Upon arriving home we were perplexed that no package was to be found. I asked my neighbor if his security cameras had captured a UPS truck in the neighborhood: NO! Close examination of the "Proof of Delivery" picture showed it was definitely NOT our house! We went online to file a complaint with UPS, they adamantly insisted that the item had been delivered, offering the bogus photo as "Proof,"and would not entertain either complaint or claim! A trip to the Hub disclosed that our regular driver was not on that day, but no culpabilty was expressed, and no further solution to the mystery was offered; Useless PoS!

Tracking indicates that it never left the Elmsford facility. This worker named "Mustafa" told me I wasn't comprehending the tracking information. When in fact, the manager was able to discern that the package is located in Newark. This location seems to hire seriously uneducated, unprofessional, unkempt individuals. The good professionalism has gone down over the last 10 years. Stay away from this place. I didn't hear anything else about it but everytime I've gone to check my PO Box the place is closed. Is this post office still functioning or not? I need to keep this PO open even though I no longer live in the area because its registered to a corporation. I only check it when I know I'm receiving correspondence from seasonal activity. My only complaint is that I've asked not to put grocery flyers or other people's mail in my box numerous times but I still get junk mail or mail that clearly doesn't belong to me.

The second watch I waited three weeks for an inflated estimate. Franklin Clock shop and Mahmoud repaired the watch in one day!! I started calling the number on my confirmation this morning and the calls kept getting routed to the New Jersey location. They couldn't tell me anything and said the people in the Elmsford office probably weren't in yet and the calls were defaulted to them. Got someone to give me a direct number to Elmsford and it still was picked up from someone in New Jersey. Finally talked to Michaela in Elmsford who said I was on the schedule and they would be there between 12 and 3. Took me an hour to find that out. Of course no one showed up or called. I called at 4:15 (of course someone in New Jersey answered again) but finally after about 5 separate calls and attempts to transfer me where I was hung up on, someone was nice enough to stay on the phone until he could track down and transfer me the Michaela. She said they were running late but not to worry, they would still be there. Of course no one showed up. Seriously doubt they will even call to reschedule. These people have no qualms wasting your time, so don't waste yours with them.
