Really disappointed with the pricing here. My husband and I went in for pedicures. He got a coconut pedicure. $60. They asked if he wanted clear nail polish. He said "sure". Get up to the front to pay and they charged him $20 for gel?!? I was asked if I wanted gel. I said yes. I didn't ask the cost so that's on me. But to take advantage of a man is just sneaky. Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I got my nails done at organic Nails on Friday, and by SUNDAY they were already cracked and falling apart. For the price you pay, that is completely unacceptable. I called the salon expecting them to do the right thing, and I was told not to worry because they "have a guarantee" and would fix anything that was wrong. So I wasted my time driving back up there, only to sit for 30 minutes while they scrambled around trying to find a receipt that THEY are supposed to keep track of for their own records. After making me wait, they had the nerve to tell me they couldn't fix my nails because they couldn't find the receipt. Excuse me? How is your poor record keeping my problem? I did exactly what I was told to do, came back within the time frame, and instead of standing behind your work, you chose to pass the blame onto the customer. The customer service was just as bad as the quality of the nails. A business that claims to have a guarantee should actually honor it, not hide behind excuses when a customer comes back with a legitimate issue. Save your money and save yourself the frustration. I have had the worst experience at this nail salon. The first time the tech Jay seemed rushed uninterested and my nails were extremely thick. I had to return the next day to have them fixed. The second time the tech Mia added $20 to my bill for a very basic design on 2 nails. Which I was not happy about because when I went the time prior I was told nail designs were $5. The third time Ivy did my fill. It seemed ok until today! I only had my nails done 3 times. The first was a new full set of acrylic nails and then 2 fills. The pics you see below are after the second fill done by the tech named Ivy. Went in for my next visit a few weeks later and fungus was on two of my nails! They tried to convince me that I should have gotten a new set after the first fill and that was the problem. Totally crazy! I have been wearing nails for 40 years. I have never ever had a fungus and I go faithfully every 3 weeks or so. Even by chance if I went a few days longer I have never had a fungus! This definitely came from this salon. I walked in, showed an inspo picture, and walked out with ugly, horrible nails that looked nothing like what I asked for. When I complained, they tried to charge me $35 just to soak off and remove their own bad work, which I refused. Another tech flat-out refused to remake them to match the original inspo. My man and I went in to get an Acrylic Fill w/french tip (polish only), and a basic pedicure. ONE service each totaled to $110. The pedi was priced at $30 Acrylic Fill was $47 French tip polish $15 Later they tacked on an extra $5 for cuticle, $5 for extra polish b/c my nails are considered long, and $5 to shape my nails. My nails were already the shape I wanted. None of that info was disclosed PRIOR to or we would have went to our normal nail bar. You can't do a set/fill without doing those things. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I got my nails done for my birthday and the nail tech placed acrylic on my skin. My finger bled for a week. I came back 1 day after the they couldn't fix it because they said my finger was bleeding too much and it was too fresh. The told me they reached out to the manager and that they took a photo and to return when it was time for a fill and they would give me a free fill. I returned and they denied everything even when I showed the photo and they have proof that I came both times. Poor service, unsanitary, and don't know how to do nails. They even refused to remove them without a full charge. The photo is a couple days after everything and I cleaned the nail to stop the infection. read more

We visited this nail salon over the weekend and all enjoyed a luxurious pedicure service. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hostess and we selected our services along with our color choice. i went to get an acrylic fill on friday and chose black as my gel polish color the fill itself was just okay the nails werent even which is okay but when the service was finished the polish didn't cure. It was bubbly and still wet under so I went back the same day to hopefully fix it and that's when she told me that the black has been giving a lot of people issues which if it's giving everyone issues I feel like you should just replace it so she filed it off however she left specs of black on my nails and it looked like I've been digging in dirt ontop of that i had to wait 45 minutes for them to fix it i normally have a great experience here but i was very upset this time read more

