I have tried this place here and there over the years and I'm always disappointed every time! My daughter and I walked in here at 1:40, at 2 pm I asked how much longer and they said we both would be seen in 15 min. My daughter was seen at 220 and at 235 I was told it would be 30 more min. Three people was called back ahead of us in the first 30 min. Don't waste your time and money at this place. This was the worst service l've ever experienced. My nails are very chunky and the lines isn't straight. It was a very simple nail design of French nails. They were very rude to me and didn't offer me anything off for how bad they look. I have given this location many tries. I come and go for months & things never change. I feel as if they have regulars who come first no matter what. The whole vibe is just off and unfriendly . If I stop in to have a nail fixed because it's broken after 8 days of being done, I shouldn't be quoted 10 minutes & be sitting for 30 minutes longer while appointments are allowed to go right ahead. My nails always break well before two weeks. I recommend finding somewhere quicker and someone who has better quality. read more

I have gone there many times and it was always wonderful. Went 2 days ago and it was awful - the guy that did my nails (Van) cut every single on of my cuticles with the drill - even when I said "oh that really hurt" he continued to do it. Went in for a shellac manicure. They did a wonderful job! The technician was very thorough and detailed which is nice. Nobody likes someone doing their nails that just rushes through it carelessly. Best of all, they didn't charge extra for removing the shellac from my previous manicure which most salons do! I'll definitely be going back. read more

Convenient, friendly, funny, and give GREAT pedicures. Definitely schedule an appointment because they are always back to back - however you don't need to schedule way in advance. The technicians seem to really connect with the clients - they always remember me no matter how long it's been since I've visited. I love their massage chairs and they are the only salon that gives a legitimate leg and foot massage with the pedicure package. Will be returning again and again. read more

They pried my ACRYLIC NAILS OFF WITHOUT SOAKING THEM. Then the "nail tech" decided to call me a baby. They had my review removed but here I am again. To the manager please eat a bag of sausages sir. If they hurt you, pull your hand back and LEAVE! The tools they use are nasty and dirty. The nail files are old and gross. After this experience I know better now. You should not have to ask your nail tech to soak the previous acrylic nail off. By prying the nail off with another fake mail that removes natural nail layers from your nail. Think of it like skin. So when they applied new acrylic it burned my fingernails! Meaning they damaged my nails. This place is sketchy and when I called to double check that maybe I just received a bad nail tech the MANAGER asked me if I was a nail tech and asked me what I know about how to do nails. I know one thing, you guys burned and damaged my nail beds and then took my money with a smile. read more

Great staff, VERY clean. The massage chairs are wonderful, prices are competitive. Located on Rapid Run by LaRosa's, I recommend coming here. They have large TV's playing soaps and daytime talk shows, and plenty of good magazines. I will come back to try shellac next time. read more

My nails are destroyed. I had SNS nails done 3 weeks ago, and although they looked beautiful, the nail tech ground them down severely and my cuticles bled for 2 days and hurt for a week. I removed the polish today by soaking gently in acetone. My nails are now incredibly thin and fragile because they were ground down so much. They look as if I had been wearing acrylic nails. I thought this process was supposed to be healthy. It will take months to grow healthy nails again. SNS manufacturer does not recommend grinding the nail down, so this salon is not following protocol for application and removal of this product. read more

I have been going to US Nails on Rapid Run since their Grand Opening. I have been making my appointments with Mai every three weeks for SNS for well over a year. Well no more, this last episode was the last straw. I called at 10:49 on Sunday - February 3rd and asked if Mai had any appointments for SNS available that day. The lady who answered the phone said "Yes at 11:00" I replied that was in ten minutes. She then said "OK 12:00" I said "Perfect, I will see Mai at 12:00 today". I have learned (so I thought) to always repeat back what I had been told. I get to the shop sign in and the receptionist asked if I made an appointment with anyone. I said, "Yes" with Mai and proceeded to pick out the color I wanted. After much chatter I was told that I had an appointment but not with Mai. Mai was booked for the day and could I come back tomorrow? No! If I had wanted to come on Monday I would have made an appointment for Monday. This would not have been a big deal but within the last few months I have had nothing but problems making appointments - from being given the wrong appointment time (luckily I live close so I was able to come back), had the tech doubled book - (two people with the same name), and have waited over a half hour for tech to show up. I like the option of making an appointments with the same tech, the convenience of the shop and Mai has always provided good service. But no more. So, if you are looking for a shop where you don't mind being a walk in and waiting, this could be the shop for you. But, if you like making an appointment with a specific tech you will want to look elsewhere. Needless to say I am now looking for a new shop. read more

I'd give this place no stars if I could! I was a walk-in at 3 today, idk the nail techs name short older lady... she was more worried about who's coming in the door Han my nails. I got shilac for my nails and since they didn't have matching regular color for my toes I had to get shilac on them too (which cost me more) my cuticles look like crap and one of my fingers is bleeding, the blue i had on before is still on a cpl nails and I've got chunks of polish on some nails. Now since I felt I was a waste of time I tipped well and as I leave I'm noticing how shitty my nails actually look as i finish me errands today.! The place looked nice but it was the longest ive ever waited to get my nails done. (35 minutes). The lady who did my nails was extremely rough and was rushing majorly. When i went to the sink to wash my nails they only had one brush out and it was sitting in dirty water. They just arent smooth and dont look right. Im not even sure why i gave it three stars. Just went here for the first time. Made an appt. Yesterday under a recommendation. Arrived on time. Only one person ahead of me when I arrived who also just got there. Was approached my a male employee and was told I had an hour wait. The person ahead of me was taken right away and the staff knew I had an appt. Was asked if someone else could take care of me. I asked how long of a wait for another person. Was told an hour. So even though I had an appt. They weren't able to help me until an hour and 15 minutes after my appt time. I had $80 worth of services scheduled. I walked out and will never ever return. Totally unprofessional not to honor an appt. I'm leaving for vacation and now scrambling to find someplace else to go under a harsh time constraint. And to top it off none of the employees apologized or tried to accommodate me.
