This location is on the Main Street in town, right next to Crystal Keepers. I arrived about an hour before closing time right before 4th of July, so it was quite busy. Dustin was the only one working, and he handled every transaction with care and dedicated focus. He moved quickly to serve and made sure to take his time to ensure each transaction was completed correctly, including my own! I was able to print my documents and fax them with no issue and I was honestly impressed by Dustin's customer service. They also have greeting cards for sale, unique magnets, and they do Amazon returns and ship UPS if needed. Notary public available by appointment. I would highly recommend this location to take care on your printing, faxing, shipping needs.

After a sleepless night (my husband is an author and all his work was on that computer) we tried calling the next morning and the phones were down so my next move was to call Yreka PD. Kelly, who took my call and confirmed the phone lines were down at the restaurant, sent an officer down there (sorry I forgot his name) who took possession of the laptop and immediately called us back. I was then connected with Janene in lost & found/claims and we arranged to have the laptop shipped to us through Fed Ex but the pick up window had passed. Out of desperation I called this company and Mark assured me that if the laptop could be dropped off before 4:30 Fed Ex would pick it up which they did and it arrived safely the next day. We can't thank the quick thinking and caring staff of BBD, Yreka PD and Yreka Mailbox & Computer enough! Oh, and the food at BBD is really good too!
