    If this had been the only time they had been unethical I would have let it go, just taken my…read morebusiness elsewhere, but, it's not. when returning stuff to Amazon they charged me for printing the label to send it back! $5.00 where Amazon clearly says show them the return email with that authorization and they'll box it up, ship it back, at no cost to me. Also I cannot stand for very long due to mobility issues. Prior to the above visit I was making a return but had other customers in front of me. No problem other than they had no chairs for me to sit on, except for three EMPTY chairs at the desk. I asked to use one while I waited, they refused saying they were for employees only and behind the desk. I said they had rollers and I could move it in front of the desk until it was my turn, but again they refused. I know that isn't exactly a business issue but morally seeing someone in distress and refusing them help seems not very nice! I'll like giving my business where I live but will be driving 10 miles further away so as not to reward them for their nasty attitude!

The young…read moregirl was very impatient with me when I was trying to find my code to scan even though she had been talking with another employee upon my arrivial and there were no other customers in the store. She let out a big sigh. It was apparent she was going to make me wait while she pretended to sweep the floor. The walk into the store and arriving back to my car was less than 5 mins. I've been to this store several times and this is the first time I have encountered this type of rudeness. Do better Raytown store.

    Update to my previous review:…read more Well, I have to say that this company went to great lengths to make me a happy customer! After calling and complaining about my iPhone that was returned to me and wouldn't even turn on, I received a call from the company asking if I would please send my phone back in for someone else to check it. I was told that if they determined it could not be repaired, they would send me another iPhone at no charge. So I sent it back and in a few days received a call saying that my phone could not be repaired and a replacement would be sent. About a week later, I received a new working phone! It took a good bit of time, but in the end, Iresq went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. I'm very pleased and would use them again! I called 5 times and was told on all separate accounts that a manager would call me back because they changed accounting systems and only a manager access the old system. I never once received a call back. After calling again three years later, I finally got an email saying too much time has passed and they will not refund me. How can they keep someone's money for a service never provided? This is illegal in many states and the business is suppose to report unearned revenue to the state or refund the customer. It's blatant robbery. Awful customer service!
