It was really efficient I emailed all my documents and within thirty minutes it was printed. It included a 175 page PowerPoint, 40 page packet, and a 30 page homework packet. Angela helped me and she was so detailed oriented and took a ton of time helping me organize, showing me how to copy the best way , and she even created title pages for the three packets. She corrected all my mistakes when I asked her to even after she had printed it. She did a wonderful job assembling and binding everything. Without her help this would have taken me hours. The project was done wrong but I had no printed receipt (I had credit card statement showing payment) I accepted the project by paying. Looked at first print and it was wrong so staff person took it back and reprinted and it looked ok, so I left and realized later, on my trip to Michigan, they were wrong.(2 sided orientation upside down) I called and explained what happened and whoever I talked to said they couldn't help, that I should have seen the problem. No apology, no acceptance of responsibility. When I returned I went into the shop and received even worse treatment. I really became angry at the clerk. She was horrible and I dropped an f bomb. I said "you stand there having totally botched a project all you can do is tell me how I fu$&@d up. I apologized. She lied to her manager who was also no help. I wrote to the owner. No help. This whole thing was just terrible service start to finish. I've never blown up at anyone in a business professional setting before. I've worked in Healthcare 40 years and volunteered here in the valley as well, I know how to treat people. This was off the chart poor customer service. Because I lost my temper the whole thing is on me now. I am that obnoxious rude customer so they feel entitled to do nothing.

The guy I spoke to was nice and told me to bring it in and they would get it taken care of. So I took it in this morning. The person, well actually he was little more than a kid, needs serious lessons in customer service. He told me that because my bike was so old that he didn't know if they had the parts and if they did he didn't know where they were. He then told me he didn't figure they had the parts and he would have to order them, but they probably wouldn't be there until October and they would cost extra. He then turned around and walked away. It was quite obvious that he, not only couldn't be bothered, but he didn't want to deal with me and couldn't care less about blowing me off. I tried calling a couple times to talk to the owner or manager, but no one ever answered. Apparently if your bicycle isn't new and shiny they couldn't care less about doing repairs for you.

They arrived at 9am and had all mold out and were done by 10am, work time 1 hour. Left air scrubbers for 4 days to completely remove spores pick up time 5 minutes. They do great demo, they do not do drywall so I had to do that myself. Also, charged $1,650 for the 1 hour active time with 2 people, seemed overprice but work fast and hard. I know extra fees probably for the chemicals (Goldmorr) and disposal of 15 sq feet of drywall but $1,650 seems a little high for the little work needed. Was not willing to negotiate price.
