They are super helpful. They take my information and give me a price quote. No documents for recipient to complete. Fedex in Walmart is the worst. If you see a guy named Brian working there... Try to get someone else if you can.

No problem other than they had no chairs for me to sit on, except for three EMPTY chairs at the desk. I asked to use one while I waited, they refused saying they were for employees only and behind the desk. I said they had rollers and I could move it in front of the desk until it was my turn, but again they refused. I know that isn't exactly a business issue but morally seeing someone in distress and refusing them help seems not very nice! After calling and complaining about my iPhone that was returned to me and wouldn't even turn on, I received a call from the company asking if I would please send my phone back in for someone else to check it. I was told that if they determined it could not be repaired, they would send me another iPhone at no charge. So I sent it back and in a few days received a call saying that my phone could not be repaired and a replacement would be sent. About a week later, I received a new working phone! It took a good bit of time, but in the end, Iresq went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. I'm very pleased and would use them again! I called 5 times and was told on all separate accounts that a manager would call me back because they changed accounting systems and only a manager access the old system. I never once received a call back. After calling again three years later, I finally got an email saying too much time has passed and they will not refund me. How can they keep someone's money for a service never provided? This is illegal in many states and the business is suppose to report unearned revenue to the state or refund the customer. It's blatant robbery. Awful customer service!

Locally, I used to do shipping at the Fairway and Prairie Village locations; but after needing some help and getting charged or shamed at these two locations, I will always hit up the Central store.
