One of the manager ladies is very rude and doesn't understand how priority mail flat rate envelopes can be used. She thinks they have to be literally flat for documents (that is a different smaller envelope that's "priority flat rate legal envelope") and not have any tape to extra secure the seal. I have been doing this for 13 years as my job and this is the first time I've heard such nonsense from a usps employee. Don't go here. Don't. For any reason. Tammy will make your day bad. Make you wait in line repeatedly and then make your day worse. I was trying to mail a cell phone to an APO. Tammy questioned the legality of this. Tammy stated I would be lucky if it made it through customs. Tammy asked I go research to make sure it was legal and sent me out of line. Spoiler alert, it's legal. Waited in line again, showed her the law allowing the mailing of cell phones. Tammy believes I have edited the usps website Wikipedia style to undermine her. Unwilling to admit defeat, she asks me how many lithium cells are in the phone. Asks me to step out of line and research it. One google search later, shaken but not defeated, I wait in line and tell Tammy "1". Clearly upset I have audacity to continually ask her to do her job, she says, "well we've had too many planes blow up because of cell phones so I have to put this sticker on your package and it's likely going to get confiscated" "and this is wrong you need to sign here". Defeated, I can't muster the energy to go through the line again. Some hours later, frustrated, confused and feeling somehow shamed, I headed to the post office off Washington. It took them 5 mins to process my package, they were delightful, quick and after the horror that is Tammy, my new heroes. Needless to say, the cell phone made it there fine. Please don't go here. Great location fast efficient friendly staff loads of parking my go to USPS. Just need a free coffee offering (kidding)

They close from 1-2 for lunch which is fine but if you walk in to quickly mail a letter at 12:57 they won't serve you. It would have take about 30 seconds to complete my transaction, and now I have to come back later. Wouldn't it be nice if we could all tack on extra time to our lunch hours and just refuse to do our job?? read more

One lady who works here is rude and condescending to everyone I've seen her interact with and I know everyone who has been there knows who I'm talking about. Wow! Just wow! I have to give myself a pep talk before I go in because they think of new ways to be rude and new crazy rules every time I'm there. I won't even go to the one in Eastlake anymore. Went into the post office and a woman rudely told me I had to leave because I had my dog. Then another woman came to the front and said I needed to leave and they wouldn't help me. I told her that was my service dog and she told me I needed to prove it by showing her his tags. I told her it was illegal for her to be asking me for proof. I am an elderly disabled woman. One of the workers told me I could not come back again with my dog. I think they better get educated on the disabilities act regarding service animals. Regardless, I have never been treated so rudely and was extremely embarrassed. Obviously they were on a power trip and are extremely uneducated. read more

The lines move fast at this place and they always offer a convenient location to drop off mail and other packages. They do not provide packing supplies, so make sure to bring your own. I'd give zero stars if I could. The boss lady at this location is the absolute worst. Rude to customers rude to her co workers. Barks orders and is just down right nasty. Additionally I sent a pile of mail from this location and handed it behind the counter at 3pm. A piece of it was returned to me and it was post marked the next day! I was there 2-1/2 hours before close and they sat on it til the next day! They have zero integrity and zero care for who they're serving. Go to the Henderson location! read more

The post office in Henderson is a hidden gem. It's small and that is what makes it great. The staff are helpful and efficient, there were a whole lot of people there before closing but never really a line because they asked as you walked in what they could help you with and directed you to forms, packing materials and took those customers that were prepared - I was not one of them. I got in and out and felt confident that I had completed everything correctly. My only complaint is the parking lot need some lines and it was flooded in spots from rain as was the sidewalk. read more

