I would have loved to use them but after repeated phone calls and no replies, I wont beg for their service.

Bottomless, made to order, mimosas with just about every flavor possible, yeah you can for sure sign me up for visits to Monica's. One thing that is critical to remember, it's always busy and the weekend brunch hours are a madhouse, expect to wait. Now, that being said, if you're lucky enough to snag a seat at their six seat bar on the left side when you walk in, that's first come first served and they offer the full menu there. If you're waiting for a table, try to sit on the side patio, soak up some sun and watch the people strolling by.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and our food came out in about 15 min. The restaurant was also very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. We did the bottomless mimosas, and they were definitely worth it! The champagne-to-juice ratio was great (mostly champagne!! lol) and there were several different flavors to choose from like mango, guava, orange, etc. I also ordered the Drunk in Love cocktail and it was super tasty. For food, we ordered the BLT and the bacon cheeseburger. Both were delicious and came with fries. Overall, great food, great drinks, and great service. We'll definitely be back!

Heads Up: Working in Office Without Masks May 28, 2020…read moreThis is a great company. It's been a solid part of Livermore for years. I'm happy to be a customer. Good people. Excellent customer service and product. If you need to pick up water in person during the pandemic, I recommend avoiding entering the office. Just park outside and call them. They'll bring the water out to you. Funny thing, the yard worker who brought the water out to my car was wearing a mask.

Unfortunately, something has changed, and the quality has dropped dramatically. The customer service specialist, Jessica, was very rude on the phone when I tried to explain the ongoing problems I've been having with leaking tubes and forgotten keys. Even worse, it turns out I haven't been getting proper softener bypass because of corrosion. Instead of standing behind their system, they're blaming city water and want to charge me a minimum of $200 to replace the pipes. Meanwhile, I'm already paying $70 every month for service that's only performed every other month. This level of arrogance after 15 years of loyalty is incredibly disappointing. It feels like they have enough customers now and simply don't care about keeping the long-term ones. Very sad to have to say goodbye, but I can't continue with this kind of service.

I can't do whip but it's still onolicious! My husband always gets their Denica's scramble. It has mushrooms, sausage, potatoes, spinach and of course scrambled eggs. It comes with either fruit or potatoes. Hubby opted for fruits -cantaloupe, blueberries, peaches, honey dew, and strawberries. A very colorful cup of fruits. When I'm in town, Denica's is my favorite place. You have to also try their cookies!!! All their cookies are super delish!! Service is basically, you walk up to the counter and order your food. Then you pick your seat and they bring the food to you. They are pretty good at getting your food there without waiting too long. They offer free corn chips and salsa while you're waiting. They have an aloha vibe so if you're missing Hawaii, the background music is Hawaiian style \w/ Oh!! And you gotta pick up one of their famous cookies!!! Any flavor is delicious! I've tried them ALL!!!! Did I say that already?! Sorry no pics...was hungry and forgot to take 'em.... But if have never gone, what are you waiting for...go now!

This is unheard of in South Bay! The pink guava pancakes were super fluffy, flavorful, and not too sweet. The strawberries were super sweet and such a good addition. I'd definitely come back to try some bakery items and other dishes!

I ordered the crab cake Benedict with my Paloma mimosa. The other plates in my table consisted of the country fried steak and chilaquiles which were both great and enjoyed. There was an option for outdoor and patio seating - we opted for whatever was quickest. After about 10 minutes our name was called for an indoor booth. The hash browns were undercooked (underneath the top crispy part) and the oil the food was cooked in, tasted stale. The portion size was definitely on the bigger end and the omelet was stuffed with veggies. Would come back on an off peak day to try a few of their lunch options!

Their interior gives millennial grey, but their service was top tier with friendly servers and knowledgeable sommeliers. All their dishes were so unique and ever though I wasn't even sure what I was eating half of the time, it was all so flavorful and memorable. The wine pairings focused on very unique wines that spanned from Belgium, Greece, Slovenia and Portugal, in addition to California, Italy and France. The night was mostly perfect, until we were welcomed to Oakland with a car break in. The staff let us return to the restaurant while we gathered our thoughts to address the situation. My only advice besides prepare for an excellent time, is to ride share.
