Thank you Fire Fighters current and from the past, for all that you do and have done for us! The main item on their agenda is keeping us safe, rushing into blazing fires, keeping fires contained, saving lives wether in a fire or not, helping paramedics, raising money for great causes to a number of unsung accounts of heroisms. You folks put in long hard hours, staying in constant shape, always backing up your fellow fire fighters, and ready to roll at a moment notice! We thank you! There are even the country volunteer fire fighters that should be included as well, they may not have it as tough as the normal fire fighter, but most are will to put their live down to help others. I have seen fire fighters roll up in their fire truck up to lower end grocery stores and a couple of them will go in to shop off of their grocery list, while a few stay back ready to roll at a moments notice. I have heard of the meals at fire stations get better and better over time, they use their recipes "and are constantly improving or they get razzed from their fire fighting brothers and sisters." Given the current cuts DOGE went about with a chainsaw, one would expect the SSA to be off pace a great deal. Well you'd be wrong. My experience has been exemplary. They seem to have really stepped up their efforts to still provide the best service. I expected this to take time given the numbers of physicians I see, specialty care, records from more than 6 different offices or agencies trying to be precise with details. I was under no illusion this would be a fast process. I wouldn't want it to be. Decision of this magnitude deserve time so they can be thorough. Given all that, and the people there having to go in to work under pressure of threats to their very careers and livelihoods? That alone would crush the spirits of even the toughest worker, so I fully understand they are fighting a battle now, yet they dig in. I feel for every worker out here in this new environment of fire first, ask questions later. I for one could be more proud of the job they do. We're all going through a struggle, some of us more than others. It's good to have an agency within our government that is here to help make that struggle more bearable, less alone. 5 stars isn't nearly enough these days. IMHO, they are truly doing a bang up job no matter the personal outcomes. Peace folks.

There is no other clerks in this state I would rather deal with. And the clerk's office now has online dockets available free to the public (http://www.tarrantcounty.com/ecountyclerk/cwp/view.asp?A=735&Q=427570). Additionally, for a small fee you can access all district court records for viewing and printing. Its a great convenience, and works far better than Dallas' new online system, in my opinion.

Go to the spot where passengers arrive and exit customs from international arrivals in DFW terminal D. If you know where that is, you are good to go. Come into the building, and turn left while facing the international arrivals exit and you will immediately see a sign for the Global Entry enrollment center. Go to the window, check in, and they will take you once it's your turn. I was in and out of there in five minutes once I found the door.

Floors 1 thru 6 are District Courts. Floors 7 thru top are an extention of the county jail. Yes, while you're getting your divorce, there are inmates right above you shoving rolls of toilet paper in the the toilet to clog them, making sewage run into the courtrooms. The smell in the summertime can be overwhelming. They just completed a new wing last year and it's really top-notch! It's not under the jail, so it doesn't smell as bad! Also, if you're on parole and get violated, this is the building where your hearing will be. Fun place!
