Helped us get in and out in probably less than 5-10 minutes which was shocking considering I was printing a big presentation document, several other pages of a different document, needed to laminate something, and bought a few items while in the store. He even remembered when I almost left my USB drive in their computers! :) Was fully expecting it to be a huge pain so was very pleasantly surprised.

I have shipped packages here daily for over two years I've never had a real problem to complain about until a couple of weeks ago. An employee treated me extremely unprofessionally and was unnecessarily rude and contemptuous, almost like they were already angry and spiteful when I walked up. Soon after I returned to ship another package, hoping to resolve/be heard about my experience. I asked to speak to the store manager and if there was a private place where we could speak-trying to avoid having this conversation out in the open . She walked me over to the side right next to everyone in line doing their orders. When I tried to explain what happened with the employee the week before she snapped at me almost immediately, and said, "I do not care about your complaint," and walked away mid-sentence. Not only was I shocked I was appalled. I approached her with discretion and a desire to be heard for what and how the employee had treated me and her answer was literally I. DO. NOT. CARE! Like I said, I've been coming in the store for two years daily sometimes multiple times a day never had an issue but the very first time I have an issue this is how it's handled? The experience with the manager was worse than the experience with the employee but quite frankly very similar. I can't tell you how awful this has been. Even though I will have to drive a little farther away, I will 100% not return to this business. I will use FedEx down the street. I calculate I have spent anywhere from $200 to $800 a week, nearly $26,000 a year shipping at this store for my business. I would say I have been a loyal customer. Apparently that means absolutely nothing--- ok.

They follow the requirements and I haven't had an issue with any photo being accepted. My most recent interaction with Postal Plus was shipping a package around the holidays. The US Postal Service line can always be arduous this time of the year, but for a few extra bucks more I was more than happy to have Postal Plus help me out. They offered me some options for shipping, including UPS and FedEx, and in the end found a great price that also worked with the shipping timeline I needed. The service has always been friendly and helpful too!

I didn't stop to think about this and soon realized that the return label was no receipt that shows I left three packages with Mail Room Plus. I phoned Mail Room Plus to ask for a printed receipt and was told that they do not provide receipts for prepaid packages. This feels like porch pirating to me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Bad, bad, bad.

I asked her to turn the screen back because I wanted to leave the review on my own. From that moment on, she completely ignored me and kept gesturing with her hand for me to leave.
