Poor service, long wait for small over priced pizza and if we bring our kids we get sat in the back where its noisy and hot...honestly frozen pizza is better in the oven at home. The US pizza in mcain mall area is great go there instead. This place looks like a thrown together hodge podge of left over bricks and bad architecture. You can always count on consistent amazing pizza! Coldest mug beer around! And at this new location they went all out! It's obvious they spared no expense! My single complaint is the number of wait staff that were perpetually standing around the bar yakking loudly and carrying on about their personal lives while eating and staring. It was kinda annoying. Generally restaurants reserve a space away from customers for their employees to take their lunch breaks. If you do want privacy in a quiet area to relax for lunch, stay away from the bar area. read more

Over the years I have been to the old location a few times. It has always been a hit an miss for me. My friends have told me that it has gotten better since the move. I decided to try it earlier this week. As I was reading the menu I noticed that they offer a gluten free option, thought I would let the ones who read this review that they do offer it. I ordered the small supreme and had a water, their draft machine was down and I saw no bottle beer I wanted. As I ate the pizza, I found that gluten is not the only thing that their pizza is free of, it is also sauce free and taste free. When I am eating pizza, I want sauce and bold taste. Though it was not the worse, it failed to make me change my original opinion of their pizza. read more

1- if you sub (not add) one veggie for another or meat for another they charge. 2- the tomatoes where cut up so small on mine I thought it was pimentos. 3- I really just got an onion pizza...guess they were cheapest cost to them but I couldn't eat it. 4- zucchini ...I counted 3 pieces. The absolute worst. The only thing this place has going for it is its patio dining area. Other than that, the list is never-ending. The pizza is always cold and hard as a rock, the salads are just lettuce smothered in cheese, the service is ridiculous- slow and rude. The servers are constantly running around, but never actually waiting on tables. Then, when they do finally wait on you, they get everything wrong and never apologize. The drive-thru wait time is about 20 minutes even if you call it in ahead of time...I could go on, but seriously--don't go here. read more

We placed a Togo order tonight for some sandwiches and appetizers and was not impressed. I requested a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich with fajita chicken on it. There was none of the "famous cheese sauce" included. Been there a few times, but will have to think hard before placing another to go order. read more

US Pizza Company has average pizza. They have the best salads ever, though. I didn't have a great experience at this location. I was only in town a week and was dying for one of their salads. Unfortunately, I went to the Maumelle location and they put so many onions in it that it was inedible. What a shame. I never did get my US Pizza Company salad fix :-( read more

We've eaten here 3 times now. The first two times were really good but today the food was horrible. The waitress was very good and tentative but the cook staff needs help, for today anyway. Like I said the first two times were wonderful, i don't know what happened today. It took 45 minutes to get our food and then the boneless wings were cold as ice and the sandwich was on the the wrong bread. When we first arrived we were seated at a dirty table and no one came to clean it for 15 minutes. My family had a horrible experience here today. We were told "25-30" minute wait on pizzas. We ordered 2 pizzas for our party because we were told by the waitress "they are huge, the large is bigger than a dominos pizza", so we figured that would be plenty for 5 adults and 2 kids. Almost an hour and half goes by, we checked with waitress twice who said each time "let me go check, it takes 25-30 minutes" to which we'd say it's been almost hour...now over an hour. They finally come out with our two pizzas. They are TINY. I'm talking like personal pizzas, smaller than the digorno pizzas at Walmart. And the worst part? ICE COLD. They had been sitting back there for who knows how long. No accountability for the issue other than "we're short staffed", while there were around 10 people we could see back in the kitchen and only 4-5 tables in the dining room. That's not a staffing problem, that's a management issue and organization problem. We will never ever be back. read more

The building is very nice, we were seated quickly, however our server seemed like she had other things to do. It wasn't that busy maybe 10 people at lunch time on a Monday. The food was good but the service was terrible. The final straw was when she tossed the check on the table and it fell to the floor and said "Sorry" and walked off without picking it up. read more

From February to August, I would go to US Pizza either by myself or with a group of friends from school. Consistently, service has been terrible, wait staff is incredibly rude, and complaints have gone unheard. I've been back one or two times since August, to only be even more disappointed. Not recommended to anyone by any means. The food is mediocre compared to other US Pizza locations. Terribly disappointed in the gradual downhill climb I've seen this location take in the last few months. Seriously need a change. read more

I LOVE the new U.S. Pizza in Maumelle. The ambiance and outdoor patio are really enjoyable spaces to hang out in. And the classic U.S.Pizzas are still my favorite. Add the homemade ranch dressing to the fresh green salad, and serve it up with a cold brew....well, It's my favorite way to decompress after a hard day at work. read more

