I shipped my package Priority mail from Long Beach, CA and was supposed to arrive in Joplin, Missouri on Monday 12/22/25 and it is now 12/24/25 9:45pm Missouri time and package is still not there. I've been watching the tracking (SEE BELOW) as you can see where it is stuck at. Incompetent Olathe, KS Facility is where they are lagging and seems it stayed there all dang day on the 22nd. This is unacceptable and I am going to make claim against them and start an investigation on this post office seeing all the bad reviews of how terrible they are. Postal workers should understand that this is government at the highest level and should do their job with integrity, being lazy and lame is no excuse. He's always been able to help and provide insight into increasing efficiency for my trips and reducing the time I spend in store. Sure, me knowing what's up makes it easier for his staff; but this is definitely not the same at every store. Locally, I used to do shipping at the Fairway and Prairie Village locations; but after needing some help and getting charged or shamed at these two locations, I will always hit up the Central store. It's so small, but their process just clears people out quick and happy. The GM is always there just cranking out business and helping folks out. Please have him train other locations.
