WORST post office worker , very rude and should not work here

WORST post office worker (AS PICTURED below bc she would not disclose her name) was SO RUDE! She was just on her phone while I waited over 15 mins to be helped by her and she would not scan in my packages bc I got fed up and told her to DO HER JOB. What kind of place allows this lady to even still work her? Please fire her...

5/5 This USPS is certainly unique with a old sku brick building. Inside you will find P.O. Box galore and tons of Disney stamps and memorabilia USPS T Elaine is a blessing she is super helpful and answered all my questions I had in regards to shipping express. Very thorough and informative. I would come back for that personal experience thank you Elaine you made my day

Rude person here. Waited over 20 minutes while first in line. Then the lady was super rude and I had to ask for a supervisor. Her first name was "M" and she had purple hair. Disrespectful , In front of her supervisor who did nothing to tell her to stop the behavior. Can't believe it. She was looking for an altercation and I can't believe how rude she was. Even other customer commented they couldn't belive it. My total time in the store was 38 minutes. I was first in line as well and spent 38 mins to send one item. I will say the supervisor and other employees were helpful and polite. It was just one person I had a negative interaction with.

Horrible service!!! Here at 8:55 and it's 9:11 am. And the clerks are still not ready to take customer in.

Just a quick update. I have a choice between this post office and one in Orange on Tustin. Unless…read moremy travel takes me past the one on Tustin, I always pick this one. It's just easier to get in out and off. The only thing to watch for is the parking lot isn't very big and can often get full on busy days. This means the people are backing up without looking, sitting at the entrance waiting for cars to leave, which means cars trying to get in could be stuck on the street, and then people are walking into, or out of, the post office looking down at their phone, or whatever and not paying attention. Therefore, you have to be very careful. Unfortunately, this is also true for the post office on Tustin. Inside, it's pretty normal. I usually just go in a drop something off and leave. But know the line can get pretty long, and it may or may not move quickly. They still lock their doors when they are closed so there's no way to drop something off except a small letter that can fit into the drop box outside.

I honestly have never dealt with poor customer service from USPS workers. However, after moving to…read morethe area, I would make the drive to the Yorba Linda location, despite it being further away, just to avoid a female Asian chick that works there (I think her name is Jolene). She is rude, dismissive, and condescending; a grade A B---ch!! If you need anything other than sending out a package or mail, she reacts as if you've just asked her to insert a thermometer into a horse's butt. God forbid she has to walk away from her counter for 5 seconds to grab a form. Genuinely wish her a good day at the end of her crappy service and you'll get an annoyed, "Ya," and no eye contact - you are too beneath her to waste another minute in her day because how dare you come to the post office for post office service. What a C--T.

I was sent to this store by my employer to complete a prepaid Live Scan service. I was advised to…read moreshow the agent my Live Scan form, which included the barcode, code, and token confirming that the service had already been prepaid. When I arrived on September 4, 2026, the employee at the counter was handling another customer and mentioned that another employee had not come in that morning. Once she was available, I showed her my Live Scan form and explained that I had been directed to this location by my employer. The employee immediately told me, "We don't do this here." I politely asked if she could provide me with more information or explain what paperwork I needed. Instead, she appeared frustrated, handed my paperwork back to me roughly, and did not initially provide any useful information about where I should go or what I needed. When I asked for clarification, she stated that she had never seen the form and that I needed a different paper. I attempted to call my employer to clarify the situation, but the employee walked away. I also asked for her name so that I could report the situation to my supervisor. She gave me the name "Neeula," although I cannot confirm that this was her correct name, and she would not provide the manager's name. What was especially disappointing was the difference in the way customers appeared to be treated. I observed her being much more helpful toward another customer while my questions were met with frustration and what I felt was dismissive behavior. As an African American customer, I was left concerned that my treatment may have been influenced by my race. I cannot state that this was the reason, but the difference in treatment was concerning and made me uncomfortable. I ultimately went to the UPS location down the street on Lincoln, where I received excellent customer service. The employees there explained the process, assisted me with the Live Scan, and provided me with a receipt. I understand that employees can have difficult or stressful days, especially when working short-staffed. However, customers should still be treated respectfully and provided with reasonable assistance or clear information about what they need to do. I am submitting this complaint because I believe management should be aware of what occurred and review whether the employee was properly trained to handle prepaid Live Scan services and customer interactions. I will not be returning to this location based on my experience.
