Why are there company photos advertising the self serve kiosk but this location doesn't have it fix this

This is my closest post office and every time I need to come they are always so helpful. There was not that many customer when I arrived so I love that I don't have to wait in line for a long time. You get the convenience of choosing a package to send your goods. Maybe they would be cheaper at another store but you don't have to do another run. I wanted to send a valentines Card and a little gift together. So I got an envelope here and it was big enough for my goods. The price was a not bad to send it because I got a tracking number. The gift got to my friend a day before I wanted which is great. They always almost have everything you would need to send something. And they always ask you if you need stamps. Always happy with their service. I should have taken a picture of my envelope but I really forgot. That will be next time. read more

Service was horrible. Rude manager. Said it was delivered to this location and she got super mad. Manager needs to be fired immediately.

The absolute rudest lady ever! I was sending out a package and she mad it so hard for me. She said I had to put a return to sender because what if I put a bomb in there??? I just was sending a surprise package she was working 10/26 around 12pm. Older lady with glasses. So so rude. Shouldn't be on customer service! I am pissed as shit right now!! I had a package shipped to Texas last week and it arrived a day later than expected. I paid $51 for the delivery! When asked if the package has perishable or glass, I responded yes and she totally forgot to mark "fragile" on the box! I sent a glass jar of my husband's favorite home made sauce that took a ton of ingredients and time to make and a blue ray player. I had filled the box with bubbles wraps and the jar of sauce was completely obliterated! It had gotten inside the blue ray player! EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING was a complete loss. He was looking forward to the package. I was eager to get the package to him so he can get a little taste of home. Backtrack to November 2019, I used USPS and sent over two boxes of persimmons to my husband in Texas. One box arrived pretty banged up. Salvaged less than half to consume. Second box didn't arrive until 1 and a half week later. Persimmons were mush. 100% non-salvageable! Made a complaint online, and still to this day, I have not gotten a response back nor a reimbursement! USPS used to be so much more reliable. This very last experience has really crushed my spirit and my trust in them to care for any of my packages to be transported to loved ones. read more

I go in and the First Lady was a little more helpful, I came in to return a package, she told me I need to find the return label or a QR code which then she can help. I went out to my car and searched, I had found it thank goodness! So I go back in and a different lady helps me, she said I did it all wrong and I still need to print out the label at home or at the library.. Other post offices have printed a label off for my package before. Just so rude and doesn't want to help. Sorry I don't work in the industry and needed some help. read more

Horrible customer service. I have never been treated so poorly for asking basic questions. The postal system's process for mail forwarding can be confusing and the person at the counter responded in the most rude manner when asking questions, as if it were an inconvenience to her for us to even be there. Suggestion: have customer service training for all staff as they are clearly not trained or it's been many years since they were taught to interact appropriately with a human person. read more

This location has the worst customer service...it's like the employees hate to interact or answer questions regarding shipping or tracking packages. Went in today and had a package to return and was told I cant have a previously used label attached. She could clearly see it had been covered. Second issue when inquiring regarding a letter sent certified over 2 weeks ago had yet to be received at the destination, she then proceeded to ask me "well what do you expect me to do about it?" Poorly run post office I get the older lady all the time, and she never wants to help me, or gets frustrated she has to help. For example my key didn't work and she was like are you at the right box?? I said I think so can you double check my box number? She's like well I don't really need to because you should know. I was like I'm asking you to check. She finally did. The lady that doesn't work the front and sorts the mail is the sweetest lady So they checked and found out the key wasn't working. read more

This location sucks a big one!!! Every employee is so rude not frendly at all. Will not even look at you nor acknowledge you're in building never can help you do anything and they talk to you with an attitude and make you feel stupid because you didn't know what location to go to if it's for a passport or boxes or anything like that. Do not recommend to go here. I rather go to 1 miles away from my house then come back here and give them business. This location should be closed. It's a joke. read more

