Upon checking in , I apparently booked an appointment on their "old" website . I was so upset that the old website was still available and that I drove an hour . I left very mad and charged out the door heading back to the highway . Within 10 minutes they called my cell , they completely rearranged their schedule to accommodate me . They went above and beyond and this type of customer service is not always the way these days ! We had Stefanie and she was amazing. She was so thorough, told my daughter exactly what and how she would do it and made my daughter feel at ease. She even made an outline to show her exactly where she would be removing the hair. The worst part for her is always the tweezing and she did not even feel it. After the hair removal she covered up the redness and used some of their product on her eyebrows. We are so happy with the results and will definitely be back. This is worth the extra money to have it done here.

Upon my first visit, she gave me a tip to help grow my brows, something I'd been desperately trying to do and my former brow tech hadn't offered. I love the appointment and scheduling process as I like to do things digitally and quickly. Usually, I don't wait anymore than 5-10 minutes to be serviced. Overall, I'm pleased each time I leave the beauty bar. I will say that you may have to give this place a couple of tries before judging it (as with most places). My first visit was a little shaky because the receptionist wasn't the most helpful or welcoming to someone who'd never been in the shop and didn't know how things worked (sign-in vs. not signing in). Bottom line: Unless things changed, Tasha will be the ONLY person to do these brows!
