The store is a mess all the time and the manager sits in the office and eats all day! Also rude to the employees. I'm shocked this place doesn't have health violations. The corporate office should look into the management, maybe interview the employees. read more

So, you want a gallon of fresh mozzarella and Costco didn't have it? This is your place! Wait a sec, though, you might want to check the expiration date on that tub before you run to the register with gluttonous glee. I like the selection of syrups they carry - it's even better than Business Costco in Fife. For one, they have Monin syrups and stuff beyond your standard vanilla and hazelnut. If you're looking for a coffee syrup, this is your place. At a great price, too. The meat isn't my thing but it didn't look fabulous either. Some fresh items, as mentioned, are expired. The guy I told at the register actually made a literal note of it when I mentioned it to him and told me that they'd just hired someone to monitor the fresh products. He seemed a little peeved I'd found something out of date on the shelf. Produce selection isn't the best but when is it in a bulk or commercial store? They have a lot of pre-breaded frozen stuff available, chips, large cans of everything, a section with odds-and-ends commercial and small-commercial kitchen supplies. They have a spot on the shelf for Franz gluten-free bread but I didn't actually see any. The parking lot is a mess - it's a mix of business folk trying to get where they are going and your average suburban grocery shopper parking an SUV. Which means lots of horns, alarms going off, people cutting you off, and the random cell-phone or texting driver. Pay attention in here or you're going to get hit! Pick up your flat-cart at the door, grab a few things in sizes you didn't know were made and save a little. Just check the dates. read more

I dread going in this store. A couple of the staff are ok but most are rude- one lady in particular I always seem to get is awful. Likely the meanest cashier I've ever encountered. I always try to play my cards right so she's not the one ringing me up. She never says a word to me, won't tell me the total, won't say have a nice day. she will be jovial with the other staff but then goes back to cruel when addressing me. I use to try and be friendly in hopes I could soften her but gave up. I am going to shop at the other location as much as possible. read more

I don't usually write reviews and this us the first bad review I've ever been compelled to write. The credit of my effort goes to Dan, the cashier. I dropped by to get a couple of mac and cheese trays. On my way to the start of the check out line (there's a big sign announcing that), Dan just sent off his customer and picked up the wall phone. Seeing that there was no one in line, I put my trays down on the counter and waited. When he was done, he waved a customer who just got in line. I was all confused and said, "wait, I was here first." He told me I was supposed to wait over there and pointed in the direction. I said I knew but there was nobody so I stopped before walking over. He pointed, repeated and we went 3 rounds. From his attitude you might suspect I was begging for scraps. Finally he signed, told the customer whom he called by first name, that he would ring me up first. No words, and no eye contact throughout the entire exchange. I left the store without asking to speak to anyone else because I was too upset to even think about it. On hindsight, I'm sure he wouldn't have treated me with such condescending attitude if I were a man, definitely not if I were white. If anyone cares - Dan needs a refresher in customer service, maybe even invest in some training on Implicit Bias. As for me, I'll just bring my business to places that at least pretend to welcome minority women. read more

The only reason I'm writing a review of Cash & Carry is that I'm new to Yelp and currently addicted to Yelping! Also, I saw that there aren't any other reviews for this store, so why not? I don't shop at Cash & Carry often but its a great place to go if you need bulk food or restaurant / store supplies in bulk. Its a good alternative to Costco for many items, especially since you don't need a membership to shop. The best price I've found on Sriracha (Rooster Sauce) is here (about $2.50 for the big bottle), and its the only place I know of where you can get a 2.5 lb bag of fortune cookies for $4! read more

I have been here a dozen times and I LOVE it! Tons of candy, meat, restaurant supply items, fruits, vegetables and just about anything you need lots of. This place is how Costco used to be about twenty years ago. Five gallon buckets of ketchup, a gallon of pickled jalepenos, every flavor of coffee syrup ever made, anything to make everything in large quantities. If you are on the fence about a Costco/Sam's Club membership, just come here. read more

Being my first visit, I am definitely a fan of this store! I am a coffee addict. I can't keep enough flavors of syrups in my kitchen to satisfy my cravings when they hit hard. The excitement I encountered while seeing a full row of syrups made me smile. Every flavor I wanted was there. They are exceptionally priced between $3-4 a bottle. Being a white coffee snob, I heard I can it here. They carry two bands: Great White ($25 2lb jug) and Wired Willey's (3 sizes). I was also able to snag soy milk. I didn't spend a ton of time investigating the freezer section but I visited the meat cooler and dairy cooler. There were many choices for meat and it all looked reasonably priced. The dairy department has 5lb tubs of sour cream for $6. My household seems to go through the normal sized sour cream available at regular grocery stores with a quickness. Butter was $2 for a 1lb block. I also got a can of whipped cream for a little over $1. My ideas are brewing about opening a business thanks to Cash & Carry! The only thing I didn't like was the rickety hand carts. I was paranoid my precious syrups were going to fall over and break. read more

I really like this place when I need large quantity items and don't want to go to Costco. It is small, but things are always neat and taken care of there. Never anything left in the aisles. Not everything seems to be fantastically priced for a consumer, but for a business, I could certainly see how it would be great for reselling. I buy my roasts there so I can butcher my own steaks. Sometimes their meat is on sale, IBP, not a brand I'd buy, but 4.99/lb for rib eye roast... I'd be tempted. Last trip I went they had one left. The package was open on the end. I pointed it out to the guy who worked there and was restocking or something, he didn't seem to really care. Don't be in a hurry if you're going to come for an item or two. Most of the customers are business and have... van/truckfulls of merchandise to be purchased. Staff is very nice. Personal checks not accepted from what I remember. read more

I've been to this location at least four times now and never had any issues. Today I went in and bought a couple things used a $20 for $5 dollars and only got $10 back. I realized it when I got in my car, not going anywhere else it's not in my car it's not in my purse and she said she's adamant she gave me $15. Well they can kiss my ass if I'm coming to this location again. I will drive out of my way and go to Olympia where they are helpful. read more

Cash & Carry is not your regular grocery. It's mostly a supply house for small restaurants or latte shops. For the ordinary folks there are some items well worth going here for. You can find no better prices on spice's than C&C. When I BBQ, C&C is my go to store for Beef brisket, St. Louis style ribs, and Pork shoulders. The dogs they sell there are the best. Not those little dogs you get at Fred Meyer or Safeway. The big German brand hotdog, Hot links, Chicken Italian, or the Adouille sausage. The chicken and apple dogs they sell, are big dogs, full of flavor, and somewhat healthy for you. If you have a vacuum sealer I would recommend buying their New York or rib steaks. These come as a roast, you cut them as you need. I prefer a thicker steak, my wife likes hers thinner. We go to C&C every few months, more during the thick of BBQ season. read more

This place is awsome, its the costco for resturants or for home. i come here when i need supplies for BBQ's or parties.

I came here seeking employment, at the time I worked in a Freezer and wanted to come apply to work in their freezer, as I walked into the freezer an employee followed me in and asked if he could help me with anything, I said no I was just browsing and he just stood there and stared at me until I left the freezer, after that him and the manager followed me around the store as I walked around like I was stealing or something. Great store to go to when I need things for a party, bbq or any event I host over 20+ people..Economical and the staff are helpful and their comraderie with one another shows in the way they work as a team..
