I had two packages with prepaid labels that I just needed to drop off and get the receipt with a tracking number, which is exactly what the kiosk could've accomplished if it was in working order. -1 for the completely lackadaisical service. Fine if you're in the area and need to drop something off but be sure to budget a substantial wait regardless of what time you go. I shudder to think of this place during peak holiday season.

He also would not take the next person until the previous fixed their issue. The other clerk ignored us and kept sorting letters in the next station over. I ran out of time waiting for this lazy crew and had to leave without mailing my letter. The post office in Newton Highlands was much better.

However, recentlyyyyy I've been to this location twice, and it's been a really pleasant experience ... even with it being around the holidays. Both times, I've had "Anan" (I think that's his name ... so sorry if it's not.), and THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!! Not only is he assertive and efficient, he's also really friendly and ... happy with everyone. Not characteristics you often see from PO employees ... sadly. Both times, I've come in with 10+ packages to mail out, and both times, he's helped me with a smile on his face and with friendly conversation. Such a relief ... since honestly ... I got anxious having to take so many packages to be mailed. Didn't know if I would be met with visible annoyance and a rude attitude, but ... pleasantly and surprisingly, I was not. He brightened my day both days. Regarding "value" or this place ... it's a PO. Do I think prices are higher than they were before? Sure. Is there anything that can be done about it? I don't think so. Just glad that we still have mail delivery.

There I am waiting in my office, then shortly before 2pm the status is updated to 'next business day' because of the lie 'that a delivery was attempted but bldg was closed'. This building with couple dentist offices has people coming in and out all afternoon. Why was there no attempted delivery slip left? Isn't the real truth the carrier just wanted to work a half day and go home?!

I have called them a couple of times and they have not been extremely helpful when tracking down a package that is supposedly here. However, I have also stopped by here in person to mail out a package to a friend and the woman behind the counter was very helpful in finding the right size box for me to send out and creating a tracking code for the item. The location is extremely small so I can imagine it is frustrating to wait in a long line for the people ahead of you.

The only hard part about coming here is the lack of parking. There are only a few dedicated spots next to the building, and the street can be full.
