On Monday morning there was still no record via the Fedex tracking website. So I contacted the receiving party to inform them what was going on. Later that evening it finally showed on the Fedex tracking website. This was my second time with less than stellar customer service at this location, thus prompting this review. Their lack of communication is frustrating. Leaving $700 dollars of merchandise without getting a receipt is unacceptable.
