Not to mention she seemed annoyed we were there and when i asked if we could schedule an appt. did everything she could to not do it. For example, "there isn't an appt. For 3 weeks." And "well my computer is down." (Of note she had just processed the lady in front of us, passport, so we know that's likely a lie). We show up the following Friday with all of our documentation , EARLY, and that's when we found out they only take 4 people during that hour and we weren't even allowed to wait in case they finish early and could process ours. She pointed to the rest of the post office and said "we don't just do passports and ALL these people are waiting." I looked around and saw at least 3 other people working the window and other than the 4 waiting for passports there were only 3 people in line for other postal concerns. Save you effort and time. Nothing will change there.

I finally got the package on 6/25 because I found someone who would drive to the PO to see what could be done. I am a disabled senior. Between the 22nd and 25th, no status changes or updates sent to me although I paid a fee for them. At the post office on 6/25, they were not out with the driver to be delivered, they were there in the building. So who knows how much longer they would have sat there. This is not an isolated incident. I am a union member for 30 years and try to support my union brothers and sisters, but this lousy service has gone on too long.
