    UPDATE!! Do NOT COME TO THIS Location !!! After I wrote this review, my items in the picture went MISSING!! I am still dealing with this issue and am out hundreds of dollars . The large box in the picture was not shipped out. The vendor refuses to work with me, despite the pictures I took at the store. This is after the staff made rude comments about my purchase and returns!! Really glad I took pictures that day. Unbelievable!!

    All that arrived was an empty box so I guess we just take things from boxes that then ship. So while it arrived the item was stolen

    My entire experience was great, but Matt in Copy and Print made it truly special. That area hasn't…read morealways been where I've had the best experiences, so this really stood out. I first met Matt on the floor, where he greeted me warmly and clearly answered my print questions even though he wasn't working in that area. When I was ready to print, he was helping in Copy and Print, which was very busy with multiple customers. At first, I was looking for a female employee to help me, as the medical images I needed to copy could be uncomfortable. When I spoke with Matt about this, he was incredibly kind, professional, and respectful, and I felt genuinely heard and seen. I expected to come back the next day due to the size of my order, but Matt told me it would be ready in five minutes, and it was. While I waited, I watched him help many people with the same level of care, respect, and attention to their time. He truly seems to enjoy helping others. I don't know his political affiliation, and it doesn't matter, I just keep thinking, I want to be around more people like that. I guess he's part of the "treat people with respect" party. It's people like Matt who genuinely make life better. A very valuable experience.

I asked the staff and was told they just started setting up the Party City section and will soon have helium for balloons. We are super excited about the availability of party supplies near us since the standalone Party City supply store is gone.

The ladies did a wonderful job making sure nothing was going to get broken as they wrapped them up. Then the day of moving, they brought additional team members (at no extra cost to us) so they could ensure they complete quickly as they were booked on their schedules for numerous moves that day. We loved this as it got us into our new home faster. The whole moving team were super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure every piece got to us okay (even furniture I wanted them to break that were gifts from family members I didn't want anymore (LOL)).     I would like to start by saying I attempted to contact UPS directly with my feedback. However the…read morewebsite only allows you to call. The chat function says "please call". So, unfortunately here I am publicly saying this location is missing the mark on customer service: I arrived at approximately 4:45 on a Saturday afternoon. There were 4 people ahead of me. 1 person on register. A person boxing items and a person in uniform loading a truck. The person on register seemed to be new/in training. They were asking the person boxing items a lot of questions. This is fine. Everyone has to learn. At 4:50 the person boxing says "your register will automatically shut down at 5:02". So, I'm watching and waiting for something to change. Cause there are now 4 people behind me. That's 8 people In line. Nope. At 4:53 the person at register says "just so you all know. The register shuts down at 5:02". To which I said, well I guess you need another person on the register. I'm not fond of being a grinch but at the point the associate working is telling me their staffing is going to cause me to not be able to complete my transaction, I am no longer patient. I'm not sure why person boxing didn't jump in to help. I'm not sure why cashier felt it necessary to tell us if we weren't lucky enough for them to figure out the process before 5:02 we were out of luck. But these "team members" sure didn't care about the 8 people who cared enough to patronize their employer. To those "team members" your employer requires patrons to keep their doors open. At some point when enough of us don't come back, there's not a need for "team members". Sorry to air your dirty laundry on Yelp. I tried to write this directly to those who could do something about it. UPS doesn't make it easy to tell them when something goes wrong.
