    5 star all day! Alan was super helpful. Alan provided the benefit's to each of my decisions to ensure my happiness with the product. The prices are fair, the service was excellent and the product was Awesome. Parking in the back is free.

    We purchased our sneeze guard for our dental office from here and I've got to say that everything was on point. Prices? Customer Service? Response Time? Quality? Everything was just perfect and another quick thing to add regarding the prices is that they're very competitive. A lot lower than most other places we researched, and since it's so easy to install and the location was close, we were able to pick it up aka no additional fees than just the cost of the sneeze guard itself! Shoutout to Alan for being especially attentive and patient with my endless questions. Definitely going to be working with them in the future!

    I had a pleasure working with FastSigns this holiday break. I needed to have some vinyl decal stickers printed, and messaged a few print shops on Yelp to inquire about the price of their services. David was very quick to respond, and look at my inquiry. I was able to work with my graphic designer to fix my logo to be bigger so that their machine could cut around my text, and their turnaround of 1-2 days for production was fast! (Especially since I was requesting this around the day after Christmas.) Roman let me know when the stickers were ready to be picked up - they are very responsive via email. When I arrived, the stickers were there waiting for me, and they helped me place the vinyl decal on my laptop. These stickers really make a big difference in terms of my branding for my DJ business, so many thanks to the FastSigns team in Hollywood for this!

    I am more than satisfied with my experience with FastSigns. I asked for a quote for my personal chef business, they gave it to me through yelp then email, I went to get my car measured, paid, and a few days later, I have my decals on my car! I got a few quotes that were literally 2-3 times higher than FastSigns. I sent my logo to them, told them what I wanted around it, and they designed the rest. You can tell they are super experienced and gave me input on what would really grab my clients' attention. This is going to improve my business a LOT and I owe it all to them. It was $100 for my decals plus $75 for the installation. What a steal! Thank you!!!

    A great local print shop that was able to quickly turn around our custom print job. They beat their quoted turnaround time and we were very satisfied with the print quality and super fast turnaround. It's no wonder this shop has survived while many of the ones that used to exist in the area, are long gone. Would definitely come here again for any print needs and you should as well.

I just need 2 copies made from an original photo. Thats all. Color Images replies saying it was $5 and can be done while I wait. I replied to confirm and they said it was easy and to come on down. So I send my husband in the following day to drop off the picture. After dropping it off he calls me back and tells me how rude the guy at the counter was to him and just how complicated he made a simple task seem. He said the guy acted like it was just a huge inconvenience, asking several questions for what should be simple and self explanatory and complaining that they normally do larger jobs , blah blah blah. At the end of the day I hadn't heard back from them as promised to let me know it was ready. I was already on a time crunch, because I intended this picture as a gift to someone who was visiting so I stopped by to see if it was finished (4pm, drop off was 9am) and the guy said "Oh, I forgot, let me warm up the machine". About 10 min later I have the copies. Now remember, I specifically asked for a color print of a glossy photo and they specifically responded that they can provide this. What I got was AWFUL. It was a morphed, discolored, paper copy. Common sense dictates that if someone asks for a copy of a glossy photo then theyd get a glossy photo in return. Its was so terrible. I think he even tried to balance the color, which made it worse...... The original photo was taken is soft lighting but it came out like it was red..... I dont even know how to explain it other than it was absolute garbage. Like I said, maybe they do good work on large print jobs but this place had no business reaching out to me when I was specific about what I was looking for AND the guy who is at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. I dont care about the measly $5. I care that my time was wasted and that both my husband and I were treated poorly. Oh, and I had to ask for my card back because he didnt return it at the end of the task and yes, he forgot because he sent me on my way before giving it back. I drove straight to CVS and printed out a perfect glossy duplicate for under $1.00, self service, took 3 minutes, the picture wasnt damaged or bent like I had feared which is why I did not go in the first place and no drama.

After a few calls to local offices i was directed to ACRO where I was greated by a sympathetic employee who offered to have my devices dried for free as a courtesy. I would hve had to wait at least 3 days and pay out of pocket for a service I cant afford otherwise . Acro may have saved my 10k dollar devices and they didn't ask for a dime. I usually just ask where I should place these packages with pre-paid labels to make the transaction a quick drop off since I don't need the receipt. Instead, this guy greets me with: UPS employee: What's this? Me: numerous packages with pre-paid labels. Just need to drop them off. UPS employee: In a bag?! Me: Why yes, there's a lot of separate packages in here. UPS employee: open the bag.... He then proceeds to have me pass the packages one by one and scans them thus defeating the purpose of creating pre-paid shipping labels and the ease of dropping a ready to go package off. Not to mention his rude tone. Other UPS locations I frequent are always so kind and welcoming. Not this location, except the older lady who is always very sweet. Please make sure your employees don't act like douchebags just because they don't want to work and be proper during that shift.