We went to the new location Saturday evening around 6pm. We were disappointed. The waitress was nice , but the service was extremely slow, although, the place was not crowed. There were plenty of empty tables and no wait time. We asked the waitress if a 10" Italian Sausage & Veggie pizza would be enough to share with my wife. It wasn't. We knew it was thin crust, which we like. The problem was that it had very few toppings. It was a bit of sausage and hardly any vegetables for $13.29!! Although it tasted okay, it was nothing special. They also charged $4.50 for a draft beer, which is a bit high. I am pretty sure we will not be back. Much better pizza places around. read more

US Pizza used to be one of my favorite places to eat. The last two pizzas we have gotten from there have not been tasty at all. We probably will not order a pizza there for a while. We frequently go to a different US Pizza location in Little Rock and enjoy it thoroughly. Tonight, we were in Maumelle and thought we'd stop in for our usual drinks and eats. That was a mistake. To start, there were at least four employees who walked up to the hostess stand without as much as acknowledging us. The next employee finally approached and advised us that although she wasn't actually the hostess, the correct employee would arrive shortly. Eventually, a manager appeared, and he offered to seat us at a small table next to the hostess stand that still needed to be cleaned. We accepted, as the restaurant was mostly full. We waited several minutes for our waitress to appear to take our drink orders. The drinks arrived after what was a mostly acceptable timeframe. She took our dinner orders, and that is apparently when things went wrong. We had a four-top. We order two stuffed garlic bread apps, and for dinner, we ordered a pizza, wings, and nachos. We finally received our garlic bread apps after we had been seated for about 30 minutes. Naturally, we scarfed that down right away. Thirty minutes after that, we STILL had not received our entrees. Additionally, our waitress had barely been by to check on us. She finally came by so that we could order a second round of drinks. Our drinks came, but still there was no food. The manager who seated us (who seemed totally indifferent to his job) stopped to ask how we were doing. We were hungry--we'd been waiting for our food for an hour--AND, a table next to us who was seated 30 minutes after us and who had ordered two pizzas was already scarfing down on their pizzas!--so we asked the manager to check on our food for us. It came out a few minutes later. The nachos looked pitiful, the pizza was okay at best, but the wings... the wings were terrible. They were both burnt and mushy at the same time. And the service could NOT have been worse!!! I used to be a waitress, and I never leave less than a 15% tip... but this time, we left $2.00 on a $70 ticket--and that was with the crappy wings taken off!! Skip this place. Do not waste your time. Went to the Maumelle location, ordered within 5 minutes of being seated, then waited close to 45 minutes for two personal pan pizzas. The pizzas FINALLY came out and they were smaller than the size of my hand. I'd rather eat gas station pizza before returning there. Ended up going to Zaxby's afterwards to fill up. Another 15 minutes was spent bringing out checks, had to ask for water refills more than once, and the phone placed right next to our table rang the entire time. Always good salads and pretty good pizza too. My husband and I eat at every location but we live in Maumelle. We ate at that location a little over a month ago and our waiter told me the company was trying to decide whether to remodel the Sherwood location or build a new location for the Maumelle branch. It would be right off the Blvd. between Walgreens (in front of Kroger) and the new liquor store. I really hope this happens! read more

Worst I have ever seen. First of all I ordered my pizza over an hour ago when they told me it would be a 30 minute wait. When I get in the drive thru that had over 10 people waiting in line including me, when I finally get to the window, they have no clue where my pizza is. They first say that they gave it to someone else, however their inadequate staff did not get anything but my phone number when I called my order in, then the Manager finally after approximately 10 minutes of looking for my pizza comes and says they gave it to someone else. They remembered the order but were clueless. Michael/Manager said they would be happy to make me another pizza at no charge, however it would be time for bed by time that happened. Which we ended up having nothing to eat from them. On a previous to go order we order Salad Supreme with house dressing, which we could not even eat for the SALT in the dressing. I called the restaurant and spoke to Manager on duty which was a woman and she could care less either. She did state that she had other complaints as well about the same thing. We had to end up throwing out the salad because of the tremoundaus amount of salt. Again no food edible from them. Their design of the parking lot stinks. Not enough room to back out of parking spots as well as not being able to leave parking lot due to drive thru customers blocking the entrance/exit. The drive thru has no place no sit, which is a disaster our chaos of a mess. Another thing is when someone is in line at the drive thru and their pizza is not ready, they should have an area to pull up and wait so everyone else in the drive thru does not have to wait. The staff could care less, young lady at the window, which has been there each time, is terrible, she has no clue and doesn't even care. The staff does not care if you are satisfied or not. They haven't gotten more than they can handle and are not adequately staffed. Do not go to this location, if you want anything to eat or any customer service. Terrible! Parking lot designer gets a F for Failing due to parking lot arrangement. If USPizza was trying to cut corners they should left the huge patio outside area to half of what they have and given more room to move freely thru the lot! Don't go to this pizza place!!! read more
