Your items will be examined and tested carefully, before an offer is made. So if you don't know the password, if you can't turn the thing on, or if it's not genuine, don't waste their time or yours. If you follow these simple steps, you will get a free, no obligation offer for your items. You are not under any obligation to sell, all or part of your inventory.
