Crazy. The hardest part about this place was getting an appointment online. Well almost anywhere in North west, North east Washington/ king county right now anyways. Once I managed to secure my appointment, it was easy. It's not a drive up, you have to park, walk outside, check in and get a self swab! But, appointment only. They were turning away people that showed up without appointments! Like I said, the hardest part was getting an appointment. My time here took less than 5 minutes after I got out of my car including check in, getting the swab, doing the self swab, handing it back and walking out. Super easy and convenient! Appointments only. They will and are turning people away without appointments. Results available after a couple of days.

They do tend to prescribe medication more often here than other places, but when I've expressed concern with a specific Rx I had issues with, they were quick to find an alternative. The biggest reason I love this place is the time it takes. I'm usually out the door in less than 15 minutes (with an appointment). That includes greeting reception, getting vitals from an assistant, answering questions about why I'm there, talking to the doc, and leaving with my visit summary. I don't come here when I'm feeling well - I want to be back home, wrapped in a blanket, hopefully with some antibiotics or medication to make my plague less miserable. Once we did, we still never saw a price as none was given on our submission form. My card was then charged $1,410 by them for 10 mold samples. These were only $40 each from other labs that we had used previously. I called and they said they didn't realize we weren't walk-ins so our rate should be around $46/ sample and they would make it right. They offered me a credit of $60 out of my $1,400 to make it right for the lack of transparency and us never seeing or agreeing to the exorbitant pricing. Do not use this company if you value your money and by all means do not give them your credit card number. They will wring out every penny they can from you and offer you a 5% credit to pretend like they tried to help when you point out that there was never anything signed agreeing to their secret prices.

She apologized and let me know she was the only one working that day. She also let the walk ins know that they might have a wait since she was the only one in office, and let them know a few other locations close by. I asked if I could lay down since I'm very afraid of needles and she was happy to oblige. After seeing that I was really nervous and that my veins weren't showing a ton, she let me know she would use a small butterfly needle and that I would barely feel it. Usually I get super nauseous but I barely noticed the needle. In the past, other nurses have had to move the needle around a lot or poke twice which makes me really sick, but she was in immediately. It was also SO FAST! I've had my blood drawn probably 100 times in my life and this was the quickest and easiest. If every blood draw were like this I probably wouldn't have any needle phobia. Such an amazing woman and impeccable care. Next time I need to go in for blood work I will call ahead and make sure she is working. Truly exceptional!

A friendly greeting, patience, and basic customer service should be expected, especially in a healthcare setting where many patients may not be comfortable with technology. His questions about my medical history and current health were thoughtful and specific rather than routine or generic. What impressed me most was the thoughtfulness of his clinical judgment--his questions clearly reflected a careful effort to understand the full picture of my health. His manner was relaxed, professional, and genuinely caring, and I left the appointment feeling confident that my health is in very capable hands. His nurse, Richard, is a very efficient fellow who apologizes for any waiting periods, keeps us informed and covers the intake bases to allow Dr. G to spend quality time with me. Learning to navigate the KP system can be a bit challenging, but just a short period of looking through the websites and it becomes clear how to get what I need. We are blessed to have such good care. Anyone complaining about KP hasn't done their homework. We analyze the Medicare options in great detail each year and KP is very competitive on price, but our healthcare team continues to deliver great care! Thanks so much.
