My experience with US27 goes back a few years...I bought a very nice Sure-Trac trailer from them, and haven't regretted the purchase a bit. Fast-forward to early August 2018, when the wife and I decided it was time to purchase another Polaris ATV. We first went to MotorCity Powersports - a mistake I won't go into right now, a mistake I won't repeat. I decided to give 127 a shot, and I called and spoke with Aaron. Yes, he got me a good deal on another great Polaris machine, a 450 Sportsman with windshield and winch. But once the deal was closed, problems began. When we arrived, the Friday before Labor Day, to take delivery on our machine, it did NOT have a windshield on it; Aaron assured me he would order it and it would arrive post haste, and he would let me know when it did. Three weeks later, no call from Aaron. I called the dealership and was assured my windshield was in. So I made the trip from Detroit to St. Johns to pick up my windshield...I figured, yeah, it was supposed to be installed on the machine, but what the hey, it's not that big a deal to install (I've installed two of them on my previous Polaris quads). I get the box to my cabin in Shepherd - Mt. Pleasant area, about 40 minutes north - only to find Aaron ordered the WRONG PART (it was just the replacement windshield, no mounting brackets or hardware). More calls to Aaron, who suddenly is VERY difficult to connect with. Finally get hold of Aaron, who tells me he'll order a new windshield and tell me when it arrives. Another three weeks pass, with ZERO word from Aaron. I made yet another call to the dealership and learned the windshield had arrived, but since Aaron hadn't notified me that it was in, THEY SOLD IT to someone else. So let me put this in caps so that it's VERY well understood: AARON GIVES ME THE IMPRESSION THAT HE DOESN'T GIVE A $#!T ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONCE THE DEAL IS CLOSED. So I decided to go over his head. Being former military, I understand the protocol of 'chain of command'. So as much as I wanted to go straight to Polaris and tell them what was going on, I knew I owed it to 127 management to give them one last shot at fixing the problem. So I phoned 127 and got hold of Chris "Crazy Chris" Halliday. Within a week of my initial conversation with Chris, I had my windshield...and since I was installing it myself, he even 'comped' me with some merchandise to make sure I was happy. So, long and short: I cannot in good conscience give them an overall good rating because of Aaron's AWFUL track record - I wouldn't buy a pork chop from him if I were starving - but because of "Crazy Chris" Halliday, I can at least give them three stars. If you decide to go there, MAKE SURE TO AVOID AARON. Let Chris help you instead...you won't regret it. read more

Chad replied 'something must have gone wrong'.Obviously Then said if Polaris knew it was shipped out of the US he would lose his license he fully well knew it was going to go to another country. Checked on a new sxs the week before new year's. Knowing it was holiday week didn't expect to hear much on it. Got the info I was asking about. Set up a test drive with the machine I was inquiring about. Claude was very helpful, answered all my questions, gave me more insight I didn't know when I started looking for a sxs. Definitely would recommend seeing Claude for you utv needs. read more

I bought a new SSR dirt bike and a new quad in June. We have been having issues with the dirt bike. I called once and started to discuss the problem and we were disconnected. I have called back numerous times for the service department only to get put through to voice mail every single time for over a week. I can't even get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. So I now have a brand new dirt bike that I can't get serviced at the place I bought it. read more

Buy at your own risk. My initial communication and buying process went well but all fell apart at delivery. 1) It all started with several delays for installation of accessories. I was actually told my unit was shuffled back because someone came in and spent a large amount of money. You get priority by the spend here I guess. 2) The wrong windshield was installed. Explanation, the one I wanted was backordered so the salesman made the decision to change it out for an in stock windshield without checking with me. To make things right, they agreed to switch it out when the correct one came in. 3) Correct windshield arrives. Dealer picks the side by side up, installs the new windshield. Here's where major problems arise. On the trip back to deliver the roof buckled in the front and the headliner was damaged due to them not reassembling properly. They installed the windshield wrong leaving wide gaps all around the windshield. Initially tried to blame Polaris but finally admitted they installed it wrong. 4) Upon getting home and seeing all of this, I called them and they came out and picked the side by side back up again agreeing to reinstall the original windshield and fix the roof and headliner. The only thing they got right was replacing the windshield. The didn't replace the roof (still raised up) or the headliner (the backer was damaged) which now flops around. The most disappointing part is they will not make the situation right. I wouldn't buy from here if I were you. read more

I called to the service department and was told they wouldn't look at my seadoo because it was built more than 10 years ago. Must be nice to be able to cherry pick the business you want. I wonder if they tell people that they won't service what they sell if it is more than ten years old. read more

Went to US 27 motor sports to buy a trailer. Buying a 32' trailer and settled on a deal even got a purchase order. When I get the money from the bank, got insurance and everything; call to set up the appointment and Ronnie (the sales man) tells me that he sold it. Lied and said he hadn't talk to me, when he had 7 times per my phone records and the in person visit to see the trailer. He sold it to someone else even though we had a purchase agreement and more. I would NOT do business with this company. I spoke to the General Manager Scott and he told me it was all my fault because I didn't offer a large deposit to hold it. Horrible place to do business and horrible customer service! read more

