If you're not prepared or have the proper documentation with you, your appointment may be rescheduled. You can also have your photo taken here which is an additional $15 that I didn't mind paying just for the convenience of it all to have it taken care of in one place. It's really up to you and your preference. Overall, I was in-and-out in a matter of 15 minutes. Note that the mail/pickup area office is small and there is no real sitting area to wait except for one chair. The entrance to the parking is narrow so be careful when entering because only one car can pass through at a time on Fern Ave to get to the parking for the mail/pick up/passport office.

Luckily, Mirian was so incredibly helpful and energetic and let me pay for the passport fee with my debit card. In total it was about $182.35; $130 for regular passport book and regular service, $15 for photos, $2.35 money order fee, and $35 for execution fee. The photo quality was superb; l looked like my usual self and wasn't washed out like some other places make you look. I was in and out within 30 minutes -- insanely good!

The lines are normally long so I wouldn't wait until closing time to come in or they will close the door on you. Overall a good experience!! After the employee had already printed my shipping label, she informed me that I needed to use a different bag. I noticed the bags were located only a few steps away and asked if I could quickly grab one since my label had already been printed. Although she initially said yes, she then told me I would have to get back in line. When I explained that the bags were right there and that the label had already been printed, she responded in a rude manner and told me to "hurry up and grab it." Throughout the interaction, she also made unnecessary comments such as, "People come to the post office not knowing what to do." I understand that employees deal with many customers, but there is no reason to be disrespectful to someone who is simply trying to learn the process. Customer service should be professional, patient, and helpful, especially for first-time customers. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated.

We have no dogs and never have had. Service has been off and on since July. Haven't received mail delivered in over a month. Tried calling. Absolutely no answer. Very rude and yelled at us and when we yelled back about his rude tone he said he was calling the police. We are super senior and in 30 years have never had an issue like this.
