I've had some frustrating experiences with urgent care centers that don't seem to care about your well-being beyond the money you pay them at the front desk as well as attitude from the front desk... I had issues with the pharmacy today, and they called them THREE times just to make sure everything was sent over correctly. Ultimately, it was on the pharmacy's end, but as soon as I mentioned my issues, they took immediate action. Front desk is always courteous in person and otp. I would HIGHLY recommend!

She called him and he also declined because my son wasnt there patient. Well i was in process of moving them there now i wont. Needless to say i took him to Eastside pediatric clinic who only accepts medicaid and paid out of pocket the doctor was awesome she treated his symptoms and gave him antibiotics and injections. Waited another 25 for the actual "Doctor", staff could be heard screwing around, laughing and talking instead of treating patients right away, and the way they checked us was unprofessional. They swabbed our noses (hardly reaching in), listened to our heart and lungs only once from the front, didn't check our throats for possible inflammation, and seemed to be in a rush to not to interact with the patient. The room we were in also had a shriveled up bug, which appeared to possibly be a bee of some sort. Would not recommend.
