Everything moves sloooowly and the entire facility feels like it was designed to suck out your soul and break you. Workers here are disinterested and ineffective at best and hostile and useless at worst. It once took me close to an hour to pick up a package, as the two sour and excruciatingly inept workers processed the line. I will say that the guy running the passport service is a step up from the counter clerks, but for everyday stuff like mailing and picking up packages, forget it. In the end, it's an utter debacle to do any sort of business here. I've driven way out of my way to not have to use this branch and I would advise the same if you're thinking about going here. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. She didn't treat the other customers like that maybe because I'm young and thought I was dumb and wasn't paying attention to what I was doing but I was. All I wanted to do is mail a package not get made fun of. After I left I was sad and started crying. No one should have to experience this after only wanting to mail a package. When I reached the front of the line, the woman with glasses told me her computer wasn't working correctly, and her label printer wasn't functioning, so she couldn't help me. I asked if the second associate could assist, as she had just printed 5-10 labels for the woman in front of me. Before I could even approach her for help, she loudly declared, "That's it, I ain't doing anymore labels!" I was shocked by how rude she was, making me feel like I had done something wrong just by coming in with a QR code. Instead of trying to help, she refused to assist, leaving me with no choice but to walk out without mailing my package. I expressed to both associates how incredibly rude they were and that I didn't deserve to be treated that way. There was a line of over eight people behind me, and I had already waited with about eight people in front of me. I understand that USPS employees may not always be happy with their jobs, but a little decency is expected when someone is kind and simply asking for help--especially when it's your job to print labels as part of the service. I do not recommend this location, and I hope management addresses this issue with their team. This is not how a community USPS should operate.

Upon arriving home we were perplexed that no package was to be found. I asked my neighbor if his security cameras had captured a UPS truck in the neighborhood: NO! Close examination of the "Proof of Delivery" picture showed it was definitely NOT our house! We went online to file a complaint with UPS, they adamantly insisted that the item had been delivered, offering the bogus photo as "Proof,"and would not entertain either complaint or claim! A trip to the Hub disclosed that our regular driver was not on that day, but no culpabilty was expressed, and no further solution to the mystery was offered; Useless PoS!
