Greeted and helped by a courteous employee who stopped cleaning the dining room to attend to me since I was paying by gift card. I ordered th baked chicken Parm and was told it would take about ten minutes to cook the chicken. No problem. It didn't quit take ten minutes but the meal was cooked bagged and handed to me hot. The chicken cut easily with the included plastic fork. The dish was wonderfully cheesy with plenty of pasta. I wished it had more sauce. However there is an option to buy a container of sauce. Terrible service. When we arrived during prime dinner time, we were misfortuned from the get-go. Upon ordering, we were informed that they were out of pizza, our side-dish. After being fine with taking a cookie in its steads, they later informed us that they were out of pasta?? How can one run an italian restaurant and not have pizza or pasta? They're a disgrace. The restaurant was manned by 2 employees during the time and had a hard time keeping up with everyones needs. They were understaffed, and evidently underpaid because they didn't care to even give us the correct amount of cash for our refund. Even the restaurant itself was disgusting. They had a broken air freshener plugged in, spilt sticky coke all over the floor adjacent to the counter and didnt bother to clean up used tables. Good prices for decent food. You get what you pay for so it's not amazing quality. But more like fast food Italian. It's super cheap for what you get. Service was outstanding. I grew up going to Fazolis, so I was pretty excited to stop in for lunch on my way to the airport. I was pretty disappointed with my experience. First things first, the employees were all really nice and the runners on the restaurant floor were working really hard to keep up with (what I think was) the after church lunch rush. I have no complaints with their customer service. The food itself was mediocre. It made me think of the pasta served at the dining hall when I was in college. Everything was just a smidgen too cold and the sauces were so watery and lacked flavor. The restaurant itself was just a little run down. It showed its age and everything was just a little grimy, although I saw the floor runners wiping down tables pretty promptly after people left. Fazolis was nothing to write home about and certainly not somewhere I will be eager to return to if there are other options available. read more

First visit since they reopened. Nothing was bad, it is a good fast food place. Being half Italian, my standards for fine dining are higher than drive through fair would be. Salad was pre bowled and pulled out as my order was taken. Hot breadsticks were ready by the time I finished paying. I think the breadsticks were fantastic. absolutely the worst food I have ever had. I could've bought Stouffer's lasagna and cooked it at for a quarter of the price and it would've been 10 times better than what I received. Breadsticks were cold, the side of marinara I ordered showed up halfway through the meal and it was cold, lasagna was cold as well. For $36, which was meals for two people, I could've gone to the grocery store. And we all thought Olive Garden was getting bad. This is definitely not the same Fazoli's. We had here years ago. This is definitely not the Fazoli's I grew up with. I miss the old school Fazoli's. That served hot fresh food in the aluminum pans, straight out of the oven. Their Pizza used to be fantastic, not sure what happened but they clearly aren't using the same recipe. I'm better off with a couple Hot N Ready slices from Little Caesars. I had the Lasagna which was pretty decent when I wasn't picking around the hard crusty shells that didn't get cooked properly. The Breadsticks were still 10/10. Wife ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo. Her sauce was a bit thin for an Alfredo sauce, hell I've seen better sauce that comes in a jar at the grocery store. For what we paid for the meal I'm definitely disappointed and don't feel the prices reflect the quality. If they keep serving this quality of food, these restaurants will just go right back to shutting down again, and for God sakes, please replace your asst manager with someone more competent and attentive. Service is absolutely terrible besides the busboy that is 90 to nothing. You order yourself at the kiosk then have to ask several employees to get your cup. Then wait 45 minutes to get your food while other people that just walks in gets there's ahead of you. Parties with 4 or more while all you ordered is a small spaghetti. This was our first time trying Fazoli's and we were very pleased. Service was great, and our food came out quickly, hot, and delicious. We both got the baked sampler - lasagna, spaghetti with meatball, and fettucine. It was all very good and the endless garlic breadsticks were awesome. We will be going back again and again. This was my first Fazoli's experience and let me tell you, I am blown away. The food was delicious, the staff was so welcoming and friendly, just all around greatness. If I could give 10 stars I would. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are perfect. The unlimited breadsticks when you dine in just makes everything better. Sorry Olive Garden but you have nothing on Fazoli's. Seriously please try this place, you won't regret it. I recommend the Ultimate Sampler platter if you haven't eaten here before, it's a great variety of the staples of Italian food.
