Come here often and despite extended waits bc they truly give every customer great service and usually have limited staffing, it's always wonderful service. Roy and Ric are awesome, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's usually very clean and well kept unless customers let their animals tear up. Parking is metered and usually easy to find unless you go at peak hours of the day

HOW does this location have good reviews? Sure, it is better than most others, location-wise and cleaness..only because it is in Beverly Hills. But surely, every staff has always been rude, unfriendly, and impatient. Not to mention they always close during hours they should be operating.

No clerks working. There's a line of customers going out the door.

Terrible customer service. On Saturday morning there is a line out the door and one clerk working. I've experienced this many times at this location. It's positively the worst run post office in the city.

They are very slow. At Monday 8/17/2020 @ 1:40pm only one employee is working. And he had to go to the pack and look for a package. Very long line.

I am in love....with this self service machine!! LOL

Ask the Community - US Post Office

Is this site/building uspost office on Maple under construction (closed or nowhere to be found)?

I just drove by to drop off mail and it appears the post office has been shutdown. Does anyone know when it reopens?

The 5-star rating is due to Sonshine, who I noticed as I stood in line, was friendly and patient with everyone.

I came to this Staples for something simple -- envelopes. Just envelopes. Not toner, not a new printer, not a 20-minute lecture from a self-checkout machine. And somehow, miraculously, it was fast, friendly, and on sale. Walked in, asked for envelopes, and an employee actually walked me to them. Not the "it's in aisle somewhere-between-3-and-God-knows" treatment -- actual customer service like it's 1998. Envelopes were sturdy, sleek, and honestly nicer than some apartments in this city. Straight seams, clean glue lines -- you can tell someone in the stationery department still believes in excellence. They were on sale. Real sale. Not that "we raised the price last week and pretended to lower it" kind of deal. I left feeling like I beat the system -- which in L.A. is better than therapy. Quick, easy, friendly, and priced right. Staples Wilshire runs like a well-oiled copy machine -- smooth, efficient, and weirdly satisfying. If all errands felt this good, I'd run more of them. Came for envelopes, left believing in customer service again.
