They responded, showed up, and provided a quote. However, the experience changed once I started asking questions about the one-year service agreement and billing. Before signing any contract, especially one that locks me into service for a full year, I believe it is reasonable to ask clear questions about the billing cycle, payment dates, and whether anything would be prorated. I asked a simple question: if I signed and paid on 5/11, would my billing cycle start from that date, or would I still be billed on their regular cycle and lose part of the service period? I was not asking to avoid payment or get a discount. I simply wanted to understand what I was agreeing to before signing. Unfortunately, Rachel in billing did not seem clear on the answer, even though I had already discussed some of the details with Dan. That made me uncomfortable because billing and contract terms should be clearly understood by the company before asking a customer to commit for a full year. Instead of calmly answering the question, the tone changed and it felt like they became frustrated that I was asking about the contract at all. As a landlord who does not live in the Bakersfield area, I have to be extra careful about who I hire to service my property. I need to make sure the property is being properly maintained, the billing is clear, and the agreement is fair before I sign anything. Asking questions about a contract should not create tension or attitude from a company. I was genuinely interested in starting service, but this experience made me feel uncomfortable and hesitant. A customer should be able to ask basic contract and billing questions without feeling like they are being a problem. To me, that is not good business, especially when the customer is being asked to commit to a one-year agreement.

They paid it as if it was painted aluminum, which is less than clean MLC aluminum. I went to MEC Recycling and took the rest of the clean mlc I had left, and they paid it right. I suggest you skip this place and go over to MEC Recycling instead!! They were very helpful and, most of all, honest.

I think when people think of the Social Security office then they think of long lines, long waits and unproductive; however, in all the years I have visited this site, I've never felt that way. Service has always been fast. I think it would be faster if you made your appointment, but don't expect to be priority if you grab a number. You must expect a wait time. This location is actually faster than the Bakersfield location, so if you live in Delano and need to visit the Social Security office then just know your wait time will not be as long and remember while you wait.... it could be worse. The facility isn't too hard to find and the parking area is a tight squeeze. Staff is always friendly here and always helpful. You can tell the facility is cleaned regularly; which is always a plus!

There was a designated area for everything I had from appliances, wood, household, trash, metal, and Green waste. Then everything on the right side is basically recycling. So we drove right up to the spot that said TV and electronics. Easy and organized also it was right next to were we had to drop the old highchair from the baby days of grandkids. Impressive that they are so organized since my last experience of a landfill. But it was smelly so no 5* here. But it was free!

They did make a few gay jokes that I didn't appreciate but not directed to me, still made me feel uncomfortable. It got really busy around 8pm and when I arrived around 6pm it was pretty empty. Many of the machines were broken, but they were very happy to give you your money back for another machine with no hassle. I would probably go again just because it felt very homey because they were so close with many people, but it is hot inside, and for the most part I felt safe. So I recommended !!!
