Zero stars! The young man who helped me was great. The rude older lady at the middle clerk spot was HORRIBLE! Not my usual location but I was in the area, will never go back! She was rude, unprofessional and was rudely talking to me over the nice young man who was helping me. So rude that another male customer apologized to me for her behavior. The young man helping me also apologized and seemed very embarrassed by her. Would have gotten her name but she walked away after GRABBING my package. She also clicked the "green" great service face on the screen before I could. I definitely would have not given her an ounce of recognition for great service. Can't get anyone to answer the phone as id like to get in touch with manager. I'd hate for her to ever help one of my family members and treat them that way read more

Totally incompetent from one end to another. My package was mailed in Haftselle Al and sent to Tucumcari NM. It had the correct address but a wrong label put on package which sent package to Fredrickburg, Virginia. That started on April 1. It is now May 29 and the package has not arrived. Postal employees have told me that it was stuck in a "loop". The package has traveled "back and forth" for months. One side of US to the other. I have talked to Tucumcari postal employees and Alabama employees and have been assured that everyone is aware of the error. There are apparently gobs of pics of mistake but still no package. Ive talked to the "hot line" who cant do anything. Now the tracking number says it enroute to the next location but no one can answer what location that is. First place 1050 sunset is the post office I deal with numerous times I have not opened a letter from advant for they are rip offs I put send back to sender and they still put it in my box next they had a certified letter that my fatty had sent the delivery person did not come to my door they did not put a miss in the mail box so I went to the station to talk to manager he is a full out liar he told me the carrier would to my house and still deliver and that did not happen so what is wrong with this picture either employees and managers don't know how to run for customer satisfaction bunch of liars in this station read more

The worst one I have ever been too. people that deliver the mail don't know how to read address after they just delivered 3 packages to the house they don't deliver the last one and almost have it sent back to sender with the address was right on the package and they even deliver my packages in my neighbors mail box. IN THE OFFICE There only one person who works here that is nice the rest are very rude and very unprofessional all the lady had to do was wait for me to right my address on my package but she told me to go do it over there and get back in the long line... There was about 15 people in front of me in line at this Post Office. At 1st there was only One person working the counter. This post office has mail delivery issues. I constantly have to redeliver mail to all of my neighbors. Mail is addressed to the right address and addressee but every month there are at least 2 mis-deliveries. Someone or all employees are NOT doing their jobs. This has to be the worst location in all the STATE!!!!! Non responsive to customers and they have a "don't give a shit" attitude. Wish I could give a negative star rating. Awful, hung up on me multiple times while trying to check my shipping status. Do yourself a favor and go to the store if possible.

I have used this location twice, there was little to no line when I went both times, and the small line there was moved along quickly. The location was easily accessible for a mobility disability. The person who helped me both times was Irene, she was highly professional and was able to help me send out various packages and mail quickly and easily, with a very positive attitude that left me feeling well-cared for. Seeing the other people working there, they were also very professional and capable. I will be using this location again in the future. read more

I was expecting a package with a present for my daughter. I have a package release form on file with the post office. But apparently a substitute carrier was on Saturday because I received a notice of non delivery because the carrier didn't read the notices for the route. So Monday I sign the tag and put it in the mailbox so they can redeliver the package on Tuesday. We'll, Tuesday happened to be a heavy rain day and everybody in the state new that it would rain all week. The dark clouds kind of gave it away. Apparently everyone new except for my mail carrier who left my daughters present outside exposed to the rain. Common sense would dictate a plastic bag? UPS does it all the time. I don't have any complaints about UPS. But the USPS can't use a. 5 cent plastic bag to protect a package? I guess they like paying claims? Maybe this is why the mail never gets to where it's supposed to be until they feel like getting it there. I had another package that looked like it was run over by a truck. Perhaps the USPS should start caring about the customers and not what they'll get out of the next union negotiations. Oh yeah and as for the package? I'll let the sender file the damage claim. Next time I'll request UPS. From now on I'll have to leave a plastic bag stuffed in the back of the mail box since the USPS can't afford them. If they did postage would go up again. read more

employees are rude and speak to you in a condescending manner. on top of that, they ignore you and talk to mostly each other. most unhelpful staff ever. Only one employee was kind of helpful and he wasn't even the one attending me. Save yourself time and a headache and go to literally any other post office. read more

This is the USPS location for the entire south valley. It's small and always busy line out the door busy. Some employees are extremely nice but just as many can be rather unpleasant. The location isn't in the best area and can look shady although I've never had any issues. read more

I rarely have to go to the post office, but same employees from last time I came a year ago. They take their time helping people, no people skills. Of course there was a long line in Dec, they help one person and walk away from the desk each time. This post office gets a bad rap, but I can't recall anybody being rude to me, they're mostly friendly. It is usually busy but the line moves reasonably quickly. Sometimes people with complicated requests or unruly kids hold things up. They do seem to be shorter on stock and stamps than some other locations. Lots of parking. read more

My normal delivery person is great!! the problem arises with a substitute, my packages have been left under the mailbox right next to the street available for a quick swipe by a porch pirate, (it can be hidden a a couple feet away), a package has been delivered to my neighbor across the street, another marked as delivered but not to me, I received a package to an address 5 miles north of me!! I believe this branch is not part of the United States Postal Service. They say they pick up packages, but about half the time I have had to call them to send the carrier back for the package. They are a minimal service branch. They seldom answer the phone. I guess they are too "busy" with customer complaints and avoid the calls. I think a better name for this location would be South Valley Postal Authority. It's too bad we can't pick which location delivers our mail! read more