This is a pretty small post office, I'd hate to see what it looks like when it's really busy. It looks pretty sad to be honest. I went on my lunch break and they only had 2 people at the counter. So things were moving slow, but it didn't take as long as I thought considering there were only two. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. The gal however had zero personality and was borderline rude...look like it might kill her to smile. I'm sorry this is a customer service job, you have to pretend to be happy sometimes. That being said. She rushed me through my sale, and told me I had to buy tape to tape up my tiny package. I'm sorry I'm not buying a $6 roll of tape when you could just tear off 3 inches in the roll at the desk. So I left to get tape elsewhere and I will unfortunately have to go back tomorrow to send my package. Maybe the customer service will be better? Update: went in today for some stamps. They didn't have any. Granted they weren't the usual 48 cent stamps, I needed 22 cent and $5 stamps. Considering it's a post office it shouldn't be that hard to get them there. Not only that but that gal helping me told me that there's no such thing as $5 stamps. Uh, yeah there is. Unless all the ones I successfully use at work each week are fake... And there was a guy in the floor helping people as they came in, yet of the three people that walked in around the same time as me, he never asked if I needed any help. Anyways. Worst customer service I have ever had ridiculous the people here do not have any skills whatsoever when it comes to communicating to their customers this is exactly why the US postal service will not last on there another decade, horrible, horrible customer service. They also need to learn a little bit more English I believe so that way their message is clearer, it doesn't make sense to have one person wearing a mask and then the other person not wearing a mask behind the counter. Sue has the worst attitude and is ridiculously rude to everyone that walks in. God forbid you have a question because Sue is apparently to good to answer it without attitude. The only reason for the three stars is for my man Gerron. Gerron was super nice and happy to help unlike Sue. Poor guy should get a commendation for having to put up with Sue for the whole day. I went there to send a package containing a phone worth $200. I asked for insurance & the Asian lady said, how much insurance do you want? I said, how much is the insurance? She said however much you want. Looking confuse, i ask her, how much do i pay for insurance if the contents inside is worth $200, would I have to pay $200? She said yes. So I was like, can I just pay $10? & she said sure but I wasn't just going to $10 if I didn't need to so I hesitated. She then gave me back my box & said, ok I guess you don't want insurance. I said yes I DO need insurance!! I was already pissed @ this point bc we were arguing back & forth for 5 minutes already so I called my hubs. He told me to ask them the same thing I already did which I didn't f-ing try to again. The Mexican chick employee working in the next check out line heard & said, they would not know the amount of insurance I need so I said "the contents of this package is $200" & guess what happened? In plain & simple words which only took a f-ing second to understand she said insurance would be $3. Asian lady goes, "that's what I said, fee is $3.". No u f-ing didn't BC then we wouldn't be arguing for 5 dam minutes! Now that's done, I said fragile, & she just drops the package on the floor. This isn't the 2nd time she did that. Few months ago, a guy came in sending a medium size package. He said fragile... F-R-A-G-I-L-E!! After he left, she just tossed it to the back. I have a PO Box at this location and recently I have been rushing over after work, before five to check it only to find that the doors have been locked and it's not even close to five. Today I was there at 4:52 and there were several customers wanting to get in to drop off mail or packages and could not get in because the door was already locked. This has happened on multiple occasions and considering that I am paying for My PO Box I do not appreciate not being able to access it during normal business hours. I tried to file a complaint online but the website just takes me in circles and there's not a place where I can file a complaint. Have you encountered this issue as well? I guess this is the way where we can report it since there's no direct customer service number and they won't answer the phone at the location. read more