Hands down the worst service. I understand that postal workers deal with a lot of rudeness themselves, but you can kiss their behind and the workers here will still choose to be cold and heartless. The postal system is not intuitive for most but yet ask them any questions and you will be met with hostility and like you are the dumbest person in the room. I was finishing up addressing a package and they kicked me out for their lunch break. I was literally done! And she goes 'nope you don't even have it addressed' I had a pen in my hand and was writing??? It's effing Christmas. Horrible horrible horrible. Makes me dread needing to send mail. If you do not have their zip code as your return address they will not scan your packages. I was a top seller on ebay and now am not for the first time in 20 years because they did not scan 20 packages of mine and I have to show my items scanned within 24 hours. Bad attitudes too. Especially the lady with the long brown hair that has been there for years. read more

I needed to have a package sent and the supplier had prepaid for the return postage already. All I needed was the barcode scanned and a receipt of my tracking number. The lady that was working the desk told me first that I had the wrong type of prepaid envelope. Mine was the soft padded flat rate. She told me I needed to put it in the paper one. I explained to her that this was the this was not the first package I was sending like this and she kept insisting I needed to pay an additional $10 to put it in the different envelope. I then just asked her if she could just try scanning the bar code and seeing if it would work. She told me no and that she would just send it but then it would probably just be returned to sender. I got really concerned bc this was an important blood sample. And I honestly thought she would sabotage it and not send it properly. She was clearly uninformed and rude. So I took my package and left. I went to the post office on 120th and Washington instead. Guess what? No issues. It took 20 seconds. And no, my package was not returned to sender. read more

I have a label that was too light too scan, but apparently the technological geniuses of the USPS can't fathom having the ability to look up and print a new label based on the tracking number. This is why UPS and FedEx are so great! If this return didn't have a pre-paid return label, I would have paid to have it sent via UPS and FedEx. And then, when absolutely no one else was in the lobby these idiots wanted me to follow the stupid arrows for social distancing. read more

On 12/1/2021 at 1:54 PM MT, FedEx delivered a package to this postal facility with my name on it. They also delivered two additional packages from this same sender for a total of three packages. I checked the tracking via the company's website to see if the packages had been delivered and they confirmed that they were dropped off in the mailroom of the post office. I received two of the packages in my mailbox, but not the third. Today, 12/8/2021, I contacted the post office and spoke with the Post Master to express my concern for this missing package. She asked me for a tracking number and I advised her that I only had the FedEx tracking number. I gave her my post office box information and she said that that the package was probably returned if it was missing the actual P.O. Box number. I advised her that according to the tracking email that all three of the packages contained the same address for delivery. She then stated that she didn't know where it was and that it was "probably sent back the next day". She advised that she had no way of confirming that the package was sent out because it contained a FedEx tracking number and not a USPS tracking. I asked her if they all had the same address why would they only send one of them back. She didn't have an answer. She then told me that there was nothing that she could do for me and that they currently had a line and were busy. This is the 2nd time that something like this has happened to me at this post office. The first time they said this, the package was in fact still at the post office and mysteriously showed up in my mailbox. They do not have a consistent protocol and are doing things at their own discretion vs. policy. They are extremely rude and it is almost impossible to get any assistance from any of the employees because they all show very little interest in being helpful. Having a P.O. Box is a paid service and I am definitely not getting my money's worth dealing with instances of this matter. read more

US's worst post office, hey lost a package that I sent over seas, when I asked them to track the package, the woman refused to look up the receipt number she just touched the receipt and knew it was in customs without looking up the tracking number! Was she psychic. When j called to complain about the lacking of customer service, I got snapped at by a cow by the name of TAMMY, woman was so horrible she called the police over my cell phone number starting with an 818 area code. I don't know what the woman is smoking or maybe the lacking of oxygen in Colorado caused her to lose brain cells. However end result I had my lawyers with Parker and Stand Berry send a C&D letter for bogus lies by Tammy, who is in psychological need to take some type of a pill: I'm not a shrink but I would recommend seraquil it's an "anti-psychotic" please give this woman a heavy dose. read more

I have been to this post office many times and have always been completely satisfied with the service. The clerks have always been friendly and considerate. I will continue to use this post office in the future. read more
