It says on here that the salon is closed. I can tell you it is not closed. I was just there today (I have reported the issue to yelp for review). Anyways, that being said I don't think I will be back. My nails came out ok, but there service here is extremely unprofessional. One of the nail techs literally said to a customer "yah girl, don't get that shape its so pointy it will make your a*shole bleed"! I also witnessed the same girl fight with a client because the client was telling her she was taking a long time and had to leave. They told the lady "well get out of there then, since you seem like you have somewhere better to be!" lol. Being in this nail spa was like being in a movie or bad reality tv show. They might as well be closed until they can start working on their customer service. On top of this the guy doing my nails kept leaving every five minutes to do random stuff. The towels they have you put your hands on are old and worn out and falling apart. Some tools looked dirty. The place needs a bit of a makeover as well. I was not offered a drink, even though other people were offered drinks around me. All in all the place needs work. Should have known not to come in when no one was in there getting their nails done in the middle of the day on a Saturday.

    My skin is ripped off

I used to go to world nails I saw a lot of new faces at the new location the lady who did my brows waxed my undereye for some odd reason and ripped/burned skin off.

I walked in on a Saturday at 4PM, I expected the place to be packed, like my usual nail salon in Bedford, but there was nobody there. I was greeted by Tony, very nice guy. Cindy was taking care of my mani and pedi. The place is nice and clean, but they don't have a board with the services they offer and the prices like in most places. Cindy takes me to the back and gives me a very confusing menu, showing very expensive pedis that included 20 minute massages and fancy things. They also had a deluxe pedi that was $35. I told her that I wanted the most basic and inexpensive pedi they offer, she said ok. Cindy was very detail oriented and took her time which I appreciate, she did a good job on the pedi. When she was finished she did my super basic mani, in fact the polish looks uneven and a bit messy. At my usual place, the mani and pedi combo is $30, I figured worst case scenario this would be $40. When I got my bill, it was $57!!! WHAT? I had nothing more than the most basic services done, I don't understand why the pedi was $35 and the mani was $22, but after tip I ended up paying $70. I am NEVER going back. It was partially my fault for not asking ahead, but I have been to nice upscale places (which this was not) and never paid this much. I think that a business regardless of the industry should have clear prices posted.

Excellent job! Regular manicure came out perfect!

Did an amazing job and were very polite, professional and speedy! Love supporting a local family business.

I am from out of town and randomly picked this nail salon because it's near Six Flags. They were great! The best SNS dip I have ever had. My nails look amazing! The pedicure was awesome too. She actually massaged my legs for a long time. It wasn't just a lotion application. Will go back every time I am in Arlington. Also loved that they did pedi and mani any the same time.

Excellent service! Staff provided attentive services, and margaritas are very good. I have gotten my nails done by both Jenny and Mimi, and they both have done wonderful jobs. Mimi got my eyebrows looking very good and after 2 week laters they are still looking nice. ( of course they need to be cleaned up). For "homie" like staff and honest opinions this week the place to be

The gentleman who did my pedicure today did an amazing transformation on my feet. I am very happy and wish I had gone sooner.

I first contacted Krystal about electrolysis last July after reading several good reviews. Her…read moreprices were far more reasonable than any I'd researched for removal of body hair (specifically my dark, thick chin hair -- I know, it's a strange/gross thing to confess online). Since I've been researching electrolysis for years, I had read all sorts of horror stories about scarring. I texted Krystal tons of questions, which she patiently and thoroughly answered. I was SO nervous when I arrived, and a bit embarrassed of my appearance too as I had to refrain from my usual plucking routine (removing 5-10 hairs three times a day) for approximately a week before seeing her. But Krystal was kind, efficient and thorough. She worked for an hour. I was nervous that I would scar or pit from the procedure, but I only experienced a little swelling and redness. Both were gone in a couple days. I've been going to Krystal for about 8 months now. I'm very pleased with the results. I'm even more pleased with all that I've learned from her -- including that new hair grows in four annual periods and in six weeks cycles. That explains why it takes consistent appointments to really make progress in seeing a difference. I've also learned that you shouldn't take Biotin when you're trying to get rid of facial hair (doh). I noticed the first big change after six months of appointments. Now I'm going about once a month for upkeep. One word of caution, as with any appointment, sometimes clients stack up. Since I typically make afternoon/evening appointments, I sometimes have to wait a little while. I will say -- Krystal's beautiful work improving my skin is well worth the wait. I would highly recommend Krystal's services to anyone seeking permanent hair removal as she is quick, thorough, and affordable.

The price for the area I am having done is a tad bit higher than other places but unless you want to drive to Dallas or Fort Worth then it's worth it. With the time and gas I save it comes out about even. I recommend her highly. She educated me a lot before I even started treatment and from my experience was pretty close to what she told me to expect. I even went to two other places for several treatments. They all 3 had the same results. Different personalities and different equipment but the same results. Pay her a visit. She is fair, honest and truly cares for her clients. She goes beyond what I expected. She helped me with a skin problem that 2 dermatologist couldn't fix. She knows her stuff. Now on a note for my never ending quest to find the most inexpensive and effective form of hair removal. I have had laser and electrolysis. Laser is much more expensive per visit but covers a much larger area per treatment. Look at about 8 to 10 treatments and never let them fool you that it is permanent. For the most part it is but laser works great for the corse dark hairs. The thin or light hairs will not be affected at all. Electrolysis is permanent but also takes more than one zap a hair too. They get finer each time and also has to be zapped during a certain stage of growth just like laser. And also I found that both can stimulate new hair growth. What this means in you risk growing hair in places that you didn't have hair before around the area that is being treated. I hope my review and knowledge helps someone. I found that laser equipment has much to do with the results but electrolysis didn't. So don't get sucked into paying for what you don't need. I recommend laser first to get most of it then electrolysis to finish it out if you want to be 100% hair free.
