I walked up as normal asking questions telling him I am new here. He told me that even though my package said delivered... that I needed to wait until the next day because I don't have a QR code. I was very upset, I was adamant about getting my package because it was my only day off. After talking with the mail carrie, I decided to go into the line and let people cut until I could get another employee.. SCOTT!! He helped me RIGHT away, he walked me through it without having to tell him I was new.. he simply told me to look in the mailbox for a yellow slip, and it was that simple.
