I visited here today for the first time (Nov2018), and I have to say the staff is friendly, professional and does quality work. Sandy was my manicurist and she did an outstanding job on my ingrown toenails. I was looking for a new nail salon and I think this is the place. Nice clean environment! I also got a brow wax and it was painless! I'll definitely come back! Really good experience. UPDATE- (FEB 2019), they are still consistently doing a good job, I am happy to say! Manicure was below average, my gel chipped and peeled off within a week. I was also cut significantly on one nail to the point where it wouldn't stop bleeding and we had to skip over that nail until the end of the appointment. The pedicure was overall fine. Very overpriced for the quality & nail results. It was close to the airport which was really the only plus. read more

The young girl that works here stole my phone while I went to wash my hands. When I asked what happened to my phone, apparently no one had a clue. Filed a police report, checked their cameras, and miraculously the time period in question was missing from the recorded footage. To add insult to injury, a couple of my nails were crooked and uneven. So disappointed. Never coming back here. read more

Gave my wife my credit card to spoil herself and get her nails done. Only for her to call me crying that the techs there were not professional at all! She has been there before and had a great experience until today. She cried upset to tell me the guy tech seems like he didn't know what he was doing. The female techs came to look at her nails and pointed and laughed in her face!! I was boiling upset when she told me that. My wife still paid for the service (anyone else would of not been so nice), as my wife is the sweetest person in the world, she didn't have it in her to tell them how they made her feel.. but I will. i will NEVER send my wife there again. Best nail Place I've ever been to, I've been getting my nails done for 20 years now and out of all the places I've been to this place was the best. I had a older man gentle man who took his time in making sure my nails were perfect! I loved it..until NOW. I went during my lunch time at 11am, and there is one lady I believe her name is Amy? She has always done my nails there since day one, did a great job, and today she was not there. I was assigned to a new guy, he was SLOW, and my nails did not come out good, all he wanted to do was chit chat. He kept complaining his hand was hurting from buffering my nails, I believe if you are a professional you should not let your customer know that. read more

US Nail Spa is the best nail salon in the DFW area. The quality of service. and the staff's care is one of a kind. The price is also very reasonable, too. Another reason why I go is I am able to get manicure and pedicure in less than hour. Being a working mom makes life so much easier. I've been to other places in Irving for same service and I'm there for over two hours. I recommended a friend to US Nails for her birthday celebration and she was accommodated last minute and they even gave us all discount. Everyone is very personable and sweet. There is a lady called Lisa who's alway in a hurry and makes your nails bleed all the time. I tell her my nail buds are delicate, don't pick on them so hard and she never listens. Have always gone home with one or two bleeding nails. Have given it at least 3-4 tries, not returning. read more

THEY ARE NOT HONORING THEIR GROUPON DEAL!! My Groupon is not expired or anything. I just bought it 2 days ago. They are saying that Groupon sold too many. They actually asked me to pay for the manj/pedi again out of my pocket and then try to get a refund from Groupon. So, no mani/pedi for me and I will NEVER return. I was already on the fence with this place. I had been once before and the shop was completely empty except for the workers and a small child who was playing a video on her iPad at FULL blast. Although the shop is newly built, the inside feels old and worn already. Do not go to this place. Making an appointment was NEVER mentioned. The whole place was EMPTY. Until she found out that I had a Groupon, there were no issues. Their specific words were that Groupon sold too many and they could not honor mine until they heard back from Groupon. read more

Been visiting this spa on and off for about a year. However, after today, my husband and I will not be returning. We went in very early and they only had 3 people working at the time, we didn't mind waiting. After about 10 minutes a nail tech arrived and sat both my husband and I for our pedicures. My water was cooler than I normally like and I politely asked if she could make it warmer for me. She automatically gave me attitude and turned the water back on to the coldest setting. I let her know that it was coming out cold and she scolded me and said "you want it hotter don't you". She began with my husband and Tina(Manager) let me know that the next tech would be arriving shortly. Again, not a problem as we hadn't scheduled appointments. The tech that did my husbands pedicure was absolutely horrible. Did not say hello, couldn't crack a smile to save her life, started the pedi at 9:55am and at 10:07am was finishing up the pedicure. We normally go for one of the more expensive pedis but went with the $28 one this time. I guess she didn't think that a $28 pedicure was worth her time or effort. At this point I'm still waiting with my feet soaking in water and I kindly let her know that I was no longer interested In doing my pedi and dip nails. She asks me why not and I let her know that I did not want to go through with my mani and pedi as she was not providing good service for my husband. She seemed confused and taken aback but no way was I going to dish out $120 at a salon with this type of attitude. read more

Very expensive for a dipping manicure & no real manicure just filing and the dip powder (there's still the nail powder build up under my nails and hangnails). Personally I think it's way too thick for any shorter nails also. I would recommend their no chip gel, and if you get a pedicure you have to pay for the $45+ one to get a good one. read more

I wish that I could give them 0 stars. I went to this nail salon yesterday to get a pink and white dip and the first nail technician was terrible. The lines were not straight and the dip powder was all over the nail (the white was in the pink area and the pink was in the white area). He was actually going to let me walk out of the salon like that! I asked him about all of the issues and he just walked away and sat in the back and a different nail technician offered to fix my nails. After 2.5 hours, my nails had been worked on twice, the lines were still crooked and my nails went through so much filing that they are super short and look ridiculous! It took a long time to grow my nails out so I can't wait to go through that process again. Please don't go here! Getting your nails done should be a stress reliever not a stress inducer! read more

Not a place I would ever go to again. Pedi was painful (still bleeding from it) and poorly done. Felt like it was her first time doing one. Fill was rushed, gel polish was poorly applied and top coat (only 1) did not fully cover. When I asked for a second coat and pointed out where it did not cover she argued with me and refused. read more

Went here and the woman doing my feet was doing it so gently, I barely felt anything. After 10 mins and realizing she wasn't getting any of my dead skin, that was obviously there, off, I requested another person. They said 10 mins. I have been getting my nails done at US Nail Spa for 3 years but faithfully for the past two years. Occasionally I have a different technicians but usually Christine takes care of my nails. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the time and care taken to make your nails look good. I also appreciate their professionalism, cleanliness and willingness to try and fit me in when I did not make an appointment on a busy day. What a I like the most is their willingness to try and make their clients happy. Sometimes there is no pleasing people especially when they just sit and not speak up until the job is complete.
