Postal workers make the world go round and I really appreciate those that put in the work to make it all possible. If it wasn't for these people we wouldn't be able to communicate outside of technology as businesses or with friends and family. I appreciate the extended hours (open until 6 pm Monday- Friday) this location offers which includes being open on Saturdays! The staff is always professional and verifies each guest are following the full procedure to send mail effectively. I've been having to send some important documents this year and recently learned you can attach a green card to be sent back on certified mail for legal confirmation that it has been received. Today the line was to the door and it was so refreshing that we all waited our turn patiently, the two ladies did the best they could being understaffed. Remember these people provide vital, secure and resilient communication and delivery infrastructure for the nation, please treat them as the superstars that they are(: Thank you so much for your service!

They have busy times but the staff is helpful. They try to get through the crowd quickly. There's only one lady that got on my iffy list. All others were great. I've been watching the tracking (SEE BELOW) as you can see where it is stuck at. Incompetent Olathe, KS Facility is where they are lagging and seems it stayed there all dang day on the 22nd. This is unacceptable and I am going to make claim against them and start an investigation on this post office seeing all the bad reviews of how terrible they are. Sure, me knowing what's up makes it easier for his staff; but this is definitely not the same at every store. Locally, I used to do shipping at the Fairway and Prairie Village locations; but after needing some help and getting charged or shamed at these two locations, I will always hit up the Central store.
