Called for a quote to change the signs for a business I am purchasing. Call started with a man answering and mumbling one word I couldn't understand. Didn't say "fast signs" "hello" just mumbled and silence. I had to repeat myself to get him to speak. I said I need a new store front sign for a new business I'm starting. "Well I can't quote channel letters over the phone" Well I'm not an employee of your store and I don't know how it works. I need a sign made, how about helping me navigate and closing a sale? Life has been hard during and post pandemic, but if you're going to be just rude and you don't want to work, then you shouldn't even bother answering the phone. I used this company in the past and it wasn't amazing but we got it done. Clearly nothing has changed and my loyalty isn't a concern for them so I will be finding a new vendor for my chain of stores. I had a pleasure working with FastSigns this holiday break. I needed to have some vinyl decal stickers printed, and messaged a few print shops on Yelp to inquire about the price of their services. David was very quick to respond, and look at my inquiry. I was able to work with my graphic designer to fix my logo to be bigger so that their machine could cut around my text, and their turnaround of 1-2 days for production was fast! (Especially since I was requesting this around the day after Christmas.) Roman let me know when the stickers were ready to be picked up - they are very responsive via email. When I arrived, the stickers were there waiting for me, and they helped me place the vinyl decal on my laptop. These stickers really make a big difference in terms of my branding for my DJ business, so many thanks to the FastSigns team in Hollywood for this! read more

I am more than satisfied with my experience with FastSigns. I asked for a quote for my personal chef business, they gave it to me through yelp then email, I went to get my car measured, paid, and a few days later, I have my decals on my car! I got a few quotes that were literally 2-3 times higher than FastSigns. I sent my logo to them, told them what I wanted around it, and they designed the rest. You can tell they are super experienced and gave me input on what would really grab my clients' attention. This is going to improve my business a LOT and I owe it all to them. As a very seasoned business professional ordering many items such as banners and stand up signs over the years I decided to go here and get some banners and table cloth and back drop printed. The guy had ZERO personality and seemed annoyed or mad...and proceeds to quote me over $1,800 for something I'm getting from another FAST SIGNS for literally $650!!! Stay away from this place...I've never left one bad review but i don't don't want other people getting overcharged and ripped off. Despite having a degree in graphic design, I was told via email that my vector file wasn't a vector file. My office isn't far from this location so I thought it'd be easier to just go to the store in person with my laptop. I was actually ridiculed to my face and told "that women shouldn't do technology because they always mess it up". I was seething at this comment but tried to let it slide in order to get the project done the way that my client wanted it done. I left the store thinking that the guys who worked at FastSigns were complete jerks but at least my client would be happy with the project. I was wrong. They messed up the printing AND the installation. When I called to complain they told me that they had no record of the in-person visit and could only rely on my emails. I ended up fighting the charge with my credit card company and had to pay someone else to fix their work. Sexist jerks who don't know anything about design and treat their customers like crap. Really great place! I work at a design place that just moved into a new office and we needed a sign for our door (white letters, modern and sleek on a glass door) and we got a die-cut vinyl sign from FastSigns to do it. I loved working with them. Very easy and straightforward from getting a quote to picking up the sign. When I put in a request for a quote I also sent them a .psd file of our logo (with our company name on it) and they did a great job and had our sign ready in a matter of days! If you have any questions about when to pick up the sign or if you don't understand something on the invoice, just shoot them a quick email and they'll get back to you right away. I had never installed a sign like this and they were very nice about my numerous questions. The man working the front desk (don't know his name, but he was super nice!) took ten minutes to walk me through how I'd install the sign. He also said if I wanted further assurance I was doing it right, there were many great YouTube videos and to just search "Die-cut vinyl installation" to find a good how-to video. Are these guys high all the time or something? Here's my long and drawn out tale of woe. After 5 months of back and forth bullsh*t with our office building manager they finally told us to buy our own damn sign. The recommended Fast Signs. The guys at this place gave me an unreasonably high quote on glass signs, then recommended plastic because it's cheaper and you won't know the difference. I ordered 2 signs for 2 companies. They said I could pick them up on a certain day, they of course, weren't ready. I went back AGAIN the next day. The price was not the same as the quote. I forget at was wrong, this was so long ago and I was so angry I just repressed it and moved ahead. Then, 5 months later, my boss walks through the door and puts a metal piece on my desk and said, "This just fell off of the sign. See if they'll come fix it. We paid $300 for them." I called ad they said it would be $80 just to send a guy out, then $15 to replace the metal pin, which, by the way, broke off in the first place because it wasn't big enough. I told my boss this and he said, "No. Tell them we can offer them $75 to come and replace them all or we'll get someone else to do it." I called again and weaseled my way to a guy who "put me on the schedule" for next Tuesday. He said he'd call to confirm on Monday, but said I should call him if he forgets. Are you serious? I have to call you to make sure you do your job? That's not MY job. In the end, I stole some new pins from a sign from a company who recently moved out of the building and replaced ours FOR FREE. Strangely enough, the Fast Signs guy called just now as I was writing this Yelp review asking if he forgot about me. * facepalm * These guys suck. read more

I just got the most beautiful billboard installed this morning! Initially, I was a bit worried to go with them because there was some miscommunication that led to a quote that was higher than expected. After reviewing other options, these guys are pretty competitive with the price. They were quick to give me estimates and to answer questions. They also kept their word on dates and appointments. FASTsigns says it all! Our company is closing down one of its locations this month, and we needed window vinyls for a clearance sale ASAP! After all of my files had been sent (at around 5:00pm), these guys were able to have the vinyls printed and installed THE NEXT DAY! Not to mention, I had originally gotten quotes from 4 different companies, and FastSigns had the lowest price of them all. I would maybe give 4 stars for service, as there was a little confusion as far as the files/sizing goes which I thought shouldn't have been a problem. These people are amazing. I came here to get racing stripes put on my sports car. They were so nice , fast, and skilled. They did a fantastic job for a fraction of the price that a dealer or mechanic /body shop would have charged to get stripes put on. A pleasant experience I'll definitely refer all my friends to them. I threw a huge celebration for our child on Sept 14th and our so called party planner order our custom designed made vinyls (which were a pivotal part of our party) from this company. Vinyls were paid in advance, ordered many weeks before and set for delivery. We show up to our celebration which by the way was a milestone that my child had been working on since she was 5. Vinyls were not there and never showed up. The company's response was gee that's never happened before and do you still want to take the vinyls? Well, celebration is over and the specialness that my daughter expected did not happen. I would never use this company or recommend them!!!
