    Urbun grill
    Val L.

I just loved this place. It is spacious, clean, the food is good and the service is super fast. I went there last time for a late breakfast and I had the Urbun grill. It was really good, specially the bread, which was homemade. My friend had scrambled eggs and he said it was good too. We ordered americanos and it was perfect - just as I was told! To finish we had carrot cake - the other cakes seemed amazing, but you know, carrot cake... O.O It was...OK. Plenty of icing and cream but too much raisins. It was more like a raisins cake than a carrot cake. Anyways, I'd definitively go back there but I'd try the lemon cake next time. Ah they also sell tea, teapots and coffee mugs. Everything is super cute and the price is fine.

Tasty chicken salad with garlic and yoghurt dressing and followed by a coffee and gluten free cake. Everything was very good quality but I was looking for more options for healthy foods like salads, think they only had two or three to choose from. Good quality cafe and would be happy to go back to if I was passing by. Coffee is very good! 3.5 stars!

Bloody hell. 5/5, 10/10. I've had to stop myself from wolfing down this spectacular lunch in one go. Almond milk flat white- rusty almond flavour is unreal. Veggie sandwich with fresh roasted veg and goats cheese-- unbelievable. The gluten free bread is best I've experienced in a redtaurant. So soooo good!!! Really lovely set up here and can accommodate for large numbers. They even have a sweet ice cream parlour where you can get a waffle-ice cream sandwich. Healthy goodness, affordable staff and friendly staff. Great selection of culinary Nik-naks too. Like the terminator said- I'll be back .

Middle of nowhere? Check. Fashionable modern interior to make it look bare and minimal? Check. Good selection of yummy food and drinks? Check. Friendly and smiley waiting staff? Hmmm not this time :( Have been here a couple of times previously and always been happy with food and general atmosphere and ambience. This time however just wasn't quite on the ball. Walked in looking for table and went to till to ask about getting a drink. Was told on fairly rude manner that it was only table service and too busy to serve at till. So eventually got shown to table and given menu. I really enjoy the food here but opted for cake and coffee this time. Coffee was a little on cold side for my liking. At the end they seemed busy so I got up and walked to till to pay before leaving. Again barked at that I can only pay at my table as they are too busy. I realised this as that's why I was trying to help them by being one less table for them. Maybe I'll always be one less table for them if that's the attitude

Simple explanation of coffees.. great idea.

Tucked away in Cabinteely this little gem offers serious coffee and amazing hearty food! I've only been for breakfast/lunch and can say that these guys do it well! Thick cut batch toast with sausages, rashers (bacon for the American's) pudding, beans and eggs your style! what more do you want? Coffee, yeah - these guys don't mess about when it comes to coffee! seriously good beans and made the same each and every time!

The best breakfast I can imagine.

Excellent for breakfast or lunch. As I've mentioned in tips, the lemon drizzle cake and a pot of tea are a most excellent way to start the day. The staff are exceptionally personable and attentive. One of the best parts of coming to Dublin for me!

Pulled pork in a vla.... AMAZING.

Great great sandwiches, such fresh bread, delicious fillings and gorgeous coffees. No better place to grab a sambo and a coffee in South Dublin.

Absolutely love this place. One of my top spots in Dublin for coffee. Perfect every time, with the occasional added bonus of a foam masterpiece if you're lucky. I often team a coffee with their parmesan scrambled eggs for a perfect Sunday brunch combo!

Great food and smooth delicious coffee.... Always happy to stop by for a coffee though at the weekend, easily persuaded to have a bite from the brunch menu

very very delicious food. staff are not so great. chefs are wonderful, baristas are wonderful but the table staff are not very good. ive been here a few times and i would deffo return, its sandwhiches are brilliant and if your looking to satisfy a sandwhich craving, this is the place to visit

As it's situated in the business park of Cherrywood, business is relied heavily on the surrounding businesses for trade. The gym claims ownership of the carpark out front (bit of a pain so don't park there unless you have a gym sticker!) but an adjacent building has kindly given 5 free spaces to the cafe. There a lovely seated area by a large pond outside to enjoy your lunch. The interior decor is bright and airy with a slight nautical theme. It's called the lighthouse cafe after all! They sell ginger beer which makes me happy ;) the coffee is Mcabes. It's located just off the M50 exit 16 and off the N11 too so it's easy to get to. Opening hours are 7:30-4pm mon-fri and 10-3 for Saturday brunch which I'm here to say is so tasty. Mmm egg florentine. If you're in the area, give it a go!

My colleagues ventured over there almost every day for Americanos and protein ball snacks, both of which they said were very good. The staff there are very friendly, and they even remember orders for those who return frequently. This is a worthwhile place to visit if you work in that office park!

Been here on a few occasions and for example, my most recent visit... It was a super cold winters day and I was looking forward to getting inside but they didn't really have much heat going on, many people still sitting with jackets and scarfs on, take the hint..!!! Also, it was 3pm and they had no sandwiches on display people had to ask for them and the lady seemed troubled to go out the back and bring a few options out... Plus for a great little cafe building and area, they have only pre-made sandwiches, ye know the kind in cardboard/plastic sleeves. They don't have any option to toast them and also pretty sad, they cut it into quarters and serve it on a plate... Eh, we all known I've just bought a cardboard sandwich, serving it to me in triangles doesn't make it any more gourmet. Also, 3pm... Cold winters day and they had ran out of soup, yep, no soup... Was half expecting her to say they had no hot water for my cup of tea, but it's ok, hot water was in stock :-) Service wise, they really could do with putting on a smile... There's little or no pleasantries from the staff which is such a shame and as a tourist hub, they don't give off that renowned Irish Charm.

There are usually lots of Italian customers there, speaking Italian. This is a very good sign. The place is full of interesting old books people are free to browse. A quirk is an underlying 'cat' theme. Quotes and pictures about cats all over. Hand drawn images of cats by customers also adorn the walks, as to Italian record albums.
