My first time at this location but I used to go to World Nails...I thought they were on the first time. Second time AMY did amazing. This 3rd time was one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. I wanted to ask the manager for a discount but instead I just paid in full and left. If I have to instruct the nail tech how to do nails properly that is a problem and not mine. Lady should have been thankful I paid for this job and gave her some pointers. Terrible work and makes me wonder if the ladies who did my nails even have nail certificates. Not the best customer service either...I walked away with dirty hands. My paint job on my toes is not the color I wanted and my nails are splotchy, dented and scratched up. I'll be thankful if these last 2 weeks and my last set was amazing. Shout out to Amy. Call before and ask for AMY or don't even waste your money. Also, this place is pricey! I used to pay 40 for coffin shaped, solid color- they want 70 but can't even do a basic square design properly.....I had to ask her to flow with my finger. I asked for square not duck feet. I also had to ask to file my real nail down to match the square and not be grown out and over the edge in a day. Very disappointing when you know how to do your nails and how nails should be done, are paying too dollar for your nails to be done because you don't want to do them and can't even get them done properly nor in a timely manner....definitely don't recommend. read more

It says on here that the salon is closed. I can tell you it is not closed. I was just there today (I have reported the issue to yelp for review). Anyways, that being said I don't think I will be back. My nails came out ok, but there service here is extremely unprofessional. One of the nail techs literally said to a customer "yah girl, don't get that shape its so pointy it will make your a*shole bleed"! I also witnessed the same girl fight with a client because the client was telling her she was taking a long time and had to leave. They told the lady "well get out of there then, since you seem like you have somewhere better to be!" lol. Being in this nail spa was like being in a movie or bad reality tv show. They might as well be closed until they can start working on their customer service. On top of this the guy doing my nails kept leaving every five minutes to do random stuff. The towels they have you put your hands on are old and worn out and falling apart. Some tools looked dirty. The place needs a bit of a makeover as well. I was not offered a drink, even though other people were offered drinks around me. All in all the place needs work. Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option to rate. I am so unbelievably angry at the outcome of my service. I have included some pictures for reference. First off, I do not live in Arlington. I was visiting family and we decided to go get pedicures. The atmosphere of the salon is lovely. Smells nice, and has beautiful decor. Tracey assisted me during my visit and while her customer service is nice, her skills are trash! She did not pumice my heels/soles of my feet at all. She lied and told me it would come off with the wax. She then proceeded to tell me to make sure I scrub my own heels on the SURFACE of MY TUB whilst in the shower. The paint job is terrible and she did not fix/perfect her mistakes. As she was helping me put on my flip flops, I got a whiff of her alcohol riddled breath. Crazy she offered me something to drink but it seems like she been guzzling the supply. read more

Hey friend! Disclaimer!!! Please read the reviews and TRUST them!!! Another disclaimer: I did not yell or raise my voice even once the entire time. Now friend, I went here on Friday after work to get a fill. A fill. I should've just waited and gone to my regular shop, but they were overbooked and I needed to do it ASAP! It must be the quality of their acrylic product that is weak as hell, or something else entirely. I do not remember the last time I broke a nail for just existing. Just by straightening my couch cushions! I should've known something was off when she didn't seem surprised to see me on Saturday after doing my nails on Friday. Then I realized why. As I was sitting there(Saturday) waiting to get my nail fixed, one lady walked in with heavily chipped nails after 2 days. Another lady walked OUT during her pedicure! They were not surprised. They probably get complains all the time! At this point, just go buy some nail polish and do your own nails. Or some press ons for real. Because having three nails break in three days is crazy. The other two nails broke from TYPING! I did my nails Friday. I came back Saturday with a broken nail. And still broke two more nails doing light work and being careful since I knew I was working with fragile nails...clearly... But three broken nails in three days is crazy. Now, I already told you I got a fill...and paid $60...I didn't get a full set but if you've been doing your nails long enough, you know that a fill is good for two weeks. This was not even good for two days. What's even crazier is attitude, being made to wait for an hour, and the nail tech being rude and disrespectful when told to fix broken nails. She got so mad she started shaking as she was doing my nails. Being rough as hell. Now...don't say I didn't warn you. You can go do your nails there if you want, but it's not gonna be me. read more