This place is large, easy parking & has lots of free drink options. I unfortunately dont really care for the service. Young front receptionist is rude & ignored me when I went in. My boyfriend got serviced 1st, was seated, received a drink & nice jacuzzi for his toes. I was forgotten because the front desk told me to take my paper & pick a color. My nail technician made my toe bleed & the spa (jacuzzi) didn't work on my chair, so no bubbles for me. We both got deluxe pedicures but somehow I finished way before him. I've been here before & choose a purple that didn't come out as it showed on the sample, so they ended up re-doing. BAD WORK & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I gave myself a month to try this shop out and I am extremely disappointed in the quality (lack of) of work and the terrible customer service. I got my nails done the Day before Thanksgiving and had to go back for a two nails to be fixed not even 7 days later, mind you I am used to my nails staying in tact for at least 3 - 4 weeks. I decided to get a fill when I went back. Less than 24 hours later I was down another nail. I went back the next day to get it fixed since I had an event. Fast forward 3 more days and I am down 2 more nails. To add to this my boo & I got pedicures done and notified the hostesses we were going to do the buy one one service get one service 50% off week day special, they waited until our services were done to tell us we could not do the special since it is 2 services per one person. He was very rude when we explained that we talked to the hosts about the service before being seated. When I digressed said it was okay & I would just talk to the manager later he said " you can but Im the owner so...". Then he proceeded to point at a piece of paper on their wall and said I could call the number if I wanted to complaint. It was seemed such a natural response for him that I can't help but believe this isn't the usual behavior of the staff. If he is the owner, shame on him. He is not running an honest or customer friendly business. Not going to lie. I didn't really have the best experience at this nail salon. it was my second time going here and I came with my best friend. My appointment was at 2 and they had us fill out a paper checking off what we wanted and we had to add the color number that we wanted. which I did. we were seated and 2 techs came up. One recognized my best friend and asked if we were best friends and she told them yes. I don't know The lady's name that I had but her vibe was very off to me. She started my toes, and asked me if I was getting Gel Polish, I told her no so she said it'll be 5 dollars extra to remove the previous Gel polish I had and I was fine with that, but I didn't hear the lady who was doing my friends feet tell her that so I was confused, plus it was no where on the paper so it's like that tell you soon as you hit the chair which I think they need to fix cause that can catch people off guard. So as our feet are getting done I felt like I was being talked about, and I even put my phone down and stared around just to make sure my vibe wasn't off and I noticed the 2 nail techs lean in and whisper to each other as they were talking so I'm not sure if they believed I understood them or not. The thing that really bothered me besides that was when the lady who was doing my toes left for a while and came back with all the nail colors telling me that she couldn't find my color. I pointed my color out which only took me a second to find and told her I wanted white, she proceeds to tell me that I need to write it on the paper even though I LITERALLY DID LOL. The paper literally said color number and I wrote the number D438 which is the white color. So I told her that I wrote it down, even SHOWED IT TO HER and she still said I needed to write it down which made no sense to me lol. She must be very new and may need to get some better glasses imo. I'm glad I took a picture of the paper also because she sure did throw it away. After all that weirdness, my friend and I go to the front to check out, my friend went first and the guy (who was really sweet by the way) said her total was 30 dollars and some change so I'm thinking okay mine should be the same cause we had the same thing done, no when it was my turn to pay I was charged 35 so my friend said we got the same thing how come she's not being charged 35 as well. The guy goes to get some lady who I don't know if shes the manager or not but she might need some more training cause she was coming off a bit aggressive just by me saying why am I being charged 35 and shes not. she kept reiterating we charge for removal of gel and I was like yes I understand that but she was not charged for that and we got the same thing. It seemed to me like she got a bit frustrated and was most likely talking about me in her language .She and the lady who did my toes may want to work on their customer service again, because it's not like I was gonna argue or get aggressive with them about it and like I told the guy I'm willing to pay for it it's just that I'm being charged more for the same service I had as my friend. The lady who did my friends toes said that she forgot to charge her for it but I don't think so I feel like because she recognized her she was gonna let it slide. My issue is with mgmt who lost a client of over 5 years, not staff. This review is in March after an Oct. appt because that's how long it took for my nails to recover! If you offer a service, a quick and easy one at that, you should provide it. Especially if I got them done there, was told they would do it, it's ON THEIR LIST OF SERVICES, and I have always been kind and tipped well, etc. I know acrylic removal is not the most lucrative service but I came in THREE separate times and it was clear they had been told not to waste their time. I did not have time for a full set and needed to let my nails rest, which one of the techs had suggested previously (I prefer my natural nails and did not want them ruined). I ended up doing it myself which absolutely stripped my nails. They lost a long time customer and I'm bummed because there are some great nail techs there. read more

I got a pedicure with Ruby. Gel & a colored French tip, as well as an overlay. She did not clean under my toe nails. AT ALL. I did it on my own once i got home, i had gone to the lake the day before so it was well needed. She did an overlay on my broken toe nail, in which she did not cut, after i brought it to her attention. She also started to do the tip white. I had written in the comment section the color i wanted for french tip, so she smeared it off with her fingers after letting her know & went to go grab the color. That's it. I'm not the type to sit there & complain about what isn't being done correctly, but there were just too many mistakes. The overall experience was great. I walked in and was taken care of promptly. Smelled and looked clean. Nice quiet atmosphere. Drink menu provided as you are seated. I wanted a simple mani and pedi with some small designs on my hands. Pedicure was perfect, no problems. They allow you to select what level of service and is affordable overall. The nail design i provided had chrome powder and they used silver nail polish. Still looks fine, just not what i originally wanted. I could've not explained well enough. Edit: it's been a few weeks and after getting the same design done elsewhere, all I can say is maybe just do whole color or something simple.
