The just don't care, lost bills, bank statements.....too bad. It will show up, or not. Recently, my autistic grandson came to live with us after a two month stay in hospital. My son "overnighted" at a cost of $28.60 his meds to me. Three days later they were still not here. The people at the PO were rude, insulting and totally uncooperative. They refused to take responsibility, i ended up driving to a PO half an hour away when they finally found my package after epic temper tantrum. I never received an apology, she rudely said " you're welcome" when I was leaving, to which I replied...how about "we're sorry?" However, the young woman named Noel in Ringwood Post Office was outstanding. She truly saved the day.

Some nearby post offices tend to run out of certain ones, so that was a nice surprise. The history of this building, along with the statue and memorial outside, is pretty grim but also really interesting. It adds a level of character you don't always see at a post office.