I walked in on a Saturday at 4PM, I expected the place to be packed, like my usual nail salon in Bedford, but there was nobody there. I was greeted by Tony, very nice guy. Cindy was taking care of my mani and pedi. The place is nice and clean, but they don't have a board with the services they offer and the prices like in most places. Cindy takes me to the back and gives me a very confusing menu, showing very expensive pedis that included 20 minute massages and fancy things. They also had a deluxe pedi that was $35. I told her that I wanted the most basic and inexpensive pedi they offer, she said ok. Cindy was very detail oriented and took her time which I appreciate, she did a good job on the pedi. When she was finished she did my super basic mani, in fact the polish looks uneven and a bit messy. At my usual place, the mani and pedi combo is $30, I figured worst case scenario this would be $40. When I got my bill, it was $57!!! WHAT? I had nothing more than the most basic services done, I don't understand why the pedi was $35 and the mani was $22, but after tip I ended up paying $70. I am NEVER going back. It was partially my fault for not asking ahead, but I have been to nice upscale places (which this was not) and never paid this much. I think that a business regardless of the industry should have clear prices posted. read more

Too expensive for the service/ treatment you receive. I'm not from the Dallas area, came up from Houston for my husband's work event. Besides rushing out of Houston I also happen to be in desperate need of a pedicure. First impression was wow this is a really nice/ clean place. I go to pick out a color and the owner hands me a packet of services. I was quite impressed with the options. Note if you are looking for a basic pedi under $35 this is NOT your place. Me, I know my feet are a callously hot mess express. I never go to a nail salon and expect to spend anything less than $90-$95. This place is no exception. But the woman who waited on me was going out of her way to embarrass me. Calling the owner over to pumice my feet. And not even trying to be discreet about it. Making remarks like "she had to call the doctor over" I could tell they were trying to be funny. But seriously I'm spending almost $80 and your going to embarrass me in front of another customer, hovering over the owner as if to draw more attention to the situation.... at that point I should have just got up and left .... but I'm here/ not familiar with the area and I just want a good pedicure/ massage. She didn't want to be there or maybe she just didn't want to wait on me. She barely would massage my feet/ legs. I finally had to ask her "would you mind being a little firmer" she acted like she didn't know what I meant. I replied "can you massage my feet harder". Maybe she didn't think I was going to tip her so she felt like doing the bare minimum. But when the customer next to me (mind you we were the only 2 in the whole salon) asked about getting her eyebrows waxed my lady hopped up as quickly as she could. Scurrying off without hesitation or explanation. I think her name was Jessica. Steer clear! Well Jessica I'm sure with that chip on your shoulder you probably don't get tipped. Me... I always tip. Even if it's only 20% for a lousy/ half assed pedicure. Today was suppose to be a spa day- pedicure/ eyebrows/ lip waxed. I'm sure you could have even convinced me to get a facial. But you know what they say about a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. read more

The fact that we had to wait was an issue. The fact that they started and kept speaking in their native tongue once my husband sat down was an issue. He has lymphedema which makes his legs really swollen. The lady kept making messes and telling him to keep still when he wasn't even moving. We both got a $40 service and she did not even half the work on his legs. I said since you did half the work you get half the pay. She said she didn't do it because his legs were sensitive to it. If they were sensitive, he would've expressed that. He didn't even have the option to express it because the attempt to do it never occurred. I will never go there again nor recommend them. A different associate saw the concern, helped us and gave us half off his service. He's the ONLY reason they get 2 stars. read more

This will be my go to nail shop from now on! I am a bit an*l about nail shops. This shop was clean and hand a nice relaxed ambience. Tina did my mani and pedi, she did an outstanding job! ($37). She took her time and now my hands and feet are looking lovely. They also give complimentary drinks. I definitely think anyone who does not have a go to salon should at least give it try. The salon is very clean and relaxing and the employees are very nice. I purchased a middle of the road manicure called Paris with milk & honey as the scent. They used paraffin wax, massages, hot towels, lotion, etc...it was very relaxing. The nail polish application and result were terrible! I purchased a middle of the road pedicure as well with milk & honey scent. Again I had paragon wax, hot towels, hot stones & lotion. The massage was very light and they didn't adequately buff my feet. The nail polish looked much better than on my hands. Overall It was a relaxing experience but I will not return. read more

When my sister-in-law and I wandered in, 30 minutes before they closed, they welcomed us with smiles. Not once did anyone mention that they were close to closing time. We came in for pedicures & they could've rushed us through, but instead, they brought us wine and margaritas & made sure we were relaxed and comfortable. They gave us incredible pedicures, which was truly needed. However, the unexpected surprise here was unbelievably amazing customer service. They didn't just do our feet, but talked & interacted with us. We didn't leave until 9 o'clock. I really liked how they shaped my nails! The girl filed them uniformly, and I love it! I was taking off gel and putting on regular polish. I had my eyebrows waxed here and the lady burned my face with wax leaving a scar. Also, she was putting wax way up my forehead where it does not belong. She also completely changed the shape of my eyebrows so I've been having to grow them out. Not a good experience. I came in here for a mani and brow wax. Pretty much your sub par nail salon, maybe a level below. She cut my nails down but she did not file a similar shape on any of them. Paint job was eh. Nothing special. She took a phone call on her cell phone while doing my nails, and talked for at least 5 minutes... Super unprofessional. Didn't offer me anything to drink. Eyebrow wax was ok, it was pretty even and I liked that they trimmed them down. I've had worse. But the wax and product was clearly extremely cheap. I get my eyebrows waxed every 2-3 weeks without problems at my standard place and 24 hours later my skin is still sore and sensitive to their product. I will not be going back. read more

