I use this store frequently. Staff is helpful. Pricing is reasonable. I take my Amazon stuff here too.

Guessing this location has new management or owners. I have my business accounts through UPS and went to return some Amazon items which I do rarely and he told me they make no money on this and I would need to pay for tape which I had no problem doing, told him I would need to buy a few boxes from them as well, again no problem doing so but told me his location makes no money on this. They should just stop accepting Amazon returns if it's this big of an issue. Will no longer bring my business items or personal items to this location. People at Val Vista and Elliot were great. Guy seemed flustered and was openly complaining about issues. Unprofessional!!! Also, tried strong arming me into purchasing boxes for Amazon returns that said on return instructions no packing was required. Val vista and Elliot is better they took everything no questions asked. read more

Doing the right thing even when it sends business to a competitor vendor! Huge shout out to "Doc" at the UPS store next to Basha's! He helped ship some items to my brother and even a return that is for FedEx that is not his contract directed me to the nearest drop location. This store has very friendly staff, they go out of their way to help you when ever they possibly can. I have never been there and had to wait for more than five minutes. Just a great store overall read more

Terrible service! Went there for the last 3 days trying get a will signed, notarized with 2 witnesses, they kept on telling me to come back the next day, no 2 witnesses, promised me that today there will be a notary today from 8 am to 2 pm and two witnesses, got there at 11.20 am, notary has left for the chiropractor, Josh the clerk wouldn't even try to call him to come back, wouldnt bother to call another store for me, just gave me 1 number for me to call,basically couldn't care less, albeit this was the 3rd time I came, both clerks at the store were doing nothing at that moment, you think they would care to give some customer service and help me at least find a place, nada nothing! If that were my employees they would have been fired! read more

This is my favorite UPS store. Best customer service, very friendly and helpful. It's such a breeze to mail packages and print papers here. During this covid19 quarantine, they even have hand sanitizer and chlorox wipes out for customers which we appreciate very much. Thank you for all of your help and everything that you do! read more

I do quite a bit of Amazon shopping and that leads to sending back returns pretty regularly. I noticed things changing at this store in a negative way and was finally told that there is new ownership. For example, one time, I scheduled an appointment to use their notary service. Was told the notary would be there until 5pm. I showed up at 4:30pm and he had left for the day. One time I showed up during their business hours and they had closed early. They often have new people and also, all of a sudden I get notices a lot that Amazon never received the package I sent back. Today was the worst though. I was returning something without a box, given that option from Amazon. The guy didn't have a box the right size, so he charged me $5.49 for a box. He had already entered the return in the system before he told me and he said no other store will take the return now so I was pretty much stuck paying it. I tried to explain how bad of an experience it was to him and he was insistent that it's Amazon's problem. As I was waking out, I said "ok well best of luck" and he shouted to my back "we are doing just fine, don't worry about that!" Just really unprofessional and frustrating. It's my neighborhood store that I would like to support but I'll go out of my way now (once or twice per week!!) to give someone else the business. read more

Tried to return a jacket packaged by Amazon today, 9/27/23. Store clerk rejected it saying the plastic package was too thin and we have to buy their $3.99 packaging if we want to return it to Amazon. Talk about trying to force us into buying their product. Not going back to you guys. This new owner must be forcing staff to generate more sales. read more

Very poor service. Letting others stand in line waiting while an employee comes out from the back to get packages for a customer who just walked in and walks to the back to get special handling. Meanwhile the rest of us wait our turn. That was very rude and extremely poor judgment and service. Maybe UPS and Amazon will reconsider doing business with stores that lack this type of customer judgement. Everyone's time is important. I cannot recommend using this location. read more

Luis was such a big help. I mailed a package yesterday with the wrong address. I called the next day and Luis went above and beyond. My package had not left the facility yet so he voided out the incorrect label and replaced it with the correct address for me. He made it a quick and easy process and was extremely professional and responsive the entire time. read more

