If you're not prepared or have the proper documentation with you, your appointment may be rescheduled. You can also have your photo taken here which is an additional $15 that I didn't mind paying just for the convenience of it all to have it taken care of in one place. It's really up to you and your preference. Overall, I was in-and-out in a matter of 15 minutes. Note that the mail/pickup area office is small and there is no real sitting area to wait except for one chair. The entrance to the parking is narrow so be careful when entering because only one car can pass through at a time on Fern Ave to get to the parking for the mail/pick up/passport office.

I was outside my house from 4pm to 4:30 waiting and supposedly the person tried dropping it off at 4:16. You need to do a better hiring process on your employees. This office is super small and almost always there is only one postal worker, a few times there was no one attending. There has been a few times where they disappear to the back and no one attends. It has happened to me twice, where we were left standing in line for over ten minutes. The service is slow but they do have some workers who are very friendly and some that are very grumpy. Overall If I didn't live so close I would probably not go to this one.

It has been years since I'd walked into this post office, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I stopped in at around 4pm and loved the convenience of self-service kiosks. All I had to do was scan my QR code and it printed my shipping label. I will say, the first machine wasn't working which caused a little frustration for some. The scanner did not scan but entering manually did work. The second kiosk worked and I was able to print my label and drop off my packages pretty quickly. For quick drop-off or shipping label printing, I think this place is pretty decent. The parking isn't great, but the ease of getting your postal needs taken care of makes up for it.
