Just left here. I was hesitant because of prior reviews but I worked with Jackie and she was more than helpful and extremely kind.

Used to be my go to post office, especially since it has Saturday hours... My local PO has Saturday hours, but only until noon. If I do need a PO on Saturday, this location is open until 4:30PM. The line can be hit or miss. It seems to get seriously crowded around noon. Nowadays I do most of my shipping via the automated machines (of which this post office has). read more

I'm just here to thank Brittney in the passport office. Even w a line of people, she was quick, patient and very gracious. I understand that even w an appointment, there may still be a wait. Not every passport applicant is going to be well prepared, and one single person could cause a back up, it's not the staff's fault; there are problematic customers out there. Some of you guys just need to learn how to follow directions, bring all proper documents, & READ (it's not difficult y'all). When I was finally seen I was in and out in 15 mins. This is the second time I've been here for passport stuff, I havnt had any issues here. Just bring good vibes and know you all will get to travel again.... they are always so helpful. sometimes you have to wait a little bit but it is always a pleasant experience. we need to appreciate what the USPS does . They work hard it's not an easy job. The passport section is just awful! While the actual appointment takes 10 minutes, the waiting is terrible. It would not be so bad if the chairs were more comfortable. The folding chairs barely have any padding and if you get stuck on a bench its even worse. We waited for 3.5 hours and my butt was killing me. There are also "no public bathrooms" anywhere at the post office so be prepared to hold it for an eternity. The lady in the passport office is very nice and friendly. She gets my stars. read more

Do not come here for your passports if you actually want them. So we came around, 9am, with 5 people ahead of us. It's noon and there are still 2 people ahead of us. The worker takes 30 mins per person and 10 min break in between the customers. Also she just came out and said she's taking a 15 min break, their lunch break is from 1-2 and it's only 1 1/2 hrs away. It's like there trying to be as slow as possible. This is ridiculous! read more

This place is pretty standard fare as far as post offices go. Kind of dreary, everyone seems mildly to moderately miserable, and it smells like a government building. I normally only visit this post office to drop off boxes with the shipping already pre-paid and printed at home so I can spend as little time as possible here. That's not to say I've ever had a negative experience at this post office location. I consciously avoid coming here when it's going to be busy (around noon particularly) and I'm polite as possible to the people who work there which gets me a neutral to positive interaction depending on the clerk. Seriously, I imagine working at a post office is like having a perpetually bad day for years on end so I appreciate that the clerks put up with the buffet of humanity using the US postal service. Parking here is decent, and once when I procrastinated on mailing out my taxes they had people standing outside after hours to manage the influx of other slackers that show up at midnight the day they're due. I'm not sure if they do this every year but I thought this was pretty great! The neighborhood it's in is pretty shady (like run down strip clubs shady) but there's not much that can be done about that. read more

If you are going to get your passport get there at 7:30 and get in line. Hopefully you are first in line. By 8 there will be 15-20 people there. (Only 40 are seen a day and it takes about 15 or 20 min per person). If you decide to sit rather than stand in line be prepared for it to go all hunger games when she comes out with the sign up sheet. May the odd be ever in your favor!!! read more

I felt compelled to leave a review for this local post office (which is something that I would normally not think of to do) due to the exceptional customer service I rec'd from Barbara. She was patient and sweet; we were shipping out a motorcycle tire and a fender, so they were pretty oddly shaped. I can't speak to the passport side or the other services, but Barbara acted as though she hadn't been on her feet all day and spoke kindly and courteously. It's no fun waiting in line at the post office, so we appreciated her positivity. read more

This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with in my life. If I could give a negative review I would. During this year (2019) I have had to file multiple claims for lost or misplaced packages. I have even had a package wedged into my post box that could not be removed without damaging the contents. As long as I live in this area I will not use USPS for package delivery of any kind. read more

I mail a ton of packages for work weekly, so I need to pop in here for boxes often. Since this is less than 1 mile from one of my offices, I tend to go here more than other Fort Worth post offices, but I dread going every time. I would rather order boxes online and have them shipped to my home, then have my mailman pick them up. This place is unorganized, the staff is aggressively rude and it looks shady around these parts. Worst service ever. What do you expect coming from a post office. That is to be expected. USPS commercials on TV advertise wanting to be your business partner, willing to pick up your pre-paid packages at your door. That is the biggest joke in Ft. Worth. If your business depends on your packages being picked up, DO NOT trust the post office. You will soon be out of business. I have called and called wanting to let them know that they did not pick up. I was hung up on several times, and the "managers" that I finally got in touched with, seemed to not care. They did not complete a package pick up 5x in a 3 month period of time. They do not do their job. Use FedEx or UPS. You get what you pay for. read more

I was surprised to find out that I could pick up my package from the Dutch Door between 5pm and 9pm. Maybe I just haven't been to the post office in a long time, let alone a hub such as this one and seen such extended hours. Suffice to say the gentleman running the window quickly found my package and had me on my way. Super polite and helpful. Its a bit out of the way, so I wouldn't expect to frequent here, but I can certainly see why people would use this location for its multitude of services. read more

I'm a ebay seller and I DO order my "Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelopes "at home but sometimes I sell more than anticipated and I run out. I walked into this post office and ask if they can spare a few until I get my order (advised from the 1-800 # by the way ) and you would think I asked them for their first born child .... OMG I am paying you for them !!! Except for a man named Larry ... I have called 5 times in a span of two days, no one answered the phone.. then when I went there person one of the ladies was on their personnel cell phone having here own conversation about the Dallas cowboys( not emergency matter or anything important). I ranged the bell and she looked at me from her office, then went right back to her conversation after anywhere from 20-25 minutes she finally decided I had waited long enough got up and said what do you what in a very rude not caring about the job manner.