I have used this store for years. The previous owner was always very knowledgeable and accommodating. This is no longer the case. I paid over $100 dollars to overnight a perishable package to make y daughter for her birthday. She did not get it for 3 days, this included a weekend. I called the store and he said there are no guarantees packages would be delivered on time. That would have been nice to know before I gave him my money. Be careful when you make a drop off at this store and GET A RECEIPT! My husband dropped off 2 cell phones in late January that were being sent back to a cell phone provider. He was not offered a receipt with tracking information. He had to ask for a receipt. We recently found out one of the phones did not make it to the destination and appears it never left the store. Not sure what happened here but I sense a thief in the midst and we're on the hook with our cell phone provider. Whether it is someone at the store or the driver that picked up the package, IDK. I called the store and was offered the main customer service number to UPS which I already had as I was on the UPS website looking at the tracking of the package. The point is, without the receipt that my husband had to ask for, we would have no proof of ever sending the package. When I have dropped off at other UPS stores, I have always been given a receipt and at FedEx, they have always asked me if I want a receipt. read more

I come here all the time for shipping and mostly for making copies. Their prices are MUCH better than nearby copy shops and the owners are very helpful and friendly. Sometimes I step in for a few copies and sometimes I have a ton to make - either way, it's a very convenient set-up. There's a large counter space to spread out your project, and the owners are always willing to help or loan a stapler, some scissors, white-out, or whatever. read more

I cannot say enough about the service I was provided by this location. My family lives in the neighborhood directly behind this UPS Store, so we use their services fairly regularly. I'm usually in and out in less than a couple of minutes whether I'm simply dropping something off or paying to ship an item. My need to write a review has been long over due, as the icing on the cake for my positive review actually occurred shortly after Christmas of 2016.....just about a year ago. My son was visiting us for Christmas from Missouri, and one of the gifts we bought him was a record player. This is a difficult item to bring back on the plane with him, so we decided to ship it. I boxed it up nicely and protected it with a bunch of foam peanuts and some air packets in an oversized box. I brought it in, and paid the shipping fees, and was on my way. A couple weeks later I got a call from my son and he had still not received it. So I started calling UPS, and this store to try to track it down. About a month later, I found out it had been returned to this location. By this time, we had already replaced my sons record player and had a new one shipped to him. I went in to retrieve it, and was frustrated to learn that when I dropped it off the owner of the store had entered the street address number one number off, and that's why it was returned. I tried to be as reasonable and patient as possible while I expressed my frustrations. I explained that I had already paid for another record player thinking I'd never get this one back. Mark(I think that's the owner name) was very sympathetic. But what he did next shocked me. Not only did he refund the entire shipping fee, but he also paid in full for the replacement record player we had purchased. Now, I wouldn't expect that this is how he'd handle every similar situation, or he would go out of business. But I had told him what my wife expected, and what I was expecting. My wife wanted them to pay for the replacement. When he brought me the check he said to tel my wife he was very sorry. He handled it with kindness and sympathy, and I couldn't have asked for any more. I will continue to bring my business to this store, not only for the convenience and timely service, but for the excellent customer service they provided my wife and I when this situation occurred. Everyone makes mistakes. Mistakes I can live with. What's important to me is how a business, it's owners, and it's employees rise to the occasion. And that is what Mark did for my wife and I. CUSTOMER SERVICE at its BEST!!! My heartfelt thanks to Matt for assistance with a desperately needed delivery to Puerto Rico. UPS was the absolute way to send a small Generator to our Cousin. She has been without electricity since Hurricane Maria. Matt made it very easy to complete the paperwork and provide details of delivery. This extremely needed generator made its way to Puerto Rico, but with the Port of Puerto Rico in dismay, the package was accidently sent back to the States. We contacted UPS Customer Care a couple times but had a difficult time understanding where the package was and when it was going to be delivered. I called Matt, explained the situation, he worked with internal channels and the Generator was delivered 2 days later on our Cousin's birthday. Best present she's ever received. Thank you, Matt, for your urgency to resolving delivery and making a difference in our Cousin's life! You are an ANGEL! read more
