No explanation was ever provided as to where the packages were located. Customer service has also been frustrating. On more than one occasion, I was told to return later, and most recently I was asked to come back at a specific time only to find the employee was on break. As someone who is new to shipping items, I was unaware that a specific mailing bag was required. After the employee had already printed my shipping label, she informed me that I needed to use a different bag. I noticed the bags were located only a few steps away and asked if I could quickly grab one since my label had already been printed. Although she initially said yes, she then told me I would have to get back in line. When I explained that the bags were right there and that the label had already been printed, she responded in a rude manner and told me to "hurry up and grab it." Throughout the interaction, she also made unnecessary comments such as, "People come to the post office not knowing what to do." I understand that employees deal with many customers, but there is no reason to be disrespectful to someone who is simply trying to learn the process. Customer service should be professional, patient, and helpful, especially for first-time customers. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated.
