Have owned our home for over two years, no issues. Then all of a sudden the postal lady decided we no longer needed our mail. Prove residency, still refuse delivery, post master is just as lazy. Go in to discuss the issue, according to him "he doesn't have time to review the issue." Cute because isn't that part of your job title? The post office then informs us if we want any mail we can get a PO Box, we apply they then say "nope " we need a current bill, Cool how do you suppose we do that? Because you keep denying us our mail. Go into the city to get a print out, go back. Apparently that wasn't up to their standards either, denied us again. It's as if they are projecting there sad days onto their customers that have done nothing wrong. This post office needs some serious help, I'll be escalating this further to a higher up, since clearly the post master is to busy not addressing issues, or helping get a solution. read more

Four years at my current address and I have had no issues with the postal service, until now. Despite myself or my family being home all day, the mail carrier will come by and leave the little slip in the mailbox claiming the delivery of certified mail or a package was attempted but the item will now need to be picked up at the post office. The issue I have with this is NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS EVER EVEN MADE! How can the post office allow this? I have been given different excuses including being told I have a long driveway. There is a huge area to turn around, big enough for UPS, Amazon trucks, FedEx and even big U-Haul moving trucks...but the USPS said that doesn't matter, they will not drive up any driveways. So....they are no longer doing their job and they are being up front and in your face about it. read more

I've always had a great experience at the Marysville post office. The lines move quickly and the employees are nice and knowledgeable.

Just a few days before Christmas I was trying to figure out how to get some packages mailed before work, and saw the Post Office in Marysville opened at 8:30. I figured if I got there at 8, I could be first and line and get out fast. Better yet, they had already opened their doors to the public and I was able to walk right in and mail my packages immediately! And despite working 3am-3pm shifts all week, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was totally impressed and definitely will come back! read more

Shipping prices are ridicules and the employees are unable to help you find a cheaper option. Frustrating because they tried to charge me $17 to ship an item when it literally only costed me $6 at UPS. I would highly recommend shipping through fed ex or ups read more

During the holiday rush I realized I had two packages being delivered to a previous address. I took the steps through USPS to stop the packages and have them sent to my new address 4 hours away. I then lost tracking abilities of them. Upon calling the Marysville post office, I spoke with Delana who was more than helpful in finding my packages at the post office. She helped me get the packages back on track to be sent to my new address. Three days before Christmas, this gracious woman went above and beyond to make sure my mistake was fixed. It's been awhile since I wrote a review and now that the holidays are over I have to tell you about this post office. This place ROCKS...... These guys are overly friendly, helpful and always smiling. I have never had a problem, ever. That being said, If you want the same experiences I have had all you have to do is a few things. 1. Don't bring in your items you want to mail and throw on the counter. 2. Bring your items boxed up, taped up and for gosh sakes already addressed. 3. Have your payment ready. 4. Don't complain about the price increase of .20 to mail your stuff across the country in 3 days for now around $8.00.......Seriously could you get your stuff there quicker or cheaper? If you follow these 4 simple things your time and mine in line will go fast and pleasant for everyone involved. I seen all this recently and still the folks at this post office still kept smiling. Keep up the good work you guys do and hang in there because I still need to get my stuff to New York in 3 days. read more

I went to go pick up a letter that was sent to my girlfriend. I brought in the pinkish slip that she designated me as her "agent". Turns out the carrier fucked up and it is restricted, so only she can pick it up. So after wasting two hours of my time today, she will have to leave work early. What a bunch of incompetent fucks. Apparently the postal service hires anyone. Oh, and don't bother complaining to the Post Master, she doesn't give a damn. read more

This is the only post office I will ever go to again. Staff in Marysville are the nicest and quickest I've worked with.

I haven't had any problems with the post office itself other than being the worst parking set up I have ever seen. I have had lots of issues with my mail being returned to sender as "undeliverable as addressed" when I know they were addressed right (from family who confirmed the address when they got it sent back to them). This most recent time I got a letter from my grandfather the same day they supposedly couldn't deliver my package. The letter was addressed without my apartment letter, the correct town spelling, and the wrong zip code but some how it still made it to me with no issue. I don't know if my carrier is being lazy or what but I'm really tired of this happening read more

I was in search of the three wise men Christmas stamp. The Everett post office did not have them. I stopped by this post office and they had them! My favorite post office to go to!! They are very nice and friendly. On Christmas Eve I missed a package delivery and the post office closed at 2PM. I got the notice at 1:30PM and the notice said I would have to wait until Dec 27 to pick up. I called the post office at 1:30PM and asked them if I could pick up the package and lucky the person who just delivered the mail just returned a few minutes before i called and they said I could come and pick it up. I was just so happy to be able to pick up the package in time for Christmas!! read more

Worst costumer service and the rudest employees! I called Friday afternoon wondering if my package was going to be in the mail since it said Friday delivery and I had been tracking it through their text updates. The guy was sort with me and said if it came in the morning it wouldn't go out until tomorrow. I was confused why it would have said Friday if that was the case but I accepted that and was going to wait. Then around 8 PM I get a text saying it was delivered at 2:36.. Well it was not because my fiancé got the mail 5 mins after it was put in the box. Panic set in because it was his custom made wedding band that I paid nicely for. I was tracking it like crazy. It was 2 day priority and insured (because they always mess up my deliveries.. Always) and guess what.. It happened again. So first thing in the morning I call and get a very rude and irritated woman who said they are very busy.. She told me they don't do text tracking so she had no idea what I was talking about. Well yes you do actually unless it was Santa sending me updates. Smh. I told her this was very very important and it needed to be dealt with if they delivered it to the wrong house. She said she doubted it and theft if very high and I should have things delivered to my mail box.. Yes I know that's why my fiancé was there when it came. Anyways she took my info and first said I would be lucky if I got called back before 4pm and tried making me feel bad saying she would have to call the driver on her day off. Oh gosh... So sorry! Well of course I WAS NEVER CALLED BACK! And guess what else.. Around noon my doorbell rings and I nice neighbor has my package that was in HIS mailbox. He said they have been doing this for years. Between my house, his and one other. We all have similar house numbers but NOT THE SAME! If you just start being careful and read this would stop happening. But no.. Because of carelessness I know have to invest in a PO box. Bull shit. You guys are the worst and I will be writing your manager. This was handled so poorly and I was talked to so rudely. read more

Open 8:30-5:30. Mon-Friday and 9:00-3:00 Saturday. Very busy Post Office but the line moves quickly. Clerks are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. One of the best I've ever been to! read more