Got there with 3 Min to spare, doors locked at 1:57pm Lady said we are closed, ummm No, you close at 2p.m. Not 1:57 p.m. I had a drop off, already paid postage. Absolutely ridiculous. This office has been here for decades and without a re-model. it's exactly as it was in the 80's. please don't complain as you could do worse . there are offices around where the people are not near as friendly or helpful . the parking is terrible , the a/c isn't very good , crowded at peak times but darn it, the employees are so helpful it's amazing . i literally drive here from Clovis which i think is 10-11 miles because if the short line and friendly people here . it's not a favorite bakery or barber shop that you don't mind driving to . it's a post office ! it's just a nice change , you know ? today of all days, after memorial day , there was a sweet grandma type in the lobby helping people to expedite the line . 1 customer was unreasonable and asked for a felt pen, then a label, then tape, i would have lost it. but this dear lady made 4 trips to get this unprepared soul her items plus take care of the rest of the needy ones . amazing stuff . read more

Had to ship a package to an Ebay buyer but the clerk behind the counter refused. He claimed they can't accept a flat rate box that isn't closed properly. I proceeded to tell him the post office by my house has accepted many packages in this condition. The flat rate packages dont require any extra payment you just pay for the shipping label. As long as your item fits in the box than its acceptable. The clerk refused so I left. Went to the post office by my house on Olive And Fresno streets and the gladly took my package gave me zero issues. Dont waste your time here. It was sadly my 1st time going to this post office and now my last. read more

I have so much respect and love for our postal office workers. But sheesh. This specific location is a joke. I walked in and the line was to the DOOR. People were so squished together... keep in mind covid. Any who, I was going in to just drop off a package which has been paid for. I just needed to tape on the address label and asked if I could use their tape. She laughed at me and replied, " No, you need to purchase some. You haven't been allowed to borrow some, it's been months, no it's been years!" I could see they had rolls of the tape just sitting there, which irritated me because I KNOW they allow people to use it. Plus my little address label was small!!! I had to walk out, that was so infuriating. Going to stick to my local post office where customer service actually exists. No. No. No! There is never any parking available and no where close by to park. To make matters worse, every single time I have gone inside, sure enough, there is only ONE counter person working and everyone else just standing around yapping with each other. Then another employee said that holding up the line was "no bueno." Who talks like that?! These women do not care about their jobs! Hire someone who will appreciate their job! Why does this post office have telephones? I will never know because they for sure never answer the phones. There are two ladies that work here that are unhappy and rude. Plenty of times I go in and these two ladies are complaining about their pay/ work hours and talking about other coworkers being stupid and crazy for working a shift longer than scheduled to make sure everything is complete. I honestly dont care and dont want to hear anybody's personal business. When you have customers please just cut out the chit chat and acknowledge your customers. At least smile, or say hi/ hello. What's sad is this post office used to be great up until they hired these new people (technically not so new as it's been a few years now) or I dont know if they're transfers from a different store but it is truly horrible. read more

I've used this PO since 1970 and overall I have been pleased with the service. I sometimes enter and there is a long line, but it usually moves along pretty good, I never try to use the counter services if I'm in a hurry, it produces too much stress and I become too critical. Overall, I think the postal service in general has improved greatly, much friendlier and willing to put out extra effort to accommodate the customer. I am an ebay seller, and I use this post office with great frequency at the busiest time of year: Christmas. Each year, I can easily just drop the boxes off, collect a receipt, and then track each package as it makes it's way to the recipient. I've sent plenty of fragile glass items, and even holiday cookies for family, and each time, every item has made it to it's destination without a scratch or crack, and that is during the holiday rush season. I do my best to pack it well, but these workers also take great care to handle the packages gently. I so very much appreciate that. This past Christmas season was the ultimate test because I sold a collector's item which contained a large rectangular glass case. It was big, it was VERY fragile, and it was VERY HEAVY -weighing about 25 lbs! It was rush-shipped from California to Florida, with insurance, and I worried each day that anything in the world could go wrong. It made it to it's destination, the buyer was pleased; it made their Christmas. I was so relieved and so happy that the shipping process went so smoothly. I want to thank the careful and diligent workers, both here and every step along the way. Especially during the mad Christmas rush, you guys have always come through for me! read more
