Upon arriving home we were perplexed that no package was to be found. I asked my neighbor if his security cameras had captured a UPS truck in the neighborhood: NO! Close examination of the "Proof of Delivery" picture showed it was definitely NOT our house! We went online to file a complaint with UPS, they adamantly insisted that the item had been delivered, offering the bogus photo as "Proof,"and would not entertain either complaint or claim! A trip to the Hub disclosed that our regular driver was not on that day, but no culpabilty was expressed, and no further solution to the mystery was offered; Useless PoS!

I confirmed with FedEx they had the correct address. They asked for directions. I asked if driver had GPS and was given excuse that the address doesn't appear on GPS. I explained that we get FedEx delvieries on this street and to this address all the time. Waiting for a call back from a supervisor. Delivery was required today. Now I am being told that the delivery will be before 1:30 pm Monday 8/3. This is unacceptable and is causing major issues with acustomer of mine. THE DRIVER NEVER MADE AN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER AND FEDEX JUST DOESN'T CARE.

When in fact, the manager was able to discern that the package is located in Newark. This location seems to hire seriously uneducated, unprofessional, unkempt individuals. The good professionalism has gone down over the last 10 years. Stay away from this place.