I have been living in the Arlington, TX since 2013. In all the time that I have lived there I've always used US Nail Spa and even came back as a customer once they re-opened from their renovations. Me and my friend had a function to go to. We arrived to the shop today at 6:45, after a hair appointment. The stores door and website discloses that they close at 7:30 when we walked in, according to the male manager, all their people were busy. I pointed out to the gentleman that the door disclosed they were still opened until 7:30. Initially, he grew quiet and tried to tune me and my friend out, as if he didn't hear us. Then he proceeded to tell us to come back tomorrow, but I actually told my friend about them because I was impressed with their work and their professionalism. I stand corrected. I am completely upset and outdone with this gentleman's response and I will take my business elsewhere. I will also tell others about this poor customer treatment with friends who live in Arlington, that I have referred them to. Absolutely despicable, especially the silent treatment and the rudeness of assuming that our schedule would be flexible to return tomorrow. My friend lives way in Oklahoma and will return tomorrow. read more

I'm new to Texas so I've been trying to find a nail salon I can make my usual spot, but this sadly will not be. This salon is very clean and organized, but I did have to wait 15 minutes for service. The main issue for me besides the price would be the quality you receive for this price. For adults the cheapest option for a pedicure is $35, which is the deluxe pedicure; there is nothing available under that. So the soaking, hot oil, and rock massage was great... the actual pedicure part .... MEDIOCRE. Yes I'm picky but I don't think it's the worst thing in the world to want your toes shaped evenly and square. Tony filed mine uneven and slanted . I was reading a book while getting my pedicure so I wasn't paying attention to his paint job, even though I put hope in him because how can you mess up white..... walk over to the dryer and look down . The color is not even, some spots are still sheer. It's like some hidden rule no nail needs more than 2 coats of color because when you wear a shoe it will smudge. So instead of tony completely fixing his paint job he just smacks another layer on top. By time I got out of work that same night both my big toes were ruined . I also got this powder manicure and expecting to have glow in the dark nails since I work in a club and my nails not even giving off a hint of effect last night, my nails were 45 and they aren't even smooth. Bumpy polish job . I personally wouldn't recommend this nail salon, not because of the price but the quality you receive for the price.... if I'm paying 80 dollars for my nails and toes I expect it to be merely flawless and not have to return to the nail salon and correct my toes, while I'm writing this review . ‍ read more

Just moved here from DC and was in need of a nail salon before heading out to a business conference. I went to this place. It is very clean and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and very interactive. I got the deluxe pedicure which is the most basic pedicure they offer. My niece, who decided to join me, got a manicure. My pedicure was $35 and my 10-year-old niece's manicure was $22. Then to close out our visit, I got my eyebrows waxed for $10. Before walking out the door, I dropped $75. As someone who is from the greater Washington DC area and used to paying higher prices for things, I found this place to be expensive. They did a good job, but not $75 worth of work. I was especially surprised that it was $22 for a 10-year-old's manicure. To me, that is ridiculous. Also, I must state that I like to go to a nail salon to relax and enjoy a little quiet me time. The nail technician did not talk to me much, which I appreciated, but the eyebrow technician was extremely chatty. So, it would depend on what type of experience you are looking for. And the prices are not posted in the store, so I do suggest asking before they start if this is important to you. There were a number of services they offered and several different types of manicures and pedicures. Because this place is close to my office, I might come back if I were in desperate need of a fix, but definitely would not make it my regular spot. read more

You know i believe in getting what you pay for and I don't have a problem with that. I love the service I love the environment and I love the people it's cozy relaxing and comfy however the prices are way too expensive I just got an overlay and it cost 25 bucks and then I got a buffer which cost 5 freaking dollars I remember when buffing was free so 30 bucks for a overlay manicure wow! I believe the job that they do is outstanding but I have a family of five and if I wanted to just have a simple look I still pay heavy dollars. for a pink and white dip powder set it cost 55 bucks and with a pedi just the basic ( which is the starting price for pedi's) is 35 bucks they offer parafin wax with it but still every little thing extra is 5 extra bucks. If you don't have a lot of money or two incomes rolling in don't come here. I have been here maybe 5 times but I am honestly tired of paying so much for a set and pedi. Good luck read more
