. Paul has always worked with me to get my pup walked even with a last-minute request. I have recently moved out of range for their service. I can only hope I can find a team half as caring as Paul's. Paul and Aki were amazing with Alison. If we weren't moving to NJ we would still be having them walk our dog. Paul and Aki both send updates through text after they walked Alison and sent pictures. Scheduling was very easy and Paul always accommodated us with last minute changes. When we first met Paul he came over and answered all of my questions. He made me feel super comfortable with him coming in and out of my house with no one there. He instantly bonded with our dog. Both him and Aki are absolutely dog people. Paul also stayed with Alison over Labor Day weekend when we wanted to go away. I wouldn't have left my dog with anyone but him. He sent us updates the entire weekend and gave medication to her that she needs to have twice a day. She was able to stay in her own home and zone instead of my having to take her to a kennel, which I didn't want to do. Everyone on our block also knows who Paul and Aki are now because of how friendly they both are when walking our dog. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Urban Waggers. read more

If we could give 100 stars, we would! Paul and Urban Waggers was the best find for our weird pup, Zara. He treated Zara as his own and embraced her quirks which sometimes turned others away. Her behavior is overall much better after frequent walks, guidance and care. Paul is extremely flexible in scheduling / timing and it was easy to coordinate and pay the very affordable prices. Paul & his team are the best. Our dog loves them all. Aki did our daily walks and always showered our pup with lots of love and attention. He made sure she was well cared for and we were always comfortable leaving her in their hands. She is a creature of routine and Aki followed it to a tee. We also frequently used Paul for overnight stays. Our dog has severe separation anxiety and so we cannot leave her unattended overnight. Paul took great care of her, sending frequent updates. We recently moved and leaving Urban Waggers behind was absolutely devastating. I am not sure they can be replaced! read more

Wow where to start! I'm a nervous cat mama who has had absolutely horrendous experiences with other sitters in the past. When we interviewed Paul it was obvious he was a caring sitter who we could trust wholeheartedly. Two trips later, our original impression has only been confirmed and reconfirmed! What a change to be able to relax while away knowing our fur babies are well cared for by a responsible and knowledgeable person. Paul also reliably sends updates and pictures and even made our girls a fun treat puzzle out of a cardboard box we left for them to play in. I wish I could give Paul more than 5 stars! Paul has been the best-est friend of Miel for a year now! He is the most incredible person and walker I've ever met. He sincerely loves and cares for Miel & as someone who has experience with many different dog walkers, I can say with no hesitance that he is the best. He walks Miel more than the requested time and takes him to beautiful parks even though its a bit far from our place. He takes beautiful photos of my dog and I can tell that my dog is so happy to be walking with him! I recently had to move out of the neighborhood and we were super sad to say goodbye to him. Honestly, if I could give Paul 100 stars I would. He has very far and away exceeded any of our expectations for a dog walker. He is flexible, kind, trustworthy, and most of all a clear dog-lover! We have a somewhat difficult dog (a grumpy senior with anxiety issues and occasional fear-aggressive behaviors) and Paul takes it all in stride and loves our dog to pieces! We are moving away from the neighborhood and, honestly, the hardest part of deciding to move was that we would be losing Paul! I know we may never find such an amazing dog walker elsewhere. Jamie was our dog walker/sitter for almost 2 years! We have a senior dog who is both partially deaf and blind and requires medication twice a day. She always made sure he had all of his medication needs met! Our dog Rusty loved Jamie and so did we ! We used her for intermittent walking when we were in a jam and she also stayed at our apartment for many occasions when we traveled. I can contact them last minute if I have to make plans to go out of town for them to add walks to the schedule.. They are very accommodating. I always get a daily update on how my dog is doing. They are great when my dog isn't feeling well; they take the extra time and care to make sure he is always comfortable. I love the extra attention they give to all their clients and client's pets, especially the homemade dog treats that we get hand delivered every Christmas!