Jus wanted to say thank you to everyone involved with building my new Can Am X3. This is the 2nd vehicle I've bought from Jason in 90 days. They took a bone stock X3 An turned it into one of the baddest around. Custom everything. This was a custom build. My mothers health is fading daily & I wanted a machine so I could take my mind off her health issues. Well US27 delivered an I couldn't be happier with what they built. Even the Tech that installed the parts even came up to me An spoke with me. ITS NOT OFTEN A TECH WILL EVER TALK TO CUSTOMERS. EVER. So special thanks to Jason, Brandon, Scott, Chad & the Tech-forgot his name. You guys all make the 173 mile round trip drive well worth it. Everyone in that dealership treated me with respect. Parts Guys as well. You guys have a customer for life. Anyone thinking of buying a trailer or vehicle don't think twice. The service is top notch. So good I had them put the US27 name all over my new X3 & I'll make sure everyone who looks at this machine knows who sold it to me. Ordered a part for my UTV on line. Was contacted the next day by US 27 and told they wanted another $20.00 for shipping as their website often doesn't calculate shipping on Honda parts properly. I replied I thought they should stand behind their price and any additional charge would make them more expensive than alternate sellers. I suggested that if their web site is broken they should shut it down and fix it and to not fix it was false advertising. The rep. replied there was a disclamer in the fine print stating that they're not responsible for errors made on their web page sales and I could pay the difference or cancel the order (which I did). I spend a ton online and have for many years. A seller trying to renegotiate the sale after the order has been placed is a first for me and demonstrates a lack of integrity or at least ineptitude. If you're shopping for parts, don't waste your time with US27. read more

Just went to us 27 motor sports & trailers to purchase a 24 foot trailer and didn't get to look the trailer over that well and got it home neighbor had noticed that the service door was bent and trim around the wheels was dented and a bolt was missing also the front panel had dibbits in it and said that they would take care of everything but front panel because that it was my fault and you can clearly see that this was all factory mess up I ask to exchange it for a new one and they said no because you messed it up so you eat it and I said I have to keep this piece of junk all dented up and they said yes you keep this hunk of junk we don't want it back we don't care about you problems all we was to do is sell them. I asked what do you think the manufacturer do for us he said nothing. So everyone out their if you purchase anything their be very careful before you sign a document. read more

Took my ranger in for engine light issue and the service department went beyond what I was expecting. The part was no longer being made by vender and unavailable. Through the efforts by US27 and Polaris the needed parts were located and installed much quicker than expected. I am very please with the service and the courtesy that I was afforded! Rude, dismissive, and arrogant attitude, particularly toward those of the female persuasion. Refuse to provide any information about features or pricing in writing or even listen long enough to discuss/explore other options. They couldn't care less and consequently, neither do I. I have taken a sled in there over 9 months ago and still not fix. Now they say it's not running and there's nothing they can do. I brought it in there for a speedo not working. The sled was left out side all summer long and now wasted from the weather. I will have my day in court with them. And would never do business with them ever again. read more

When we decided to purchase another SxS, we went to US 27 to support a local business. After many attempts of asking for a salesman to call us back, we decided to drive there to pick out our machine. It was a busy day for them and we were told we'd have to come back another day. Day of pick up & signing, I was insulted by the owner, suggesting how was I going to drive the machine off the property after purchase? We purchased a windshield only to be told they didn't have it in stock, had to wait a week to once again go back and pick it up. With only 268 miles on the machine, the primary clutch failed and worn the belt. Thankfully it was able to be warrantied, but only after having our machine for 2.5 weeks and many calls to US 27 and many managers. When we purchased the windshield it was suggested to buy the poly carbonate non-scratch, better quality, so we did. Well after having the machine for 2 months, maybe 4 hours on it, the windshield is scratched inside and out, looks terrible. We have not had this issue with our windshield on our RZR. After many calls to the salesman & Polaris, we took the windshield back to the dealer, the employee that was to take pictures (we weren't leaving it at the dealer) and file a claim for us & said she'd be there until 6, had the day off. Another employee told me he'd take pictures but my husband would need to call him to explain further (I guess being a female discredits my knowledge of knowing what the issue is?) Husband calls next day to get update, he's told we ruined the windshield not sure if it will be covered under warranty. Never shopped at a place before that didn't want to take care of their customers and gave them quite the run around from the first attempt at a sale to maintenance issues. Will think twice about who I refer family and friends to when buying their machines or buying accessories. read more

Honestly the worst place I've checked for getting a MUFFLER ASSEMBLY. I've been checking for cheap mufflers that don't cost $300+ for a 4 stroke. I found out how cheap US 27 Motorsports had. I CALLED them specifically asking if it fit my 2000 honda trx250ex. The guy said that it does so with no hesitation I ordered it. A few days later I get an email saying it's on back order for one month, okay no problem I understand. I get it within the next month and with the winter storms it gets delayed shipping so I'm getting more excited to have it. I get it, take it to our garage and turns out it doesn't fit. Not even close for the bracing to fit and it wasn't an ASSEMBLY. Just the muffler and it doesn't even reach to the rest of the other pipe that I didn't plan to replace. Never will I buy from them again. I rather spend the extra $20 on a muffler and extra shipping knowing it'll come on time and the CORRECT one. read more
