He completely forgot to get the dead skin off of my feet and I had to ask him to go back to do so as this is at least half of the pedicure process! He was apologetic and did go back and do this for me. A lady came to my chair to prep my nails for the shellac. She was filing and cutting them down and she completely cut the side of my nail bed/skin and I started bleeding. It's been 5 days and my thumb is just now healed. My manicurist was sloppy with my shellac getting the gel on my skin which makes it easier to peel off once it's set. Overall, I was pissed when I left. These are not cheap services and I will definitely take my business elsewhere next time.
